Non ci sono tende nella stanza se non quelle oscuranti Non ci sono prese accanto al comodino dei letti singoli e neppure luci Non sempre vengono rifornite le cialde del caffè Chiudere la piscina alle 18.00 é troppo presto

Amazing! Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend coming here and if I were to visit Zakynthos again I will be closing another room Alamis again. (I highly propose you getting the superior room, as it is, indeed, superior).

Il comfort di stanza, posizione, e la pulizia impeccabile e la piscina.

La parte dove eravamo noi, non nella struttura principale ma sul retro e’ un po’ datata . Ovviamente costa meno ma dal sito non era molto chiaro. La colazione non molto assortita .

It had a great pool, friendly staff, great location. Air con worked a treat.

The photos on booking.com when I booked the room were completely wrong! I booked the apartment and said it had a separate lounge and pull out couch, it did not. Also showed me pictures of the delux rooms when booking the apartment so Was a rude shock when I walked in. Bed pretty hard and room wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived.

A portable cot / bed would have been helpful. Due to booking.com platform limitations, my daughter was allocated to the room of the third person in our party instead of with us and it can’t be changed. I requested a mattress or cot for her for our room and they didn’t have them so I had to solve myself

Absolutely love the Alamis it was our second stay here this year. The Staff are so friendly and service at the pool and in reception is excellent. The place is spotlessly clean and the rooms are very modern and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned almost every day, cleaners are fantastic! The location is great 5 min walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Thanks George and Team for an amazing stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the beautiful surroundings, with orange and lemon trees, created a lovely atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was the perfect size for relaxing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The beaches are just a few minutes' walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants right around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a great location.

The hotel is located one minute away from the beach. All around the hotel there are souvenirs and shops, so it was easy to find everything we needed last minute and all the things we forgot to bring with us (beach towels, after son cream, sunblock, little souvenirs). The rooms were cleaned everyday, staff is super nice; from Monika at the reception, to the young man at the bar and all the cleaning ladies. We loved our stay there.

The pool was too small, but we actually came for the sea which was less than a minute walk from the hotel.

Se devo trovare una cosa, direi di anticipare la colazione alle 7 anziché alle 8 perché siamo dovuti andare a fare un escursione senza colazione e avevamo anche una bimba di 3 anni.

Sehr nettes, familienbetriebenes Hotel. Sehr modern und sauber! Toller Pool, super Zimmerservice, das Frühstück ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung. In 2 - 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim netten, kleinen Sandstrand. Tolles, flaches Meer. Viele sehr leckere Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Where do I start. George arranged a taxi from the airport, when we arrived, he greeted us in reception promptly and friendly, what a warm welcome. It was a sign of what to expect. Room was family suite, large, spotless, spacious, perfect. The whole week was 100% perfect, family friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, massive choice, lovely car area, great pool, all facilities excellent, but it’s the ‘personal’ family like treatment that makes George and his family stand out to make a good holiday great. Thank you and we will definitely be back and definitely recommend to family and friends. Excellent location, perfect for all amenities, bars etc

Only thing I could say, and it’s not a slant or a negative against the apartments, but the loud chats at the pool bar until 1am were a little loud, but to be expected when folk are enjoying their holidays.

Hotel muy bien situado en Tsilivi, en una zona tranquila y silenciosa, pero a la vez cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y todo tipo de servicios. Además, es fácil aparcar en las calles cercanas. La piscina es muy agradable y está perfectamente cuidada. El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, variado y delicioso, con opciones para todos los gustos. Lo mejor de la estancia fue, sin duda, la amabilidad del personal, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y tienen un tamaño perfecto para disfrutar de una estancia confortable.

Como único aspecto mejorable, el baño podría beneficiarse de una renovación para estar al mismo nivel que el resto de las instalaciones.

All staff and guests very nice

We really loved the location of this hotel , very close to the beach, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The conditions were good and the staff was kind and helpful, especially the romanian lady at the reception, who helped us and called a taxi after my boyfriend and I had struggled for half an hour trying to get one ourselves. The pool was also a great bonus that we really enjoyed during our stay

Fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het personeel en de gastheer waren ontzettend vriendelijk en hebben er alles aan gedaan zodat we ons verblijf konden verlengen en zelfs een mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht kregen. Heerlijk ontbijt. De ligging is perfect, vlak bij het strand en beachclub Makai; Wij komen zeker terug!

