Sunrise Zante - Adults Only Hotel

Quiet a nice little spot and a cute setting with traditional look, in all a nice little hotel and sunspot. The manager and staff were so helpful and kind amd considered any problems I needed help with

Evreything was great just the mattress was a little hard and uncomfortable

The pool was very nice. Our room was big and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also delicious, there are many options available every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area but it is only a short walk to the center where all the restaurants are. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this place.

Suite size was good , staff are very nice and friendly, so attentive and proactive, breakfast was decent and good with lovely and nice people serving there , We had issue with shower hand and they Fixed immediately, Pool was nice too, location not so far from the busy area around 10 minutes walking and the hotel has private parking and they make extension to solve the capacity issue of parking. House keeping was also good

Only thing was the mini fridge that was not working, we reported but we have been told it's just for presentation, We stayed on different hotels and the mini fridge was always working so we can cool some water in this hot weather, don't know if it was only our suite or it's general in the hotel

La tranquillità della struttura

The location was convenient for exploring Zakynthos, and the room did have consistently hot water. There were also a few staff members who were kind and helpful, particularly the gentleman Harris who eventually assisted me with the air-conditioning issue.

Unfortunately, the property did not feel remotely up to the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel, especially for the price I paid. The room and facilities felt dated and lacked basic conveniences. There were no drawers or adequate places to unpack and store luggage, which was particularly inconvenient for a six-night stay. The air-conditioning was one of my biggest frustrations. It only operated while you were physically in the room, so after being out for several hours, I would return to an extremely hot room that took a long time to cool down. I also experienced an issue with the AC during my stay, and while one staff member was genuinely helpful in resolving it, I did not find the overall response from the staff particularly helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable, and there appeared to be a mildew or musty smell coming from around the shower/drain area. The hotel’s system regarding irons was also unnecessarily inconvenient. Combined with the very early checkout time and generally outdated facilities, the stay simply did not feel like good value for money. Overall, my expectations were considerably higher based on the hotel’s four-star classification and the amount I paid. In my experience, the property felt much closer to a budget hotel than a four-star resort. I would spend the additional money to stay at a genuinely higher-end property next time.

E leggevo recensioni negative perche cambiavano le lenzuola ogni due giorni😱...assurdo! Le camere grandi ,spaziose e bagno ok! Ottima la posizione per girare l' isola!

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa..la colazione un po' più improntata sul salato...ma tanta scelta...frutta fresca,yogurt, frutta secca e mini brioches e a giorni alterni pancake o waffle.

Bell'hotel. Un po' datato su alcune cose ma tenuto bene e molto pulito. Servizio in camera giornaliero e colazione ottima, abbondante, sia dolce che salata. Piscina non l'ho provata ma sembrava molto bella, illuminata la sera, che rende l'atmosfera piacevole. Non è in mezzo al casino e la spiaggia più vicina è comoda da raggiungere (5 min in auto). Vicino c'è anche un piccolo supermarket e qualche localino.

La nostra camera era molto bella, pulita, spaziosa e minimal. Mi è piaciuta molto anche la colazione (anche se principalmente incentrata sul salato) e la piscina bellissima e molto grande con lettini sempre liberi e molto comodi. Personale gentile e disponibile

Il bagno della camera (seppure molto bello esteticamente) purtroppo aveva alcuni difetti: non era possibile chiudere realmente la porta e quindi questo impediva di avere una vera e propria privacy, inoltre la doccia perdeva molta acqua dopo ogni utilizzo. Nonostante la presenza di tende oscuranti la mattina c’era molta luce proprio per via del bagno, che essendo una struttura a vetri all’interno della stanza, lasciava passare molta luce

The first room we received sadly had mold in it, but after complaining we quickly received a new room to stay in, where we had no further issues. The staff was understanding, and helpful in the situation

Veoma lep i dobro održavan kompleks. Lokacija je veoma dobra - na prvi pogled deluje da ste u sred ničega, a zapravo ste na 10 min lagane šetnje u veoma žive.zone sa mnogo radnji i taverni. Osoblje veoma ljubazno.

Bilo je par sitnica koje treba unaprediti, ali ništa krucijalno. Iako sve deluje novo, postoje neke stvari koje su dotrajale i treba ih promeniti. Npr. klizna vrata ormara nisu se zatvarala kako treba. Bašta restorana gde se služi doručak je skoro potpuno na suncu. Krajem avgusta oko 9-10 ujutru samo tri stola su u hladu, sve ostalo je na suncu što dovede do toga da bude previše ljudi unutra jer je zaista nepodnošljivo jesti na suncu čak i ujutru. Jednostavne tende ili zavese bi rešile problem i učinile iskustvo prijatnijim.

