The staff was so welcoming and friendly and for some reason always smelled FRESH. They provided a shuttle to and from some ammenities and that was convenient. Id go back to the Capital Zimbali on ANY day! You guys were amazin, absolute value for money. Thank you👏🏾

Could not connect to WiFi - ridiculous system where they got my surname wrong and nothing worked to enable me log in. Why - in this day and age - is a password required? The leaf blower - which was meant to be silent - still managed to wake me up at 07h00 in the morning. Music blaring from the pool at 08:00 was also not appreciated.

House keeping lady who brought us towels that she had forgotten to put in just shoved them to us and left while it was still in plastic. One gentleman at the bar lounge was kinda friendly but when I paid the bill and added a tip he didn’t say thank you he just took the bill and left and I wondered if I tipped him less even though it was more then 10%. Other than that I was happy.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Beautiful view of the ocean from a beautiful furnished room, congratulations to the team that designed the room and bathroom including a walk in cupboard, with loads of vegetation in the foreground. It was fun to watch the vervet monkeys. The restaurant service and the service at the pool was excellent, accommodating but discreet at the same time.
Because the rooms are facing the entertainment area, it was uncomfortable sitting on the balcony and listening to music for 24 hours esp. for a morning coffee, sound travels. It also was not switched off at night so the balcony had to be closed to drown out the noise. It would have been lovely to listen to the ocean instead.

Thank you to the following staff that I was able to remember their names. 1. Sandile -for making sure that we arrive to our allocated room effortlessly so and just telling us more about the place and being to make my day more beautiful by making sure that I get an amazing piece of cake for my birthday that was still coming,thank you so much for going the extra miles to make our stay memorable. 2.Khaye for being amazing as well when we needed help. 3.Sphidile -for the warm welcome and your assistance through out. 4.Sbusiso-from the pool house , thank you for the beautiful and amazing food and drinks that you suggested for us and for making sure we are sorted with what we need when we were enjoying the poolside. 5.The shuttle drivers thank you for the amazing service when dropping us to the mall and fetching us. 6. Zinhle from the house keeping ,Thank you mama for making sure that we have all that we needed and your humanity.. And to those I forgot their names thank you guys for everything and I will sure come back due to the amazing stay I had.
The floor carpet had a funny smell but it was not so bad..
