The towel smells like it hasn't dried properly or has been used, not a clean one, so use your own towel.

Reviewed Aug 12, 20261) We already paid online but the staff asking for the payment again and she mentioned that they don’t have account with booking.com and the payment won’t credit into their account. She advised us to chat with the customer service but until today we haven’t received any refund on this matter. 2) we already informed the cleaner no need to clean up the room. But when we get back to the hotel after the long day, the cleaner obviously stepped into our room without any cleaning and leave a smoking smell on our room! So what is the purpose of stepped in our room but no a cleaning job was done??? Just smoking in our room?? Luckily we didn’t leave any valuable items in the room!! This is very serious matters!

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Strategically located with highly competitive rental rates. 👍
One shortcoming of the hotel is the absence of a large mirror for guests to get ready. I would suggest providing a full-length mirror, as there is a suitable space available to place it.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025The whole hotel is clean including the room. Adequate clean towels were provided. Three bottles of 500ml drinking water were complimentary as well as coffee and tea with sugar and creamer. TV reception is clear and the rain shower delivers excellent downpour with good working water heater. Great choice of rooms offering different sizes and combination of beds.
Parking might not be long enough for long vehicles like a 4WD but there are adequate free parking available in front of the hotel. Outside sound can quite easily come in through the windows.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2025Our room was okay, it was a corner queen & single bed room. So, there was space for our 1 year old daughter to roam and play around the room. The location was very good, restaurant, laundry, was just within walking distances.
We can smell cigarette in the corridor on the 3rd floor corridor. Please monitor that cause the smell is a bit disturbing to our baby who is very sensitive to cigarette smell.
