Reviewed Dec 3, 2025В целом все было хорошо Номер комфортный, чистый, персонал отзывчивый, на англ разговаривает ресепшн (это важно), места в номере достаточно, Но не так чтобы проводить в нем много времени. Хочу отметить, что персонал охотно и активно отвечал на наши вопросы до приезда и про форму оплаты, и сколько стоит такси. Спасибо за ответы.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025I loved the design, personally. Not for everyone's tastes, but I liked the cozy rooms with sleek design. The only thing that was a bit confusing were the lights but who doesn’t like a little puzzle here and there!? I would definitely stay again and half the cost of the Shangri-La around the corner where my conference was held.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025飯店服務人員態度很好，很願意幫我們解決問題，房間很乾淨且舒適，這三天的入住非常滿意，早餐是最後一天用加購的方式，88人民幣一位，自助式吃到飽，有烤土司、可頌、培根、水煮蛋、白粥+配菜，一旁還有人在幫忙煮麵，還有一些小糕點，服務人員還提醒我們可以至前台領優惠券，可折價20人民幣!

Reviewed Nov 12, 2024Excellent staff. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. Only wish was the TV had movies. Very convenient location. About an 8 min walk from the subway/mall. There’s a cafe, bakery, & 7/11 located right around the corner. Soda beverages (coca cola, sprite, fanta ) were provided and refilled daily free of charge in the mini fridge. Bottled water as well. Would definitely stay again.

Has basic breakfast buffet and reasonably priced. The room I was in was smaller than expected but cost and clean. Good enough for 1 person or couple.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2024The hotel is supposedly non-smoking but the room was clearly a smoking room and you can smell the cigarette smoke in the hallway. I had to change rooms due to the smell but the staff was very accommodating. Great staff, willing to help. Aircon took 18 hours to cool from 26C to 22C after maintenance put the air at 16C on max speed.
