Beautiful garden setting. Large room with magnificent island view and large deck. Drinkable water supplied. Included variety breakfast. Walk along beach to town. Ray tuc tuc driver, Bella receptn, Siy siy bar.

Not much I didnt like, dogs yapping a lot, Stairs to my room a little steep and rough edge caught my heel, but have to cimb them for the top view.

Very large rooms , had a nice view and hammock on balcony. Very clean , nice bathroom. Good breakfast , lovely staff

El personal es súper amable. El tuktuk a tu disposición para ir y volver al centro es súper cómodo. Las vistas espectaculares, sobre todo la puesta de sol. Y los desayunos inmejorables. Mucho mejor estar en este hotel que en el centro de El Nido.

酒店可以添加一个备用电源，因为一天可能偶尔有几十分钟会断电。

La vista desde el bungalow y tener la playa en la puerta. Está en una zona algo alejada, pero te llevan gratis en tuktuk al centro a cualquir hora.

Está un poco apartado. Se echa de menos algún enchufe más (en el baño no hay).

L'hotel està allunyat del centre, però disposa d'un servei gratuït de tuk-tuk que t'acosta fins al centre. L'habitació estava neta i el personal era mol amable. El millor és esmorzar davant de les vistes meravelloses de la platja.

Absolutamente todo. Las fotos del anuncio no hacen justicia a lo que es estar ahí. Hemos alquilado una habitación en primera línea de playa, nos levantábamos con el sonido de las olas por la mañana. El comedor también tiene vistas al mar. La chica de recepción súper atenta, amable, pasaba por la habitaciones para llamar a los tours concertados, estaba súper pendiente de todo.

Está a unos 20 min caminando del centro, pero eso mantiene un poco su encanto, alejado del ajetreo. Fue todo perfecto.

Hotel bonito aunque no está en el centro, tienen un servicio de tuktuk (gratuito) que en 5min te deja en el centro de el nido. Habitaciones limpias aunque el baño un poco pequeño. Lo recomendamos!

Bedding wasn’t very comfortable.

La habitación era amplia y con vistas. Las personas que nos llevaron en el tuktuk fueron muy agradables.

Está alejado del centro y aunque tiene un servicio de tuktuk gratuito, es un engorro tener que ir y venir con él. Es mucho más práctico estar en el centro. Teníamos el desayuno incluido durante cuatro días, pero solo pudimos desayunar un día, ya que el desayuno lo sirven a partir de las 7.00h y durante dos días a esa hora ya teníamos que estar en el punto de encuentro para los island hopping y no tenían opción de take away. El último día, teníamos que salir a las 7.30h como muy tarde y nos comentaron que tendríamos el desayuno listo a las 7.00h pero no fue así, no nos lo pudieron preparar tampoco a tiempo y finalmente nos tuvimos que ir sin desayunar. Por otro lado, hicimos uso del servicio de lavandería y la ropa vino con manchas negras de algo parecido a grasa que aún no hemos conseguido quitar y algunas prendas también tenían agujeros. Aun así nos cobraron 500 pesos por el servicio. Por acabar, desde mi punto de vista, que la papelera del baño donde debes tirar el papel (ya que no se puede tirar al wc) fuera de mimbre y estuviera siempre sin bolsa me parece de una falta de higiene tremenda.

A bit far from the town center but the hotel offers FREE transportation to go to town and the town is walking distance if you have no issues ambulatong.

I could not speak more highly of this accommodation it was so clean but it was the staff that made it everyone was soo friendly and welcoming we stayed 6 nights and could have stayed a month. Christian and the girls at reception and the girls from the restaurant were so good to us

Very pretty setting and right on the beachfront. Friendly staff and free tuktuk into town was helpful.

The road to the hotel was a bit dodgy, and with the rain it was pretty muddy. The tuktuk managed it fine though.

Purtroppo l'hotel non è nel centro di El nido quindi c'è una stradina sterrata per raggiungerlo. Dal centro sono 15 minuti a piedi. L'hotel fornisce un servizio di tuk tuk gratuito molto comodo. Se piove o c'è alta marea effettivamente questa strada è poco agibile ma a noi non non ha creato nessun problema.

