The in and out access was quite annoying with needing the QR code every time you entered and exited, it should be more of a thing that your car should be registered for the duration of your stay and that’s it.

The unit being closer to a busy, free way tends to be very noisy day and night. Also, the noise from people in the passage and other units makes it impossible to have some quiet time, there's no noise barriers

The complex guests are very loud , we had other guests awake very late and by 5am they where knocking on some some door and screaming. May you can try sound proof the door :)

The stairs on the exteme end of the building should have been support by a lift .or there should have been a lift only instead of the stairs. I understand there is a lift at the Center however it is beneficial to people who are booked close to it. I was far from the Center therefore it was convenient for me to use the stairs but once you are checking out is when you realise that there should have been a lift also at the far ends of the building
