Eine wundervolle Anlage, die durchaus an Disneyland erinnert. Riesige Zimmer, riesiges bequemes Bett und eine großartige Ausstattung (z..B. 2 große Waschbecken im Bad! ). Perfekte Sauberkeit und super freundliches Personal vielen Dank an Ernie und Kollegen) . Die Lage direkt am Twin Beach nur ein paar Gehminuten vom wundervollen Nacpan Beach entfernt. Es ist perfekt und wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Nous pouvons qualifier l’architecture du lieu de particulièrement audacieuse. Avec son donjon coloré qui nous permet d’avoir une vue plongeante sur la très belle baie de Calitang. Ses douves adossées à la mangrove. Sa décoration colorée et espiègle. L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à son nom, mais il s’agit ici d’un château construit par un facétieux qui aurait conservé son âme d’enfant. Le jardin est très beau et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses avec son séjour cathédrale et ses grandes baies vitrées au verre occultant. La climatisation est performante et silencieuse. Le confort y est optimum. Son emplacement permet de profiter de la plage voisine de Nacpan sans en subir les désagréments liés à la foule de touristes car la baie de Calitang est moins fréquentée, plus intimiste et la baignade y est plus calme dûe à sa forme d’Anse. Quant aux amateurs de Pizza ils seront comblés avec celles servies par Helena’s Kitchen.

Very spacious and clean room with drinking water and plenty of seating. Good Air Conditioning. Friendly staff. The resort is whimsical and we loved the lookout tower views.

The beach immediately in front is cleaned up every day but the there is a lot of trash in the area surrounding. A little overpriced.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Booked us island tour A which left from the beach in front of the hotel and a transfer to the airport which all went very well. Very unusual architecture but our room was massive very clean. Location was perfect for us. Nice quiet location on a pristine beach. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Location is fantastic with the best sunsets ever seen right at your doorstep. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It's probably a little more expensive, but worth every penny. Angel did a fantastic job cleaning our room every day.

Kahvaltı seçeneği pek yok o bölgede, yemeklerin pek iyi olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Çevredeki başka alternatifler daha iyiydi. Nacpan beach'e yakınlık çok iyiydi. 5 dakikada oradasınız ve harika bir sahil... Otel deniz kenarında ancak oradan denize girmek mümkün değil, sadece manzara ve dalga sesi için bir değeri var.

We weren't expecting how great the hotel is. The room was huge with a beautiful view to the mangrove. Staff extremely helpful. We felt so welcome that it was hard to leave. Couldn't have chosen better.

The establishment is in a Disney style backdrop with buildings and decorations as seen in some video games. It is kept very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Breakfast items and availability sems a problem and what is available is a bit on the expensive side where you could get decent breakfast a few steps outside on the beach.

Wonderful place -fair distance from crowded Elnido and very close to Nacpan Beach - very kind and welcoming staff , beautiful garden , good food, spacious and well air conditioned rooms .

its very unique place and the rooms we had 4 were generally a pretty good standard and the beds comfy. the gardens are nice and its right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

the management was a bit strange. they tried to charge me more substantialy extra mattress in one of the rooms for my daughter (which i refused to pay because we had booked a room that should have had a sofa bed, but was missing). The vibe wasnt very nice and the staff kept telling me the absent manger said i would have to pay or my card would be charged. the staff were nice, but the managment was obviously not so friendly or efficient. also i got overcharged at the time of booking, which was never resolved, i tried talking to them and also booking.com and nothing happened. i decided to forget about it. outside my dads room there was building work happening, the other rooms were ok and noise free.

Unique design, spacious rooms, good food, excellent service and peaceful ambiance. Front beach offers great sunset views but isn't really that ideal for swimming. A small pool overlooking the beach would be a very nice addition.

