Personalen var hjälpsam att hitta lösningar. Läget är bra. Fanns bra stort träningsrum och en pool (men använde den inte).

Fick först ett rum som luktade mögel. Efter att ha installerat mig i rummet insåg jag att jag inte skulle kunna sova där. Gickner till receptionen vid midnatt och klagade fick jag byta till ett annat rum. Gillar genrellt inte heltäckningsmatta på rummen.

Area, personal were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also clean.

They charged me a double amount of deposit than the stay itself. No refund after 1 week of the check out. For the Email they didnt reply yet.

Communication. Wifi was terrible and even asking for help they could fix it. More over, they blocked usd 200 once I checked in saying it's for guarantee even after settling full amount... This was not part of the agreement..

お部屋が一番端の1号室で、窓が狭くて外の景色が見えなかったのが残念でした。希望する側をリクエストしてみればよかったと思いました。

Отель оправдал ожидания. Хорошее расположение. Рядом 3 ветки метро, большой «Пятачок» с тц и улицы, где можно покушать на любой кошелек. Также в пешей доступности та самая французская концессия. Номер убирали ежедневно. Завтраки хорошие.

I didn't like that the Hotel of this size didn't have Shuttle to and from the airport, The breakfast of the international menu was not up to the hotel standard and we couldn't find much nice food.

The staff were really helpful and nice. We didn't have a Chinese phone number which is required for ordering a food delivery and one of the portiers let us enter her number into the app so that we could order food (we came back late and didn't expect that the cafe at the hotel would be already closed). The room was nice, we had a great view, and the breakfasts were tasty. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the metro line 11 (the entrance is just across the street) and we chose this hotel because we traveled to the Shanghai F1 GP which is also on line 11.

This is not directly related to the hotel itself, but I expected that anything by Marriott would have a decent restaurant and I was mistaken. Breakfasts were great but the food from the regular non-breakfast menu wasn't, so it's better to eat lunch and dinner somewhere else.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with shopping malls and metro stations just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around. The service was warm, attentive, and truly professional. I would especially like to thank the Lobby Manager Jacky for the thoughtful assistance and exceptional hospitality, which made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable experience. I would happily stay here again.

They charged me more than the cost at check-in, promising to refund the difference after checkout and a room inspection. However, they haven't returned the deposit and are not answering my messages.

Le service était super, l’accueil était agréable ! L’emplacement est calme, proche de la station de métro Xujiahui donc facilement accessible. La salle de sport est très bien fournie et je n’ai malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine…

Les chambres sont un peu vétustes, la télévision n’était pas nette, difficilement utilisable car trop vieille, mais cela n’a pas affecté la qualité du séjour et du service proposé

Comme d'habitude, la situation géographique, avec toutes les commodités (metro, centre commercial, restaurant)

Une chambre beaucoup trop chaude avec une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas et qui gâche toute l'expérience, car bien que la chambre soit jolie, propre, le lit confortable, la chaleur est insupportable alors qu'il y a une climatisation qui simplement est arrêté dans les chambres ... alors que dans le couloir ou le restaurant , tout va bien ...

2025/11/07 22 点左右 值班的女性（穿着银色制服的）看上去 30 中旬的大姐。态度有问题，还在前台和后办公室区间背对客人吃东西看手机。真希望监督部门好好看下监控。 我就是那天 1501 房间。 因第二天我要 06:00 出门 不希望结账卡的太紧，提前一天结账 这位大姐一脸不屑的表情和态度🙄真让我恶心到家。 当天我提出的要求如下 一， 三个房间三份发票三份明细 二， 个人发票 抬头XXXXX 五个字 三， 电子邮件我 我本人也承认这个请求可能是麻烦了点，那我让我同事一个一个来和你结款让你同样的事情做三次好还是一次你让你做掉那个更好？ 「那就是三个房间的押金先退给你，然后才能一位一位结」 这句话本身并不怎么样 主要是口气很不耐烦。我也不知道哪一点得罪了这位大姐。 听不懂我的诉求可以不用皱眉头，真希望你能够细心的咨询诉求。你的工资都是来自于为每一个不同诉求客户解决问题的能力而来。并不是在前台摆架子。 进博会期间，这样的工作态度迎接来上海的客人我也是谢谢你一家门子了。也浪费你那些同事们很棒的服务带来的体感。 礼宾部都能把快递一个不漏的标注收藏并在入住的时候带到房间去，每位在楼梯附近的工作人员都能微笑面对。并且主动问好。册那侬则戏腔搞得好像谁欠你八辈子债样额。 穿黑色西服大堂经理都能微笑服务

櫃檯人員態度親切、服務熱心，能即時回覆並協助處理各項問題。住宿期間有包裹寄送至飯店，服務人員細心代收並妥善轉交。另在我們手上物品較多時，主動協助，整體服務十分周到貼心。

飯店房內稍有霉味，且住宿費用未包含早餐，若能改善相關部分，整體體驗將更為理想。

El tamaño de la habitación es bueno, pero le faltaba mucho mantenimiento, había mucho olor a humedad y mugre en todo el hotel, especialmente en los cuartos. Nuestra estadía era de 5 dias y nos fuimos al 2do porque no se podía estar del olor, generaba dolor de cabeza. Una pena. Encontramos huesos de pollo abajo de la cama

Отель хороший, соответствует ожиданиям по фотографиям. Месторасположение шикарное. Завтрак отличный, но есть одно но - каждый день одно и то же, меню завтрака особо не обновлялось.

странно работал душ в номере, не было телевидения ни на английском, ни на русском языке. С телевидением вообще беда.

La proximité au quartier de Xujiahui qui est près de la concession française. Les seules vraies maisons Chinoises de l’époque coloniales qui existent encore

Had a few bug bites during the stay which I didn’t pay too much attention. But when I came back from the trip, I had the bed bug infestation in my home. I know this might be incidental, but I didn’t stay at the cheap motel… I hope this won’t happen to any guests. I will never go back again!