Er is een hele fijne familiaire sfeer in het hotel, van het personeel tot aan de gasten. Het was ook super schoon en goed verzorgd. Zeker een aanrader!

We had a very good stay. The location was excellent, close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Rengøring, beliggenhed og staff var helt i top!

Maden var gammeldags og til tider, virkelig ideforladt. Kom man en time ind i morgenmads buffeten var maden tør og kedelig, da den har stået ude i den tid. Evt redigere lidt i udvalget og opdatere udvalget. Så som flere forskellige yogurt og granola. Mere frisk frugt skåret. Frisk lavet på bestilling omelet og andre friske råvare kunne virkelig gøre at dette hotel er et 5***** på alle områder.

Excellent hotel, the staff are exceptional. Very warm and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very close to the beach and Tsilvi restaurants and bars.

Alles was goed! Fijn ontvangen, kamer was goed en netjes. Locatie is echt heel fijn omdat het vlakbij strand zit waar je voor een prima prijs parasol en strandbedje kunt huren. Het zit ook om de hoek van alle restaurants. Zwembad is gewoon goed, toen wij er waren altijd plek genoeg. Schoonmaak was echt heel goed en vriendelijk.

Hôtel très bien placé, au centre de l’île, plage à proximité, services de bar et piscine appréciables et personnel très chaleureux/serviable.

Nous sommes arrivés et avons eu la mauvaise surprise d’avoir 2 lits simples séparés (et qu’on ne pouvais pas vraiment coller) alors que la demande pour un double avait été fait en janvier 2025 (date de la réservation) pour un couple ce n’est pas l’idéal et la seule réponse qui a été donnée est qu’ils ne contrôlent pas la quantité de chambre avec lit double disponibles. De plus la salle de bain n’avait rien à voir avec les photos du site, la wifi ne fonctionnait pas non plus depuis notre chambre.

The location is excellent. The sea is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the street with shops and restaurants is only 2 minutes away. A supermarket is also nearby.

Although the family room was spacious and modern, it faced the road and was quite noisy, particularly in the early morning when traffic began.

Lovely warm welcome from Sue on our arrival. We where shown around the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Apartment had a balcony. Sue and all the team where fantastic and made our stay great. The beach was three minutes from the hotel and also local shops and restaurants. A return visit is on the cards.

Personalul hotelului este foarte amabil, competent și de mare ajutor. Hotelul este foarte curat, patul este confortabil. Micul dejun a fost foarte gustos și variat, cu preparate specifice bucătăriei grecești, dar și unui breakfast englezesc. Cafeaua servită la micul dejun nu a fost pe gustul meu, dar aveai cu ce să compensezi. Noi ne-am cazat într-o suită de familie, foarte spațioasă, cu terasă-balcon la ambele încăperi. Baia este mare, totul a funcționat foarte bine - presiunea apei, vasul de toaletă, aerul condiționat, Wi-Fi, ambele televizoare. Proprietatea este amplasată la aprox. 400 m de plajă, zona Planos. Plaja este cu nisip fin și cu intrare lină în mare, potrivită pentru copii. Portul cu ambarcațiuni de agrement este situat în apropiere. În zona Alamis Hotel se găsesc magazine, restaurante, terase și baruri.

Anumite zone din hotel nu sunt accesibile cu liftul. Pentru noi nu a fost o problemă, dar pentru cei care vin cu multe bagaje, cu cărucioare sau cu probleme de mobilitate la deplasare este bine să se intereseze de amplasarea camerei.

La ubicacion y la atencion del personal

El apartamento que nos dieron estaba muy viejo, el baño era muy incomodo y olía mal. Muchos mosquitos. No reponen el papel higiénico. Nos quedamos sin papel el ultimo dia. El menaje de la cocina no estaba limpio. La ducha es un horror de incomoda

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, lekker ontbijt en zeer goede locatie. Ideaal hotel als je van rust houd.

De locatie is echt uitstekend, alles is op loopafstand!

Locatie is uitstekend gelegen tussen het strand en de winkelstraat waar genoeg keuze is aan restaurants. Dichtbij het vliegveld. Goed werkende airco. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Als je bij het zwembad ligt kun je gebruik maken van de poolbar waar genoeg keus is en waar je ook heerlijk kan lunchen. Genoeg bedjes beschikbaar bij het zwembad.

Wifi was vanuit de hotelkamer slecht maar bij het zwembad was het wel goed.