Our family have enjoyed so much in our trip to El Nido and stay in the resort, Room are huge, Staff are friendly and helpful breakfast is good. And our tour guide for 2 days boat/beach tour are very friendly, helpful and funny. lunch is delicious😊

Amazing place

The room was large and comfortable, very clean and with everything we needed. Staff very helpful and accommodating, polite and friendly. Location - wow! We love peace and quiet and that is what we got. A short walk across the first village beach to Nacpan beach - 2.5 miles of sand and sea - a few great beach bars and restaurants- try Nacpan Beach Grill - and bliss. Peace. A few tourists but mostly an empty beach. Lovely local village for convenience stores and a pharmacy but 45 minutes from the hustle and bustle of El Nido. Don’t come here for nightlife- we came for peace and quiet and a beautiful beach - didn’t need shoes for a week. Hotel is still establishing but nothing disturbed us. We would definitely return.

I liked this project, it's fun, but there are nuances. I wish success and patience to the architect. From the point of view of household comfort, everything is very good. Hot water, spacious, clean rooms, air conditioning and a great mattress. A well-chosen place for sun loungers to watch the sunset and look at the stars. Very beautiful territory, 5 minutes walk from the best beach of El nido- Nakpan.

All 3 days there was a hum from the electrical panel in the room. No free water, no toothbrushes.Guests should be offered 2 towels of different sizes instead of 1, taking into account the declared level of the hotel and the scale of the project. There are also a lot of questions about the speed of service in the restaurant, the quality of the dishes and the serving. For the first time in my life, I see that juice is not added to a glass, and coffee is not added to a cup. Are they greedy? Obviously, the restaurant needs to audit the menu, check the recipes and ensure the uniqueness of the menu, logistics with the delivery of high-quality products, vegetables, fruits, fresh pastries, high-quality bread, the quality of dishes and serving. At the moment, the restaurant is losing heavily to the cafe from nakpan beach. I noticed that the restaurant's guests leave the hotel in the morning for breakfast and other meals and choose other cafes on the beach. I think that a simple analysis will help businesses understand that there is a serious problem in this matter. We had two meals at the restaurant, we tried tuna sandwiches, mushroom soup from the menu and it was terrifying, and we also took breakfast once. I watched as 5 guests waited for breakfast for more than 30 minutes until one of the guests lost his calm and went to find out what was going on in the kitchen. Therefore, the problem in restrand's management is very obvious. I believe that guests should be attracted not only by the unique design of the castle, but also encouraged to leave as much money as possible on the territory of the hotel. To do this, a review of the restaurant's management policy will help. I want to see muesli/porridge and risotto on the menu, not just the creepy dry rice. Soups, ramen, croissants, waffles, cheesecake, salads made not only from tomatoes and cucumbers, but also pumpkin, herbs, nuts, sauces, etc., vegetable and meat dishes, good bread.

Excellent place but services are not up to it- why breakfast starting at 8:00 while you have to leave at 7:00 for most activities? Such a nice place and no animation?

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, and there's a bar outside and a mini-bar in the room. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary water in the room's fridge, with free refills. Free coffee and tea were also provided, with refills available upon request from housekeeping. Housekeeping automatically replenishes everything if you request their service; otherwise, you can request refills at the front desk. (Alcoholic beverages are not included, of course).

The staff was friendly. I would like to point out Chris from the bar. Resort is Just on the Beach, which is nice. You have maybe 200 meters from Nacpan Beach, which is much more crowdy. Rooms have tv with Netflix and You tube. Restaurant and bar is ok, Just on the Beach, but limited time working hours.

Value for money is not worth it, for sure. We have been in 3 other resorts on Palawan, for similar amount of money, but this was the less we received. The road leading to the resort is teribble! Beach is clean only that couple of meters where resort is. Just next to it, there is huge amount of garbages on the beach and all around, including broken glass in the sand. There were construction workers on 3 sides of the resort. It seems like they will be working for years... Before it will be finished, the other part will need to be renovated already. But at least we didn't hear much noise, so we slept well there. There was a fridge not working in the room, so they took it out our first day. But they didn't bring another one. The bathroom could be better cleaned, taps were full of water rust. The curtains in it weren't washed for a while. Usually you have a free botles of water in the room, but here we didn't have any. For this money I would expect breakfast to be included in the price, but it wasn't. The smell of the air in the room was bad, so it is better to use air dispencer...

