M carlos est le meilleur propriétaire que j'ai rencontré, toujours à l'écoute, on est arrivé plus tôt que l'heure prévue du check in, et il nous a accueilli, très bon emplacement au milieu de Louxor près de tout.

Rien à redire

L'hôtel est bien situé, près de commerces, du temple de Luxor et des stations de bus accessibles à pied. Tôt le matin, le quartier n'est pas trop agité. La chambre était propre et disposait d'un frigo. Nous vous conseillons de prendre une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue pour éviter d'être dérangé par les bruits. Le personnel était gentil et il est possible d'avoir le petit déjeuner à emporter.

L'hôtel n'est pas très bien éclairé, il fait assez sombre dans les chambres. L'eau chaude met du temps à arriver et la pression de l'eau n'est pas très forte. Lors de notre deuxième nuit passée dans cet hôtel, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et malgré nos relances, personne n'est intervenu pour arranger la situation. La climatisation ne marchait pas bien ce qui est très dérangeant au vu de la chaleur qu'il peut faire. Nous n'avons pas apprécié la remarque d'un membre du personnel qui s'attendait à un "gros pourboire" à la fin du séjour, ce n'est pas professionnel et bienvenue. Mais c'est un problème général en Egypte.

Çalışanlar çok guleryuzluydu.

Ama otel odası berbattı. Klima ve tuvaletin sifonu çalışmıyordu. Kuvetin ortasinda bir delik vardi ve banyo yaparken oraya bastığınızda (ki küvet küçük oldugu icin mecburen basiyorsunuz) altından pislik geliyordu. Odadaki havlular kirliydi.

Our stay at this property was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The first room we were given was not clean, and overall the facility felt old and poorly maintained. The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Hot water was a serious issue; we had to wait around 30 minutes each time and even then it was inconsistent and not reliable. This made our stay quite difficult. On the first day, we requested a cancellation due to these issues, and the owner initially agreed. However, the next day we received an email from Booking stating that no agreement had been reached with the property, and we were forced to continue our stay. This situation was very frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, we would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The only good point about the hotel was housekeeping and front office staff; they were kind.

First of all, don’t be fooled by the hotel’s photos. It doesn't have a Nile River view terrace. The hotel’s general manager (Carlos or sth like that) told me that the terrace actually belongs to their other hotel! The window of my room was looking out onto a light well-no sunlight, much noise. The air conditioner was useless. The socket next to the bed was too loose so that charger adapter couldn’t fit in and kept falling. Bathtub's ground was broken, black dirt was constantly coming out from there. The bed was as hard as a rock. Instead of putting a duvet cover on the blanket, they placed a sheet underneath it, which kept slipping all the time. You can see these in the photos. More importantly, the hotel’s general manager is completely unreliable. I arranged for two days of tours with him. First day's tour was driver only and it was perfect. Second day's tour was a guided group tour of West Bank and East Bank. Other five participants from other hotels were only going to visit the West Bank, but my agreement included the East Bank as well. The tour guide was basically just a decorative figure, he didn't tell enough and let us roam freely. Then he took me to an open buffet restaurant for lunch. For the small variety of food that wasn’t even fresh and tasted terrible, they asked for 600 EGP! And that’s not all. The guide said East Bank was not part of the agreement with hotel manager and I would go with the driver. Then he left. He didn’t even have an official tour guide badge, I doubt he was working legally. On top of that, the other ones had paid 500 EGP per person for the tour while I paid 1950 EGP! The driver has taken me to the East Bank and I visited the temples by myself. I contacted the hotel manager and asked for a refund. After a lot of effort, he returned only 800 EGP. In short, none of this was fair. Do not trust either the hotel’s photos or its general manager. If I had stayed longer, I'd have reported them to the tourism police.

まくらに髪の毛が付いてて不快だった。 バスタブは底が抜けてて、割れ目から不潔な黒い砂のようなものが湧き出してきた。 ベッドが板のように固かった。 ドライヤーやシャンプーがなかった。 部屋の鍵が開閉が困難で、毎回従業員の手伝いを必要とした。

L'unica cosa positiva dell'hotel è la vicinanza al tempio di Luxor che si può raggiungere a piedi poi per il resto lascia molto a desiderare.

Dispiace sempre fare una recensione negativa. Sono una persona che si adatta e che non ha grosse pretese però qui abbiamo avuto un'esperienza molto negativa tanto da spingerci ad abbandonare la struttura un giorno prima del previsto. Stanze sporche, formiche nella stanza, mobili datati, macchie gialle nella doccia e wc (sembrava quasi il bagno di un area di sosta), e materassi scomodissimi. L'hotel si trova in una strada abbastanza degradata, in pratica subito fuori il souk di Luxor, infatti c'erano schiamazzi, clacson e musica alta fino a tarda notte (tra l'altro gli infissi non si chiudevano nemmeno bene quindi era come dormire per strada, nemmeno con i tappi nelle orecchie si riusciva a dormire). Spero che riescano a migliorare il servizio offerto perché comunque penso possa avere delle potenzialità.

