Angel Nido Resort

The room was really neat, comfortable bed, the amazing breakfast view to the beach and the friendly staff. They helped us out reaching the town the day that it was raining and fulfilled every of our needs. I really recommend staying there. It is a 10 min walk from the town but it's worth it. There are restaurants and tour agencies near as well.

Resort in buona posizione tranquilla ad El Nido, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro servito dai tricicli. Buona la colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere piatti di cucina italiana. Quando la marea lo consente è possibile farsi il bagno, comunque la vista sulla baia è bellissima. Quando il mare è tranquillo si può utilizzare il kayak per raggiungere le spiagge tropicali dell'isola di fronte o sulla costa. Molto disponibile il titolare, che ha dato ottime indicazioni per organizzare il soggiorno contattando direttamente le agenzie per tour ed escursioni.

Struttura immersa nel verde, ben curata. Camere ampie, pulite, ben arredate e con aria condizionata. Spazi comuni fronte spiaggia con vista mare molto suggestivi. Proprietario italiano molto gentile, e anche tutto lo staff disponibile e gentile. Ci hanno prenotato il transfer per Port Barton e anche l’island hopping.

Prezzi un po’ sopra le aspettative ma c’è da dire che El Nido ê una località molto turistica quindi ci sta. La posizione la pensavamo un po’ più centrale invece è un po’ spostato dal centro, se non si vuole camminare bisogna noleggiare un motorino (consigliato) o chiamare un Tuk Tuk per spostarsi. La nota positiva è che è una zona molto tranquilla senza il caos del centro.

Posto incantevole situato di fronte al mare con vista su un isola ed immerso nel verde. La struttura ha tantissime piante che ti fanno dimenticare lo stress della vita quotidiana., Camere molto pulite e letti comodi. Colazione inclusa molto buona. Staff gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Anche il proprietario sempre sorridente e a disposizione ci ha dato delle dritte utili per il nostro soggiorno. Vi è la possibilità di organizzare direttamente in struttura transfer e tour e proprio di fronte la struttura è anche possibile noleggiare degli scooter. Che dire ci siamo trovati benissimo e se mai torneremo ad El Nido sappiamo già dove andare.

Schöne Umgebung, leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal, etwas vom Zentrum entfernt (zu Fuss 10 Minuten) das ist aber nicht wirklich negativ, da es dementsprechend ruhig war in der Nacht.

Le personnel est charmant et tres disponible, le petit jardin bien entretenu et l'emplacement en bord de mer est un vrai plus pour le petit déjeuner ou boire un cocktail au coucher du soleil.

La chambre de nous avions au dessus de la cuisine est très petite, sans beaucoup de possibilité de rangement. La salle de bain est minuscule. Tres peu de prises électriques. Avoir des bouteilles d'eau chaque jour ou une bonbonne pour recharger la gourde serait apprécié, comme cela se pratique dans la plupart des hôtels aux Philippines

Op fijne loopafstand van het centrum van El Nido. Maar ook genoeg restaurants, winkels en massage mogelijkheden naast de deur

Het kleinschalige resort lag op een geweldige locatie Het was ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum Wat wij (stel in de 50) geheel niet erg vonden Donker stukje dat wel en veel kleine locale winkeltjes maar zeker niet oneilig Uitzicht was fantastisch, je kon er ook eten (dit hebben wij niet gedaan) en er was een bar met drankjes beschikbaar Ook hadden ze was service

L'emplacement est super, l'hôtel est situé dans une ruelle calme où il y a plusieurs restaurants qui ferment tous à 21h30. La vue sur la mer est très belle depuis l'hôtel. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et gentils. Le jardin dans l'hôtel est très beau.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas varié (3 options assez légères sont disponibles, accompagnés d'un jus industriel). Le personnel dans son ensemble est très gentil, sauf une des femmes à la réception qui était un peu antipathique.

- location - checkout the other hotels along corong corong beach. It’s really nice there, calm and good beach vibe. The beach if this hotel is not good and the neighborhood feels like a construction site. No advantage to stay on that side of the town - WiFi: mostly not working and bad mobile phone internet coverage = you are disconnected from internet - price: too high, you only get a nice room nothing else - breakfast: 2 slices of toast 2 eggs instant coffee. The same breakfast we got at our stays in 15€ hotels, but now we paid 75€. So I expect a bit more. What about a fruit or a juice?

