Reviewed Sep 18, 2026La struttura ha molto potenziale ma non è curata…. Come ad esempio ascensore e tappezzeria sono sporchi. Le camere sono pulite ( se non fosse per la moquette vecchia)e la cosa buona e la posizione e la piscina sul terrazzo. Dopo aver passato la giornata a 45gradi sotto il sole fare un bagno in piscina con lo stupendo panorama della valle dei re e regine e il tempio al tramonto non ha prezzo!

De rolstoeltoegankelijlheid die er zou zijn, maar er niet was. Mn rolstoel werd deels gedemonteerd anders kon ik niet eens in de lift. En de badkmr deur werd verwijderd zodat ik naar de toilet kon. Deze ruimte was voorzien van een ligbad. Laat dat ff bij innwerken!

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The staff was very kind & always considerate. And well spoken in English. The hotel is situated along the Karnak temple - to Luxor temple passage. And with a view to the river Nile. So you can make beautiful rooftop pictures with both Luxor temple and/or the Nile. We also enjoyed their rooftop swimming pool, very refreshing since we came during the most hottest period.
Our door to the terrace couldn't close properly so it affected the temperature in the room during day time when your in your room. Luckily half of our stay we weren't in the room (was just a short of 2 times that we felt little bothered by it).

In una delle due camere non c'erano asciugamani, camere probabilmente pulite ma arredi e moquette talmente logori e vecchi da dare l'impressione di un posto sporco. Cavi elettrici a vista.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026屋上からルクソール神殿、スフィンクス参道を眺めることができました。朝食は素晴らしく、サラダなどスタンダードなものに加えて、エジプト料理が２品あったのが嬉しかったです。 目の前でオムレツを焼いてくれます。 施設は確かに他の口コミの通り、新しくはないですが、清潔に保たれており、スタッフのホスピタリティもとても良かったです。 Googleマップの低い評価は不当だと思います 私は体調が悪かったので部屋でずっと寝ていましたが、次は屋上のプールや眺めを楽しみたいです

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The room was fine if rather dated. The fittings, fridge etc were from, probably, the 1970s. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. My room overlooked the Avenue of the Sphinxes and there was a Nile view.
My door did not lock properly. The area is quite noisy, even late at night. My room overlooked the congregating area for the horse and carriage drivers...

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026La ubicacion era ideal frente a la avenida de las esfinges y cercano a la feria, de facil acceso a todos los puntos de interes de Luxor, la terraza es hermosa con unas vistas esplendidas del rio Nilo y sus alrededores la pileta muy linda, la habitacion amplia y comoda con exelentes vistas
El desayuno puede ser mejor poca variedad aunque las chicas muy atentas.

I overall didn't like the stay and I won't stay there again, I booked a single bed but they gave me a family room with 3 beds, there was no water/mini bar in the room the fridge was empty and stinky. No AC remote in the room no electricity plugs near the bed for charging, I felt like they just don't care and gave me some shit

Reviewed May 1, 2026إقامتي كانت سيئة جدًا. نظافة الغرفة غير مقبولة، والمراتب لها رائحة كريهة، ولا يوجد فرش أسنان أو معجون أو شبشب. باب الحمام لا يُغلق، وعند إبلاغ العامل كان رده: (هو كده). التكييف لم يكن يعمل. الإفطار ضعيف جدًا وغير جيد إطلاقًا من حيث الجودة والتنوع. كذلك معاملة الموظفين كانت غير لائقة. تجربة لن أكررها.

We specifically booked and paid for a Nile View room, but upon arrival, we were placed in a different room without the promised view. Furthermore, the room's condition was unacceptable: Hygiene: The room and bed linens were not clean upon arrival. Maintenance: The furnishings and equipment were outdated and poorly maintained. Service: Despite our stay extending beyond a day, the room was never cleaned, and the trash was not emptied. This experience fell far short of the standards expected. I look forward to your prompt response regarding a partial refund or compensation for these grievances.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026L’hotel era in una buona posizione, nella parte collocato sulla east bank, vicino a Karnak. La terrazza che dava sul Nilo con la piscina molto carina.
Prima di prenotare con Booking mi sono recata all’hotel per vedere se il prezzo senza le commissioni di Booking potesse essere favorevole. Invece alla reception mi hanno chiesto il triplo del prezzo di Booking, per poi scendere subito di prezzo dopo la mia volontà di prenotare tramite il sito. Inoltre avevo chiesto a voce una stanza con letto matrimoniale che alla reception mi avevano detto non essere disponibile, mentre sul sito di Booking lo era. Un hotel è il suo staff dovrebbe tutelare il cliente e il turista, non cercare di guadagnarci sopra il triplo dei soldi. La camera era veramente sporca, la moquette sembrava non essere stata pulita da tempo immemore. L’unica presa accanto al letto era difettosa. L’odore della stanza era molto sgradevole, puzzava di fumo e di sporco. Le lenzuola macchiate e piene di peli! I vetri delle finestre sottilissimi e poco isolati, per cui si sentivano tutti i rumori della strada e la preghiera all’alba.