Excellent in hospitality. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff. The room was big, clean and cozy, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room has a stunning view of Cadlao Island and beautiful sunset. Though the resort is not from the town proper, they will offer you a free tuktok ride to and from the resort. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this place especially for families and couple.

La vue du restaurant la Clim

Le petit-déjeuner est bon, même s’il est parfois un gras ( beaucoup d’huile ), et la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Malheureusement, le Wi-Fi est quasiment inutilisable. Malgré plusieurs codes et réseaux fournis, nous n’avons même pas réussi à charger correctement une page Google, quelle que soit l’heure de la journée. Il y a aussi beaucoup de moustiques dans les chambres et la salle de bain aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie. Autre point à prendre en compte, l’isolation sonore est très limitée. On entend énormément ce qui se passe autour, que ce soit les voisins ou les bruits extérieurs. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, cela peut vite devenir gênant. Dans l’ensemble, cela reste un bon hôtel, situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Amazing stay with spacious rooms and a beautiful balcony view of El Nido. The property is beachfront, and honestly, the balcony view itself is worth the price. The bed was very comfortable, and the washroom was big, clean, and well-maintained, with toiletries provided. Breakfast was really good, and the staff were extremely helpful with arranging tours and transfers. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

The only thing to note is the location. It is around a 20-minute walk from the town square through a narrow road. The property does provide free 24/7 tricycle transfers from the town square, which is very helpful. However, if you return very late at night, there may be a chance that the tricycle driver is asleep or not immediately available. Wifi and AC speed can be improved.

I like everything except the very weak to no internet connection at Room 4, so we had to stay in the dining area till late at night to work. I could easily rate this place 11/10 except for the unreliable Internet. If they can fix this, I can recommend this place to my friends who are in WFH setup. They’re aware about this since it’s a recurring comment in this platform, and I hope they really fix it instead of just apologizing. In this day and age where people travel to relax and work, a reliable internet is nonnegotiable.

The staff, customer service, coffee and breakfast, cleanliness of my room, comfort of my bed, etc. I will definitely be back here when I'm in El Nido!

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Staffs are super accommodating and were available anytime of day even at night, if we have any queries or what. The room is spacious and instagrammable-worthy. 🫣 It also helps a lot that they’ve arranged pick-up and drop-off from the hotel to the town-square (and vice-versa). They have a lot of options for breakfast—with rice and non-rice. Coffee, tea, or canned fruit juice are also offered for breakfast.

Maybe just improve your WiFi connection because it’s really weak especially when we’re inside our room.

The room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The journey to the hotel was really quite scary as it had been pouring with rain all morning and the narrow track over the sand and then along a dirt track was flooded. On arrival we loved what we saw. Unfortunately on our first night (after having dinner in the restaurant) I became extremely ill (bacterial infection) and had to call the doctor out to me. The staff were very kind and helpful during this time, I spent 2 full days in bed. On our last night we went down to the restaurant again (as I couldn’t go on a tricycle due to being unwell) I only had a banana but my husband had a chicken dish. That night he became very unwell and we were flying the next day! When we arrived in Bali he ended up in hospital on an IV with lots of medication to take. It took us both about 2 weeks to recover and really put a dampener on our holiday. I can’t say for sure that we both became ill from the restaurant but I think the odds are very high. We regularly travel to Indonesia and are very careful about hygiene and cleaning teeth with bottled water etc.

La navette gratuite pour rejoindre le centre-ville est un plus et la vue du restaurant est vraiment incroyable. Nous avons loger dans une petite hutte et c’était très romantique

La literie n’était pas très confortable (surmatelas) et la douche s’écouler avec énormément de difficulté ce qui faisait qu’on avait les pied mouillés longtemps dans la salle de bain, ce qui rendait le sol pas très propre au fur et à mesure des aller-retour

The view and the staff are incredible. Other reviews said the food was great, I thought it was just okay. The tuk tuk service back and forth to town was great and an added benefit.

I stayed for four nights and left exhausted. I couldn’t sleep, the walls are very thin. I had someone above me one night coughing all night. Every night the resident cats got into a fight, the dogs that live on the beach barked and howled early in the morning every day, and the neighbors rooster started crowing at 3am and didn’t stop. Those things are not the fault of the property but it made it impossible to get a decent night sleep.
