The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool and gym were perfect. The breakfast had a huge selection, but the quality was only ok.

Für ein richtiges Restaurant muss man schon etwas weiter gehen aber die Strassenlokale sind gut zum essen

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially with our two children, aged four and seven. The entire staff were wonderful, particularly the breakfast team. We also took part in the seafood barbecue, which was a fantastic experience for the whole family. The team at the pool bar and throughout the outdoor area were equally friendly and welcoming. From the reception staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful to us. An amazing team and a truly wonderful resort

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location right on the beach. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. The room was lovely, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Room amenities were fantastic, and the bathtub was very spacious.The swimming pool is beautiful and wide. The foam party was a huge hit; the kids absolutely loved it! However, the kids' club is a bit small. The restaurant is also on the smaller side, and the food tasted a bit too sweet for my liking.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again. I have already reviewed and recommended this place to my friends.

We would like to give a special mention to K.Pla Ms.Ari staff members who truly made our stay extra special. She was incredibly hardworking, sincere, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our entire stay. What impressed us the most was how we kept seeing her in different areas of the hotel, always working with a smile and making sure guests were well taken care of. Even during breakfast, She would help us find a table, prepare a seat for us, and clear the table afterward. Her attention to detail and willingness to help never went unnoticed. From the moment we checked in,She was attentive and always checked on us to make sure everything was comfortable. She was also very helpful in giving us recommendations and explaining the facilities and activities available at the hotel. As a family traveling with a child, we especially appreciated that She even recommended the kids’ club and suggested activities for our little one. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed how genuinely she cared about making our stay enjoyable. We sincerely appreciate everything she did for us and hope the hotel recognizes what a wonderful member of the team she is.

มีข้อสังเกตเล็กน้อยคือ ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นอับอยู่บ้างในบางช่วง และสระว่ายน้ำยังไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าที่คาดหวัง เข้าใจว่าเข้าพักในช่วงเทศกาลหยุดยาว ผู้ใช้บริการแน่น

Prachtig resort, grote kamers, prima plek tegenover het strand en een fantastisch zwembad!

De wifi viel geregeld weg. Je moest al na een paar minuten jezelf telkens weer aanmelden.

Alles, het ontbijt is mega uitgebreid, het personeel heel aardig en de hele ambiance was heerlijk.

The room was fantastic as was the large pool. Breakfast was astounding and catered for every taste. The location was right opposite the (very windy) beach and easy walk to many places to eat.

Not enough coat hangers for your clothes and no shelves or cupboards for them either. Most hotels nowadays have water filters on every floor. So two free small bottles of water per day seems very mean. It should be unlimited. It took me three times asking different staff at different times throughout the day to get our room cleaned and new water bottles supplied. There is one tiny bar. And it’s indoors and had a piano player so there was no chance of a quiet drink. The hotel has dozens of rooms. And the bar is indoors and very small. There were so many areas outside that could have been put to better use - a bar serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to name but one. There is a pool bar but I had to wait over 10 mins for the bar man to appear. We ordered a beer and he disappeared again.

น้ำสำหรับอาบน้ำไหลค่อยมากๆ กว่าจะอาบน้ำสะอาดได้ใช้เวลานานมาก ขอเปลเด็กสำหรับเด็ก 1 ขวบเปลที่โรงแรมนำมาให้เก่ามากๆๆโยกไปมาจนไม่กล้าเอาลูกนอน ผ้าห่มในเปลเด็กไม่มีมาให้ ใส่เป็นผ้าเช็ดตัวมาแทน ส่งรีเควสเรื่องเปลตั้งแต่ตอนจอง พอไปถึงพนักงานไม่ได้เตรียมไว้ให้ ต้องโทรตาม ขอให้พนักงานชิดเตียงให้ด้วยผ้าปูผืนเดียว ตอนแรกพนักงานปฏิเสธบอกผ้าปูมีจำกัด จนเราบอกพักโรงแรมมาหลายที่ ที่อื่นเค้าก็ทำให้ตลอด เพราะที่โรงแรมไม่มี family room เราจึงต้องจองห้องแบบ 2 เตียงแทน ส่วนตัวรู้สึกผิดหวัง โรงแรม 4 ดาวควรบริการดีกว่านี้ ชอบตอนที่เป็นเดอะไทน์ มากกว่า เพราะเราเข้าพักทุกปีที่กลับมาเที่ยวเมืองไทย

Had a very enjoyable 3 night stay. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready ahead of usual check-in time. Room had everything we needed. Hotel situated directly across from the beach. Plenty of food and drink options both at the hotel or across the road on the promenade. Would certainly stay here again if visiting Bangsaen. Highly recommend.

Across the road from the beach sits Amari Bangsaen, making it an easy and convenient seaside getaway. We booked the Bangsaen Suite, and the reservations team was helpful in confirming our ONYX Platinum 24-hour stay benefit before arrival. This allowed us to plan our trip much better and make full use of our time at the resort. A special mention to Bellhop Tew, who assisted with our luggage during check-in. He was consistently friendly, always smiling, greeting guests, and happy to help whenever needed. The Bangsaen Suite was spacious and well-appointed. The complimentary minibar was generously stocked, which was a nice touch. The standout feature for us was the large round bathtub — easily big enough for our family of three to enjoy. Bedding was comfortable, and we appreciated the pillow menu, allowing us to choose the pillow type that suited us best for a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent, with the beach just across the road and plenty of local food options nearby. Combined with the comfortable suite, warm hospitality, and Platinum recognition, it made for a very enjoyable stay. We left feeling relaxed and enjoyed the beach vibes that we postpone our return flight and did an impromptu booking at Amari Pattaya. Hopefully the experience would be as pleasant as Amari Bangsaen as they uphold the standard high.

The receptionist ( Nong Bell ) was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She greeted me warmly and made the whole experience pleasant and comfortable.

Khun Bell reception, she did an excellent job getting us checked in and helping us change my booking after I made an error on the date we originally checked in. Great job Khun!

Amari Bangsaen is a perfect beach getaway near Bangkok with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful sea views. The hotel is located right by the beach and has plenty of nice photo spots around the property, from the pool area to the beachfront café. We stayed in the Bangsaen Suites, which was spacious and very comfortable with a separate living area, small kitchen corner, and a balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was super cozy, and the bathroom came with a nice bathtub for relaxing after a long day. The swimming pool was another highlight, with separate zones for adults and kids. After swimming, we tried the Signature Mood Massage at Breeze Spa and loved how relaxing it was. In the evening, Aloha Beach Cafe had such a nice beachfront vibe, and both the food and drinks were surprisingly good. Breakfast was also impressive with a wide variety of Thai and Western dishes, plus freshly made Thai iced tea and coffee. Overall, Amari Bangsaen is a great all-in-one stay for anyone looking for a relaxing beach trip with good food, cafés, spa, and beautiful seaside vibes.

Better than expected stay at this brand new and clean hotel. We thank particularly Teddy at the reception and Not at the bar for the great service and their perfectly spoken English. Well done!

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The hotel is newly-renovated and well-equipped. Our room, Deluxe Terrace King room, was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Soft bedding and comfy pillow. Such a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, right across from Bangsaen Beach. Breakfast had a good variety and taste great. If you are looking for a place to stay in Bangsaen, this hotel is recommended.

Location is superb, opposite Bangsaen beach and just 900 meters from roundabout. Atmosphere is wonderful. The room is spacious enough with nice decoration. All staff are polite and service minded. I m impressed with the staff name Chada, who works at Amaya restaurant. she is polite, helpful took care of us very well.
