Clean. Easy access. Nice window view

But got ants. Small ones . Bed not attached to wall. So. bed kept moving kinda and covers can detach from the bed. There's no tea, coffee or kettle. No spoon either. Wished there was another chair inside the instead of 1 to sit down for meals.

The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is fully equipped and excellent. The towels are good. The parking lot is large for motorcycles and cars.

There was a problem with the air conditioning, as it was leaking water in the morning. I went down to reception to let them know, and they let me change rooms, but unfortunately the next morning it was leaking water here too. So the air conditioning is having some issues. The room is small, but if you don't have big suitcases then it's fine.

New very clean but basic. Easy to find and easy car park. AC is set to 24deg and max fan so is a bit noisy

AC was not all that cold and fan was preset to full speed.

The location was convenient, just a few minutes from the beach. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were polite. The room was clean and had a nice view of the street.

The soundproofing could be improved — I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some parts of the room

Clean room, Good staff, Good location but little less street lights going put from hotel

Lighting on the hotel exit to street

Service, Price, Coffee and staffs

Pillow not comfortable. Room musty smell especially toilet

All Good Great price

Everything was fine

Bed and shower were good tv included Netflix the people at the reception and the staff at the parking site were very friendly

The cleaning of the rooms could have been a lot better. Cleaning a room in merely 10 minutes without vacuum cleaning and with out cleaning the bath room and toilet is not called cleaning

Not far from town

Clean, 24 hours coffee machine, nice parking and security guard on duty

No response on special requests

There was a very nice coffee machine in the lobby. We had a choice of nearly 9 types of coffee, free of charge. This was nice, it was a very nice facility, but the windows of the room did not open. Therefore, there was a different smell inside. It smelled like dampness, something similar, I felt something like that in the first room I entered, I asked them to change the room, and they did. I didn't have any problems afterwards. The rooms seemed a little stuffy, that was my first impression because the windows do not open. There is a balcony door, but you get used to it later, I can say that I was satisfied with it.

There was a different smell in the rooms. I couldn't understand what happened. Whether it was the smell of dampness or the smell of cleaning, it was a different smell. I didn't like it very much.

Location on The Mekong.

Parking could be a problem if a few more guests had booked