2 gün kalmamıza rağmen çok kötü bit deneyimdi. Duş almak için 10 dakika suyu açık tutmak gerekiyor , bunu yaparken odaya su geldi, yetkiliye whatsapp yoluyla bildirmemize rağmen ilgilenmedi . 2 gün dolmadan çıkış yapmak zorunda kaldık. Hiçbir şekilde tercih etmeyin.

Небольшой аутентичный отель в центре Луксора. В отеле есть лифт для доступа к верхним этажам, услуга хранения багажа. Пешком можно дойти до набережной реки Нил, до основных достопримечательностей, до ближайших кафе. Утром предлагают небольшие завтраки на территории отеля. Недалеко находится действующая мечеть - по утрам будили (~в 5 утра, затем через полчаса еще раз).

Заселение было ночью, номер совсем был не готов и с огромными замечаниями. Непозволительно такие номера предоставлять гостям… Утром номер нам поменяли после обращения к Карлу. Номер был чище и лучше (пишу про ванную комнату).

The Mosque is very close and can wake you in the early hours. This shouldn’t really put anyone off though as there are a lot of mosques around.

The location of hotel is close to the Luxor temple. The manager Carlos was nice and helped with managment of exursions.

The rooms are old. Not always inet in the room.

This hotel is at a walkable distance from the luxor temple and 2.5 km from karnak temple. The only drawback is it is situated in a busy market area but was easily accessible and taxis were readily available. Once inside, the whole staff is very helpful and friendly. No scams at all in this hotel. Upon our entry, Mr. Kerlos said "we can provide whatever you require inside the hotel and can arrange taxis." The general manager, Mr. Kerlos is a gem of a person. They will try their best to make your stay comfortable. We tried dinner. It was tasty and economical compared to outside restaurants. Everywhere outside, they try to scam you, virtually everyone on the street. Rooms are neat and clean but require a revamp, especially the furniture. Though not very spacious, it was comfortable enough.

The only drawback is that the hotel is located in a busy market area with a lot of noise all night. One night, a huge fight happened outside with a lot of shouting and thud noises from 2:30 am to 4 am disrupting our sleep. Many bikers joined there shouting, though I didn't get up to check what was happening outside. Even otherwise, on all days, a lot of youngsters make huge noise with altered silencers throughout the night. On the second day also, someone was making a lot of noise at around 4-5 am, again troubling us. Our room was on the third floor.

Erg vriendelijk personeel dat erg goed Engels spreekt en niet opdringerig is. Hier kan de rest van Egypte een voorbeeld aan nemen.

Plek is erg gehorig, logisch in een centrum maar de balkondeuren sluiten niet goed af door ruime kieren. Daarnaast is het hotel gedateerd en slecht onderhouden, met name de badkamer. Maar het is prima te doen voor Egyptische standaarden.

It is very central but at the same time.super noise. Next to a street market that closes very late and next to a mosque........ It is cheap but also very simple.

Very clean room, good location, good breakfast, close to market. Area itself is a 100% chaos, but we found it very interesting and exciting for its authenticity. Our room was quiet since we asked for the room not facing the street. Breakfast was very good! Overall very good choice for the value, better than our expectations based on the pictures.

Bathroom facilities are a bit outdated and need better maintenance. But we would not complain for a stay of two nights.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff.

The bed springs were broken sinking on one side and doors of the room, bathroom and elevator were all creaking. This hotel needs maintenance

The beds were very uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was extremely poor. The bathroom floor was leaking, leaving water all over the floor. Although the room was changed, the new bathroom initially had no shower head; after complaining, the staff replaced the entire pipe and shower head. The breakfast service was also unsatisfactory: on the first day there was no milk or coffee, on the second day several other items were missing, and on the third day the person in charge of the breakfast area approached us asking for money without any reason, which was very annoying. Additionally, although there is a lift in the building, it was out of order most of the time. As I am a heart patient, climbing up to the third floor was extremely difficult for me.

La ubicación cerca del templo de Luxor y, lo más importante, la excepcional atención de Kerlos el regente y su personal... Nos atendieron mejor que de la familia, nos mimaron mucho .. Recomiendo 100% comer/cenar aquí mismo ya que está a buen precio. Las excursiones también podéis confiar en Kerlos, tiene buenos precios... No tengo palabras para describir las atenciones recibidas!! 100% Recomendable!!!

Si bien yo le haría algunos arreglillos, las atenciones recibidas minimizan cualquier error...

L´accés no és fàcil al mig d'un mercat. No és veritat que hi hagi aparcament gratuït has de pagar als suposats vigilants. Ni l'aigua calenta ni la Wi-Fi no funcionen. Soroll terrible del mercat fins a 3 matinada

Very helpful staff, great food at the restaurant, Mr. Kerlos was the most attentive host. He even took me to the pharmacy when I needed allergy medication.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, just overall the place is a little old, but still a nice place to stay.