Nem tetszett a személyzet hozzáállása, nem.segítettek a problémámmal, és mivel előre ki volt fizetve, mem érdekelte őket, hogy aodajutok-e vagy sem, a pénzt sem adták vissza. De az érdektelen hozzáállásuk volt a legrosszabb.

Personnel accueillant, logement propre et fonctionnel, vue imprenable sur la mer et cadre calme. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'hôtel est situé à 2 minutes en scooter du centre. A proximité de quelques restaurants et magasins.

Joli petit hotel en bord de plage, au calme, repas face a la baie (choix limité). A 15 mn de TownSquare a pied mais il y a des tricycles. La suite au 2e etage est très belle mais l'escalier est raide et il n'y a pas de store. Bon petit restaurant et salon de massage a proximité.

La climatisation est faible et bruyante. Baignade avec peu d'eau a marée haute, impossible à marée basse.

The location is great since it's a chill side of El Nido. The resort has a beach view and easy access. Also breakfast is a plus since you can eat in front of the beach. Staff is very friendly and supportive, they helped us booking our tours.

The property was located right on the beach ( although no swimming )only 15 minutes walk into town. It was very quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the deluxe Seaview room . Lovely view over the bay and a spacious room. Would highly recommend.

We would have liked a kettle in the room and was surprised one wasn’t provided as we stayed in the deluxe room. Also would have liked a hairdryer. Breakfast was limited but the breakfast location on the beach made up for it .

Die direkte Strandlage ist definitiv das Highlight der Unterkunft. Es ist sehr schön, direkt am Meer zu frühstücken oder dort zu entspannen. Auf der Strandseite stehen Liegen sowie Tische und Stühle zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und grundsätzlich relativ ruhig. Direkt vor dem Resort gibt es einen kleinen Kiosk, bei dem man Getränke deutlich günstiger bekommt als im Hotel selbst.

Leider gibt es einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. In der Umgebung finden Bauarbeiten statt. Die Liegen am Strand sind sehr hart, da Auflagen fehlen. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und wenig abwechslungsreich. Man muss bereits am Vortag zwischen nur drei Optionen wählen und eine feste Uhrzeit angeben, die möglichst genau eingehalten werden soll. Das empfanden wir im Urlaub als unflexibel. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und wirken durch zusätzliche Regale noch beengter. Das Fenster ist zu klein für ausreichende Frischluftzufuhr. Die Tür kann man nachts wegen streunender Hunde und vieler Mücken nicht offen lassen. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet nur mit Umluft, wodurch die Luft stark austrocknet, und auch der Deckenventilator schafft keine wirkliche Frischluft. Im Badezimmer kam zudem ein starker Abfluss- bzw. Toilettengeruch auf. Das Personal war zwar grundsätzlich freundlich, wirkte jedoch eher reserviert. Die Getränkepreise im Resort sind für die Region relativ hoch, und auch das Essen ist eher einfach. Um gute Restaurants zu finden, muss man meist ein Tuktuk nehmen oder ein Stück laufen.

Arrivando di fronte al cancello in legno che da sulla strada, dal momento in cui lo si apre e si percorre il vialetto d'ingresso non si e preparati a quello che gli occhi stanno per vedere: Cadlao Island si staglia di fronte a noi. La vista è di quelle da togliere il fiato, non sembra vero di essere proprio lì, di fronte alla maestosa montagna. Angel Nido Resort è un bellissimo hotel di 7 camere, ristrutturate lo scorso mese di novembre, immerso in un bel giardino fiorito. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella camera n.1, al piano terra, arredata in maniera molto elegante, completa di ogni accessorio, con un bagno spazioso anch'esso arredato con eleganza e funzionalità. La colazione viene servita fronte mare, su un terrazzino con una vista impagabile che, al tramonto, lascia senza parole. E' gestito in maniera eccellente da Matteo e sua moglie, due persone squisite, che fin dal momento della prenotazione si sono sempre dimostrati disponibili venendo incontro a tutte le nostre richieste: ci hanno organizzato i transfer, le escursioni, procurato lo scooter per girare ad El Nido e per raggiungere le belle spiagge nei dintorni (Vanilla Beach, Las Cabanas, Lio e Nacpan) e dato tante utili "dritte". Altra chicca del Resort il personale che è stato amichevole, gentile, professionale, facendoci sentire come a casa.