Parcheggio dell'hotel non sempre disponibile anche se c'era un secondo parcheggio ma molto più scomodo. C'era un'area con biliardo e tavoli da ping pong ma un po' decadente, poco curata.

La proximité avec tsilivi

La fausse pub sur le fait d’avoir une piscine privative alors qu’elle se trouve dans le même espace que la piscine commune. Le fait qu’on ne respecte pas le papier “merci de ne pas rentrer”. Quand on prenait une douche il y avait un rivière qui se créait dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment médiocre. Un soir une chambre avait mis la musique extrêmement fort, nous avons appelé la réception s’il pouvait aller demander de juste baisser un peu leur musique car le lendemain on partait de Zakynthos. On nous a répondu “alors je vous laisse appeler demain matin car notre manager n’est pas là” donc vraiment un service qui laisse à désiré. Donc 2000.- pour 12 jours c’est clairement pas du tout un bon rapport qualité prix.

Check-in troppo tardi. Siamo arrivati alle 9.30, anche se abbiamo avvisato abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 13:00.

My wife and I stayed at Sunrise Hotel for two nights. While the rooms were clean and the hotel does offer convenient parking and a pool, unfortunately our overall experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the bed — genuinely one of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. You could feel the springs through the mattress, and after two nights both of us woke up with our bodies aching. A comfortable bed is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, so this really affected our stay. On top of that, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and the mobile signal/data connection was also extremely poor, which meant we were practically without internet access. Unfortunately, despite the cleanliness, parking and pool, the terrible sleeping experience and lack of connectivity made our two-night stay very unpleasant. I would not choose to stay here again unless the mattresses were replaced.

Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία και η εξυπηρέτηση στην ρεσεψιόν!

Αυτό που δεν μου άρεσε ενώ είχαμε βάλει καρτελακι να μην μπει το προσωπικό καθαρισμού μέσα αυτό το αγνόησε παντελώς και μπήκε κανονικά!!

Mi è stata assegnata una camera al piano terra con una piscina piccola di fronte, molto piacevole. Colazione ricca e parcheggio disponibile

Nella camera che mi è stata assegnata la doccia non aveva un punto fisso alto e usciva sempre acqua che invadeva una parte della camera. Questa cosa sarebbe da migliorare.

The staff were lovely and very helpful throughout my stay. The reception team were friendly and welcoming, and the manager was always attentive and made sure everything was running well. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the whole hotel area was beautiful. The pool was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. I also really enjoyed the delicious lunch. The beach is close by, and there is also a convenient shuttle service if you prefer not to walk. I especially loved the adults-only atmosphere, which made the whole stay peaceful and relaxing. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful holiday. I would definitely come back!

Struttura molto tranquilla e accogliente. La colazione mi è piaciuta perché è sia dolce che salata, anche se ripetitiva. Piscina grande e pulita e camere accoglienti con un bel balcone.

Das Zimmer was äußerst klein. Waschbecken sind direkt am Bett. Kein richtiges Badezimmer vorhanden. Die Dusche war auch nicht komplett funktionsfähig man konnte die Duschbrause nicht aufhängen und nach dem Duschen war das halbe Zimmer unter Wasser egal wie viel Mühe man sich gegeben hat. Platz für zwei Personen gab es auch nicht und konnte die Koffer nirgendwo hinstellen.

Vragen werden meteen opgepakt en zo nodig direct opgelost. Wij vonden het bed wat aan de harde kant. De volgende dag werd er een topper opgelegd. Genoeg bedjes bij het zwembad met indien gewenst een matrasje. Eten en drinken werd bij het zwembad gebracht.

De douche was op zich prima, maar zo gemonteerd dat je de kop vast moest houden anders stond de badkamer onder water. De kledingkast was niet echt bruikbaar.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda per visitare l'isola. Utilissimo il servizio di transfer da/per l'aereporto (a pagamento) e per la spiaggia di Tsilivi (gratuito). Se volete affittare un auto, uno scooter o un quad il personale dell'hotel può aiutarvi e farvi trovare direttamente il vostro mezzo in hotel.

Il condizionatore è abbastanza rumoroso. L'anta dell'armadio era rotta e non lo abbiamo potuto utilizzare per riporre i vestiti. Il bagno non dà esattamente privacy, sono pareti di vetro opacizzato. La colazione è perlopiù salata, per il dolce c'è davvero poca scelta. Gli asciugamani dopo 3 giorni non sono stati sostituiti.