Hotel has a fantastic location, and the room is very spacious. On the beach with lovely garden.

Unfortunately the hotel restaurant is very basic and the lounge chairs by the beach are few and hard to lay on, hotel seems a little run down and parts of it are under construction. It is a basic hotel and ok to stay in but I would not call it a resort, we paid far too much, for what it offers. Hotel is in need of TLC.

the buildings, when they are completed, will be astounding, but for now, only a few are complete. During our stay, the main restaurant area was still under construction. We never heard any construction work, as most of the.worknis being done by the owner and a few labourers.

Fitted sheets!! As per someone else's feedback, the beds have fitted sheets that are a bit too small, and end up slipping off during the night, leaving you sleeping on a bare mattress, which is not good at all. We complained to reception about this, and they replaced them with good, standard sheets (for the next 3 nights and then one of the beds went back to the fitted sheets!)

Our stay at this resort was absolutely delightful! The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with a private bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay, and the WiFi worked flawlessly, allowing us to stay connected without any issues. We were also incredibly impressed by the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. The concierge was especially helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Nothing The worst experience in my life. It supposed to be a dream holiday on the other side of the world but became the worst holiday ever.

The hotel is on the building site , nothing was mentioned on booking. I booked a sea view room but instead I had a view of noisy builders from early hours of the morning. The beach was not is used due to dirty stuff from the building site. Lots of broken glasses on the sand,could not walk without the shoes on. One night when we were out, the large piece of ceiling has fallen off causing our huge distress. No alternative room was offered,no apology received from the staff. Huge disappointment 😢

Big king-size beds. Large and clean rooms. Well located, quite close to Nacpan Beach (although an extra paid shuttle service to Nacpan would be appreciated as an option). Along the way, there are some small shops nearby for groceries (drinks, snacks, etc.). The hotel is building a lovely castle-style design that’s very well decorated. When the construction/renovation work is finished, it will look like paradise. MG Chateau offers direct access to the private Calitan Beach (pretty empty but nice for a quiet walk). Nacpan Beach is within walking distance from Calitan. Nacpan is one of the best beaches we’ve visited in Asia. The hotel provides decent internet connection (via satellite), which is very rare in this area where even cell phone signals don’t work (there’s no nearby cell tower). We really appreciated the satellite internet because our remote online job requires us to be connected 24/7. In the room, there is a well-stocked minibar. The cleaning service is efficient. The staff is helpful and friendly. They arranged a comfortable airport transfer for us by tricycle at the standard rate.

Improvement suggestions based on our stay: – The mattress fitted sheet doesn’t fit perfectly the large king-size mattress very well, so it slips off every night, even if you’re not moving around much. Ordering new fitted sheet that fit well would greatly improve sleep comfort. – A toilet pump should be available in each room, as in the countryside, toilets can get blocked easily. – We experienced a pretty long power outage in the middle of the night, and we’re not entirely sure if the hotel has backup electric generators that turn on automatically (it didn’t bother us this time, but we were concerned about future outages). Addressing these 3 points would be appreciated for our next stay at MG Chateau, as we would gladly book there again if we have that chance.

Bathroom doors would not close properly, bathroom tap water was very salty, cleanness of toilet was pathetic. When you come out of the room it stinks badly due to the stagnant water in the mangroves behind the rooms. Bathroom towels provided was really shaby. This place is situated right next to the residential colony.

the bay in front if not good for snorkeling, go to Nacpan or Duli. The staff was very inconsistent. Most were very helpful and friendly. One was not helpful at all.

LOVED our room, can’t emphasize enough how unique and awesome our room was (Hibiscus room 1). I almost regretted scuba diving during the day because I could’ve happily sat in the room all morning each day watching the birds out the giant picture windows into the mangrove forest behind us. Like, 20 foot ceilings and huge picture windows on both sides of room. Bizarre but amazing.

No food available onsite, or coffee etc, due to ongoing renovations. Would be great to offer at least coffee in reception area in the morning.