Der Lärm vom anderen Hotel war sehr laut, bis ca. 23:00 Uhr. Zusätzlich sind wir immer wieder in der Nacht wach geworden wegen Katzen, Hunden etc. war eine andere Erfahrung..

We booked transport with the hotel directly to pick us up at the airport & they confirmed it the day before, yet didn’t turn up. WhatsApped them to find out where they were & told us to get tricycle! Really poor service, we would not have chosen this form of transport as not the most comfortable & it broke down twice There is a hostel next door playing very loud music & karaoke No interaction with hotel to eat there despite excellent food reviews, not offered it & bar/dining area soulless Breakfast had poor selection Not particularly stated but very steep steps to get to both second & third floor rooms No cushions on ratten furniture on balcony didn’t make for comfortable seating

Lovely (rooms are comfortable with everything you need) and the staff go above and beyond to help organise transport, trips etc. We loved the simplicity of the resort; sitting on the terrace eating breakfast and the quiet for a good nights sleep. Is an easy 13 minute walk to the start of El Nido square.

Breakfast was fine, not great, but fine.

To start, I paid for a sea view room. I didn’t get one. I was told if I go out on the patio (small) and lean over the rail, and you can see the ocean! * Even worse was the very old, lumpy, painful mattress. So bad I had to move hotels. Luckily I found a much better place only about 100yards away. * also fyi, the whole room was painted blood red & there was no tv & no pool

This hotel is not accessible at high tide** Which is every evening and when it rains! The staff at the hotel are very very nice. And the breakfast is great, perfect spot and cooked fresh.

There must be an issue with the management as we were let down on our first day. The hotel did not let us go and check in as we landed late and there was high tide. Nowhere on booking confirmation or booking.com description does it note the problem with high tide/ accessibility. So to our surprise, we landed in El nido at 23:00 (flight was severly delayed) and the hotel told us it is not possible to go check in. Earlier that day, we kept informing the hotel about our delay as they were planning on picking us up from the airport. They never mentioned that we wouldn’t be able to check in after 23:00, it was until we landed that we found out. If we were informed about this, we would have planned ahead. They did not help us arrange alternative accommodation. Somehow, other people on our plane were able to check in to their hotel that was next door. So the problem is the management and not the high tide. You can always find a solution. Or at least, help your guest find a place to stay.. they had a duty of care toward us and left us to fend for ourselves in the middle of the night on an unknown island, during a time when forecasts said there was a tropical storm. To say this is outright negligence on behalf of the management here is an understatement, they knew we were at risk , and did nothing to help us, stopped answering our messages and suddenly we were all alone. We had to get booking.com involved on this and we managed to get refund for the first night. However, we paid a lot of money to find an alternative accommodation last minute, at midnight, knocking every hotel in town to check for availability. It was the worst experience and very stressful. The only reason we give more than 1 rating is the friendly staff that made us feel comfortable the following days. The hotel does note that the latest check in is at 23:00 but not mentioning why.

A/C struggled a bit due to the frequent power outages

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und 15 Gehminuten von El Nido town square entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und hat bei unseren Transfers unterstützt. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Endlich mal Mückennetze vor den Fenstern!! :)

Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig - es könnte liebevoller zubereitet und präsentiert werden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer könnte besser sein und es wäre toll wenn nicht nur am ersten Tag Wasser im Zimmer bereit steht, da der nächste Kiosk ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.

Lo staff è gentile e sempre disponibile, ci hanno aiutati con diverse prenotazioni di tour. La posizione è buona perché è lontana dal caos del centro città, in un villaggio molto carino. Il giardino della strutta è ben curato e si può fare colazione davanti al mare.

La stanza è angusta per due persone, avevo prenotato una camera vista mare e il mare non si vede. Scelte vegane per la colazione quasi inesistenti, caffè in bustine solubili frutta, pane e marmellata. Dato che la struttura si trova poco fuori il caos cittadino, avrei gradito essere informata che la sera per raggiungerla (possibile solo a piedi) è necessario attraversare un punto con l’alta marea sulla spiaggia, oppure passare per un percorso interno buio e difficilmente agibile.