- ขอ Late check-out 1 ห้อง โดยยินดีจ่ายเพิ่มครึ่งหนึ่ง แต่พนักงานกลับเสนอราคาเท่ากับเข้าพัก 2 คืน! - บรรยากาศเก่านิดหน่อย ลิฟท์ไม่ทำงาน 1 จาก 2 ตัว ชั้น 5-6 มีการก่อสร้าง (สร้างใหม่ ไม่ใช่ renovate) หากใช้บันไดต้องระวังเศษปูน - คุณภาพของวัตถุดิบอาหารค่อนข้างต่ำ ใช้เศษเนื้อผสมแป้งปรุงแต่งสี ต้องปรับปรุงมากๆ - กดชักโครก ที่กดหลุดทำน้ำพุ่งทั้งห้องน้ำ ต้องสวมกลับเข้าไปใหม่หลังน้ำหยุดพุ่ง ควรตรวจสอบและเปลี่ยนแปลง - ข้างโรงแรมมีคนขับรถม้า รถแท็กซี่ และคนจากร้านขายของ คอยเรียกผู้เข้าพัก จนถึงขั้นก่อกวนให้รำคาญใจ โรงแรมควรหาวิธีจัดการเพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดี - ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องพื้นฐานทั่วไปที่ทำเป็นประจำ อาทิ ลดเวลาและกระบวนการ check-in จากรอห้อง 15 นาที ให้เหลือ 3 นาที การเตรียมรหัส wifi เป็นต้น จะทำให้ผู้พักประทับใจเพิ่มขึ้นได้มาก - ควรปรับปรุงขอบหน้าต่างห้องพักให้กันเสียงรบกวนจากภายนอก

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026O Hotel tem uma vista linda, é muito bem localizado, em frente as esfinges do templo de Luxor, tem uma boa piscina e um excelente café da manhã. Os trabalhadores da limpeza são muito gentis.
Poderia melhorar um pouco as instalações mas teve um bom custo x benefício.

D’un point de vue propreté, il n’y a aucun ménage de fait dans les chambres, l’état du mobilier laisse à désirer, c’est très mal insonorisé, la télé n’est qu’en arabe, au sol c’est de la moquette en très mauvais état, je n’ai même pas osé marcher dessus, pieds nus.

가성비는 좋은 거 같습니다. 물도 잘 나오고. 하지만 어메니티라고는 아무것도 없고 샴푸 리필 1장밖에 없고 심지어는 수건도 없었습니다. 에어컨 리모컨은 프로트에서 받아와야 하는 것도 황당합니다. 체크아웃 하는 날에는 캐리어 2개를 끌고 계단으로 이동해야 했습니다. 너무 화가 났습니다

Habitaciones sucias, el personal te pide dinero continuamente, no va ni la tele ni el aire acondicionado ni si quiera los enchufes. No te dan ni papel higiénico. La piscina sucia. Había cucarachas en la bañera. Comida en mal estado. Vimos una rata (fallecida) cerca de nuestra habitacion.

Sometimes there is no hot water. You can hear lots of noises to the rooms around the clock. The breakfast room downstairs is dark and uninviting.

Hotel is a bit tired and needs renovation. Mosque is nearby so don't forget your earplugs to be able to sleep. Last day there was no hot water in the shower.

O Queens Valley Hotel, em Luxor, é um hotel bastante antigo e a precisar claramente de renovação. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, com carpetes visivelmente sujas e toalhas velhas e gastas. Durante a estadia também se nota a falta de alguns itens básicos, como água quente e até papel higiénico, o que torna a experiência bastante desconfortável.