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are big and clean. Literally, you faced the beach! Possibility to organise island hopping tours there. They also organise vans to come and go from el Nido. The best of all was the service. They are very helpful and nice, trying to help you in every way possible! Thank you!

The rooms were huge and beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The nearby restaurant Beach Banquet Bar's Restaurant was very good for dinner, lunch or breakfast.

The location is a bit far from El Nido islands area in case you want to visit the small or big lagoon, go snorkeling, etc., but the hotel can arrange this for you, but the sailing trip takes a bit longer compared to staying nearer to El Nido.

Way overpriced for what you got still under construction three main buildings or four main buildings all have finished, strange windows in the room half of them were boarded up with plywood could only see the ocean view if you were standing not sitting no place to hang clothes. Very strange design almost like you’re in a bad Disneyland hot water maker didn’t work for coffee, nor did they even give you coffee I had to bring my own, water in the shower barely came out made knocking on your door and peeking through your window. 30 minutes before check out telling you to check out honestly if it wasn’t for the location, the place is a disaster and no TV and Wi-Fi sometimes work and sometimes it didn’t.

I arrived sick at the facility so I didn’t really enjoy the surroundings. I was able to enjoy the beautiful “private “ beach on my first day but next day I couldn’t leave my bed and I was full of bites. The sandflies & others bugs didn’t spare me! The property was nice, it felt like arriving at Disneyland! The rooms were colorful, the buildings were castles and it was surrounded by plants and flowers! The rooms were clean & quite, friendly staffs but not always easy to understand each other! It’s quite far from everything, but there are beach restaurants at walking distance.

If you order food from the kitchen, it takes ages to get it! It was difficult to communicate with the staffs

We like the place as near by the beach, The room is so spacious and clean. The receptionist was friendly and very accomadating. They have all you need fridge with drinks(but need to pay what you consume) Bathroom with soap,towel,conditioner,shampoo and heated shower. Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Near by in nacpan beach which is you need to walk maybe 10-20mins depend on your pace. They also have available van transfer to arrange to go back in town by request for affordable price. Overall we are so happy to stay.

They also offer food, as well as various tours such as island hopping, inland tours, motorbike, kayak, and transportation services for both group and private bookings. Overall, our vacation was enjoyable and we are sure to come back here in the future.

We selected this place because it looked different. It looks like Disneyworld and it is really different. It will be nice when the place is completed. Rooms and showers are big. The beach is very nice and there are options to eat out directly on the beach.

We selected this place because it looked different but we did not like our stay there for multiple reasons: 1- More than half the hotel is still in construction, so there was banging noise just above our head and you need to navigate on the premises thru unsafe construction works and labour staff. 2- Requested 2 rooms next to each other, and it was confirmed, but when we got there, the rooms were in 2 separate buildings. The staff could not do anything about that because the other 2-3 rooms were all booked. 3- Rude staff: When complaining to the staff, we were told to complain to booking.com and that there is no manager available onsite to address our concerns; 4- Loud music playing in the reception with nobody there. I had to lower the volume myself.

Weird layout of room, no power in bathroom, no hot water, wifi very poor, ongoing maintenance. Better to get accommodation nearer to Nacpan Beach.

The room is beautiful and spacious, the property and garden are wide, and they have their own beach. They also serve food. The staff service is excellent and very accommodating. I will definitely come back here soon with my friends and family.

About the only thing I like was that the staff were friendly and tried to do their best to accommodate me.

The power kept shutting off and on throughout the stay. The first room I was given had no tv or mini fridge. I was upgraded to a better room. However, the power kept turning off and on during the day and night. No breakfast available, thought I booked at nacpan beach but that was a 20 minute walk from my place. Very dark at night and need a flashlight to get around. Had to walk the length of a football field or more with my luggage on a terrible dirt road with no assistance from the hotel. There was construction going on all day because they were still building and adding on at the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Maybe when they are completely done with all renovations in 10 years it will be different. Again, the staff were very kind and it was out of their hands with everything going on there. I want to thank them for their effort to accommodate me. Place just needs updating big time. It’s about 45 minutes from the airport so plan on a long ride away from the town of el Nido.