Tolles Personal und die Pasta ist wirklich ein Traum. Kein Schnick Schnack, wie in Italien, dank des italienischen Besitzers. Wenn nicht das Restaurant nebenan das vermutlich beste der gesamten Philippinen wäre, hätte ich hier 4 mal statt 2 Mal abends alle Pastagerichte probiert.

lokalizacja obiektu bardzo nam odpowiadała, ponieważ było dosyć daleko od hałaśliwego centrum, dzięki temu było cicho i spokojnie, a jednocześnie idąc po plaży można było spacerkiem dotrzeć do sklepów i restauracji. Ośrodek położony jest nad brzegiem oceanu w pięknym ogrodzie, podczas śniadania można było delektować się wspaniałym widokiem na wodę i wyspy.

Nie polecam pokoju nr 2 - miał być z widokiem na morze, a trzeba było bardzo mocno się wychylić, żeby to morze zobaczyć. Oprócz tego do pokoju prowadziły bardzo strome schody, schodzenie po nich było bardzo niebezpieczne. Odradzam też rezerwację za pośrednictwem hotelu wycieczki Island Hopping - zaoferowano nam jak się okazało najgorszą z opcji: organizatorem było biuro podróży Kapupuruan, wypływalismy na Tour A jako ostatni, więc wszędzie musieliśmy czekać, aż inni odpłyną, żeby dostać się na wyspy, a przy Big Lagoon 2 godziny czekaliśmy na kajaki, oprócz tego lunch na plaży był beznadziejny, jak patrzyliśmy na stoły innych organizatorów, to jedzenie tam wyglądało dużo lepiej. Plaża i woda przy hotelu raczej nie nadaje się do pływania, lepiej pojechać na plaże Nacpan lub Las Cabanas

Non è colpa della struttura ma è giusto che chi prenota lo sappia: la strada (unica) per arrivare al resort durante l’acqua alta è praticamente inagibile senza bagnarsi completamente. La pulizia del bagno molto scarsa (abbiamo trovato ragnatele, una lametta usata, scarico del lavandino intasato, carta igienica sporca) e una costante puzza di fogna probabilmente data dagli scarichi. La camera veniva pulita solo su richiesta e gli “asciugamani” puliti li abbiamo dovuti chiedere noi a metà settimana. Per la colazione servizio molto scarso (ordini sempre arrivati a metà, personale svogliato e sbuffante a cui bisognava chiedere le cose più volte). Trasporti: viaggiando con valige molto pesanti all’andata ci avevano proposto di venirci a prendere in città, per poi dirci “beh giá che siete arrivati fino alla città con i tricicli, potete arrivare direttamente alla struttura”. Per ripartire ci hanno proposto di accompagnarci in aeroporto per poi scoprire che era un servizio a pagamento (che per carità, è giustissimo, ma andrebbe specificato subito). In conclusione è un peccato visto che la struttura ha comunque del pontenziale ma si perde sulle cose banali ma fondamentali.

Hôtel vraiment magnifique, plein de charme avec une multitude de plantes et d’arbres, j’ai eu une des chambres proches de la mer, quelle plaisir de se réveiller à 100m de la plage, la taille de la chambre est parfaite, la clim fonctionnait bien, la salle de bain est bien, il y a 3 choix de menu pour le petit déjeuner, le petit déjeuner était bon et surtout vous pouvez le manger sur la terrasse à 20m de l’eau c’est incroyable. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande ce logement !!

Le seul bémol est la localisation c’est à dire qu’il est à 15min à pied du centre ville donc parfait mais faites TRÈS ATTENTION il y a des marrées basses (très basses) le matin et des marrées hautes ( vagues jusqu’à 2m de haut) le soir pour accéder à la rue de l’hôtel. Il faut s’adapter et adapter les horaires à laquelle vous rentrerez le soir ( marrées hautes vers 21h actuellement) et surtout personne même le personnel de l’hôtel nous a mis en garde.

Schöne Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, alle sehr lieb, vielen Dank an alle! Das hat die negativen Punkte etwas vergessen lassen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut (Pancake mit verschiedenem Obst, oder Eier mit Speck oder Würstchen)

Wir haben ein sehr kleines, älteres Zimmer mit winzigem Bad bekommen und dafür viel zu viel bezahlt! Wenn überhaupt sollte man lieber einen Bungalow nehmen. Unser Bad war nicht sauber, sogar eine tote Kakerlake lag hinter der Tür! Die Dusche und der Boden im Bad nicht sauber und die Armatur verkalkt.