Pool closes at 7pm Booked and paid for a deluxe room with Balcony, The rooms we were allocated seemed to be a standard room on the ground level without a balcony according to staff we asked. Pictures are deceiving, not what you pay for and get. Asked for fresh towels by leaving them in the shower so housekeeping would know to replace to find that the same used towels were folded and left in the room. What was worse was we were next to a pump room continually operating 24hrs a day causing sleepless nights. We approached management the nets day he said he knew what the cause was and that he would fix it. NOTHING was done. Room 106 DO NOT stay in that room if allocated for your stay

La piscina bellissima. il silenzio l’ho adorato essendo solo adulti. Il cibo era molto buono lato piscina/ristorazione.

La colazione era sempre uguale e, dopo pochi giorni, risultava piuttosto ripetitiva. Avevamo prenotato una camera con piscina privata, aspettandoci un ambiente più accogliente e soprattutto riservato. In realtà la piscina si trovava proprio di fronte a quella principale dell’hotel, tanto che, come anche altri ospiti, eravamo costretti a tenere le tende sempre chiuse per avere un minimo di privacy. Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata e ci è stata assegnata temporaneamente un’altra camera, decisamente più economica e, a mio parere, molto inferiore rispetto a quella prenotata. Il giorno successivo il problema è stato risolto e siamo tornati nella nostra camera. Ho quindi chiesto un rimborso per il disagio, ma mi è stato proposto come compensazione un pranzo con un budget di 40 €. Per tutto il soggiorno abbiamo inoltre avuto un problema con il bagno: il WC era praticamente all’interno della camera, separato solo da una struttura in vetro che, a causa delle fessure della porta e del mancato funzionamento dell’aspiratore, non tratteneva gli odori, rendendo la situazione piuttosto spiacevole. Abbiamo segnalato il problema due volte. Il personale è venuto a controllare, ma in entrambe le occasioni è andato via senza darci alcuna spiegazione. Inoltre, mentre non eravamo in camera, sono entrati per effettuare l’intervento lasciando tutte le tende aperte, cosa che non abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato vista la già scarsa privacy. Il problema è stato risolto solo il giorno successivo e, durante il lavoro, è stato lasciato il lavandino sporco senza essere pulito. È un dettaglio di poco conto, ma ho preferito riportarlo per raccontare la mia esperienza nel modo più trasparente possibile Ah e aggiungerei.. che le persone non possono parcheggiare in delle terre (salendo su un marciapiede ripido ) solo perché non vi decidete ad espandere il vostro che era minuscolo.

Camera lontano dalla strada

Posti all’esterno per la colazione sono al sole e vicino alla strada. Camera un po’ datata. Filtri aria condizionata sporchi. Rilasciavano un cattivo odore all’accensione per parecchi minuti.

Good location, staff were very friendly and assisted guests with luggage to the room.

Private pool room not worth the money. It’s just a small plunge pool beside the big pool shared with another room, so not private. No loungers on the area beside the plunge pool so you have to sit by the pool anyway and come back to ur “private” pool for a dip. The room was very basic. Toilet in one glass cubicle and shower in another glass cubicle on either side of room. Shower flooded into the whole room, soaking bags/clothes. Fridge on ground beside shower cubicle was also left sitting in a pool of water?! Highly dangerous. Whole room was just a giant wet room with glass partitions. Check out is at 10am, room cleaners let themselves in without knocking at 9:50 to clean room.

Het is heel mooi complex met een prachtig onderhouden tuin rondom het zwembad en de appartement. Het is niet te groot, ook niet te klein en het personeel heel vriendelijk en staan altijd voor je klaar.

Wat ik miste is een normale kleding kast en dressoir. Je kan je kleding aan een stang hangen, maar verder ook geen legplanken. Terwijl er genoeg ruimte was in onze kamer.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk grote kamer (225). Hygiëne is super. Heerlijk zwembad.

Een erg fijn hotel om te verblijven. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en helpt ook met de koffers bij aankomst. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. Het zwembad is een heerlijk verkoeling na een dag op pad te zijn geweest. De kamers zijn schoon en ruim genoeg.

Er was niet altijd voldoende parkeerplaats, waardoor je op het grasveld ernaast moest parkeren. Dat was niet heel erg, behalve dat de stoep erg hoog is in de straat.

Nice hotel with friendly staff who would do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is close to the city center.

De kamer zelf was verouderd. De kleerkast sloot moeilijk en is aan vernieuwing toe. Vrij harde bedden.

La struttura si presente in buone condizioni anche se non di recente costruzione, Non c'era una cassettiera per riporre eventuali indumenti, non c'era un telefono da poter contattare eventualmente la reception o altra camera, climatizzatore funzionante ma rumoroso e obsoleto, per andare a fare colazione bisognava uscire dall' hotel, la porta d'ingresso della camera con card ha dato molti problemi, è capitato più volte che non si è aperta e bisognava effettuare svariati tentativi, il cambio biancheria ogni due giorni,

As the hotel is rather far from the beach most guests have a car and the parking lot is not sufficient; sometimes I parked close by on grass but this does not belong to the hotel. Reception desk could be a bit frendlier / communicative and provide more info on the available trips.

We checked in at 11pm. We then had maintenance until midnight as aircon wouldn’t work. Staff were extremely rude. The male manager said “we have now given him 3 hours more work due to us requesting another room”. Very rude and a smart ass. We then got moved to a room where the aircon didn’t work, key didn’t work, TV didn’t work and no shower head holder. All the bars and restaurants shut well before what they were supposed to. Would never recommend to anyone. Want my money back. It was for our honeymoon and completely ruined our trip

Il personale della reception, i servizi offerti e ogni sera al rientro non c'era parcheggio per la nostra macchina per cui eravamo costrette a parcheggiare dove il guardiano notturno ci indicava, quindi fuori dalle strisce e nonostante non fosse un problema causato da noi ho ricevuto una mail in cui mi veniva Chiesto di parcheggiare la macchina nelle strisce. Bisognerebbe prestare più attenzione ai servizi offerti, prima di concedersi il lusso di richiamare il cliente.

Me and my wife have just spent a great week at the Sunrise, Daria on reception was very welcoming when we arrived and very helpful throughout the week nothing was to much trouble, Mr spiros the manager was also very welcoming and always quick to ask if everything was ok whenever we saw him, The breakfast has everything you need with plenty of choices and the staff around the hotel are brilliant from the breakfast staff to the cleaners who cleaned our room everyday, all the staff were very attentive and always had a smile for you a special mention for Christina always there with a chat and a smile and could not do enough for you 😊 The sunrise hotel is a very clean and well run hotel our room was great just across from the pool on the ground floor, the hotel itself is just a 10 min walk into town and has a car park across the road, we hired a buggie for 3 days and went all around the island such a Beautiful place, would highly recommend this hotel we had a great time and would definitely return 😊👍👌

Le personnel était vraiment sympathique, extrêmement gentil !! Le ménage était fait tout les jours. Le service était impeccable ! La piscine était très agréable, il y a avait toujours des transats libres et la nourriture servie est assez variée et de bonne qualité on peut manger directement sur notre transat ce qui est vraiment agréable ! L’hôtel se trouve à une quinzaine de minutes de la plage et le trajet pour s’y rendre est très agréable, on passe par le centre-ville, il y a plusieurs restaurants ou taverne pas loin et également des supermarchés. Au niveau du petit déjeuner il y en a pour tout les goûts. Si vous voulez organiser une activité vous pouvez vous renseigner à l’accueil, ils peuvent tout organiser pour vous et franchement nous l’avons fait et c’était parfait !! Je tiens réellement à remercier l’entièreté du personnel pour leurs gentillesse !!

Effectivement, le wifi est un peu capricieux mais personnellement ça ne m’a pas dérangé plus que ça. Je suppose que ça dépend du nombre de personnes qui l’utilisent mais la plupart du temps il fonctionnait.

Πολύ ευχάριστος χώρος της πισίνας με πολλά δέντρα. Το πρωινό ήταν πλήρες δεν έλειπε τίποτα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά και κατά την διαμονή μας τα καθάριζαν επίσης καθημερινά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό αλλά και πιο συγκεκριμένα θέλουμε να δώσουμε πολλά ευχαριστώ στους Άννα, Χριστίνα και Παναγιώτη για την εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση στον χώρο του πρωινού και της πισίνας, είναι σωστοί επαγγελματίες!!!

Το μοναδικό που δεν μας άρεσε είναι ότι οι περισσότερες φωτογραφίες του καταλύματος εδώ στο booking είναι μάλλον από τα πιο καινούργια και ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια. Εμείς μέναμε σε κάποιο πιο παλιό και όχι τόσο μοντέρνο το οποίο φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες αλλά είναι μόνο μια φωτογραφία και δεν δίνεις και τόσο σημασία (όπως και το μπάνιο).
