The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The lady at night shift tells me exactly where and how to go to the trail head I want. She is very knowledgeable, almost like the staff at the information center. The breakfast is very good. One day we have to leave early. The breakfast was not open yet. The staff packed something for us with short notice. It was very nice of them. They also have nice sauna room which we enjoyed a lot.

It is a little far from the center of the town and up hills. If you don't mind walking up and down hills, it is a good place to stay. We planned a lot hiking, so adding extra 15 minutes uphill and downhill walk is a bit far. They have bus and shuttle service though. You just need to check the schedule.

The staff were so nice, offering hiking tips, restaurants, things to do. The property is beautiful at the top of a hill right next to the Alpe di Suisi cable car lift. Loved seeing the red cable cars going up the mountain. This place is a great location with quick access the lifts and best trails. Gorgeous view from our balcony. Miss it already! Super clean and great breakfast and bar!

Love everything! This place is at the top of a hill with about a 10 minute walk to the bottom and city center Folks with accessibility challenges will need to take advantage of the shuttle and bus that will take you to town.

Amazing location, loved being just a short walk up the hill from the town centre. Clean and comfortable and the breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Would recommend to anyone basing out of Ortisei

This hotel exceeded my initial expectations, the photos didn't really sell it as well as it could. Staff were every helpful and very friendly, even offered me parking in the garage for my motorcycle. The rooms were immaculate and a good size. Unfortunately we got there a little late so didn't get to use the wellness area. We chose to walk into ortisei and it doesn't take long at all, the hill is very steep though. I would happily go back again

Only one issue with the stay, I found a couple electrical sockets came out the wall removing chargers

Liebevoll geführtes Familienhotel! Das Hotel liegt ziemlich weit oben am Berg, bietet aber einen Shuttle Service in den Ort an. Sehr angenehme, saubere Zimmer und ein tolles Frühstück!

Breakfast was ample and tasty, I enjoyed my room's small balcony in relaxing at the end of the day's hiking. Happy to have free parking too. Staff always helpful and friendly.

We stayed here 3 night and loved it! Our room had a balcony facing town- the view was perfect, room was spacious and clean. The staff was out-standing, spoke great English and was friendly. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want and the breakfast Server remembered us every morning. We arrived late after a long day and the bar was perfect for small snacks and a drink. Lastly, you can’t miss their salt room at the spa! I would highly recommend.

very nice staff, they waited for us passed 10pm when our flight was delayed. Room was ok, the plus for sure were the views. nice breakfast. they even offer a private shuttle to come up from the city center at night every hour and give you a pass to use the public transport for free. That was really nice!

the only thing I didn't like was the fact that our bathroom window had no curtain. It's in the middle of the mountain and there are few houses nearby, but still I would rather take a bath more covered.

아침식사 깔끔하고 맛있습니다. 위치도 시내까지 걸어서 10분거리라 저는 매우 만족했습니다. 언덕 중턱에 위치하고 있어 걷는게 조금 귀찮으신 분들도 있을 수 있지만, 호텔에서 시내까지 마을버스와 호텔 셔틀이 있기에 전혀 불편하지 않습니다. 호텔에서 일하시는 직원분들이 모두 너무 친절해서 이 호텔 추천합니다.

Walk down hill to town is ok but walk up too difficult, must rely on bus but only hourly till evening, then rely on bus transit to go up at night. Worst of all, no bus up from 11:18 am till 2:28 or 3:28 pm, long lunch break?

Whether it was the front desk staff or the bar staff, everyone was incredibly warm and helpful. Unfortunately, we sprained our ankles while hiking in the mountains, and the staff kindly provided us with ice packs to help reduce the swelling. We are truly grateful. 🙏 The hotel is in an excellent location, situated halfway up the mountain with a beautiful view of the cable car. There is absolutely no need to worry about having to climb up to the hotel, as a public bus runs hourly and stops right at the hotel entrance. After 8 p.m., the hotel also provides a shuttle service. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the rooms are equipped with smart TVs and balconies. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we had a very pleasant stay!

There is Wi-Fi available, although the signal can be a little unstable. Given that the hotel is up in the mountains, this is completely understandable.

Di meglio non si può chiedere. Qualsiasi domanda eventuale non può che avere come risposta il top dell'accoglienza, della cura degli ospiti, dell'alta qualità dei servizi. Un oasi di pace fuori dal trambusto della cittadina che in ogni caso la struttura permette di raggiungere con servizio privato di andata e ritorno. La colazione è semplicemente fantastica, completa in tutto dolce, salato caldo e freddo, frutta. La struttura è di livello superiore dotata di tutti i confort... Parcheggio coperto e all'aperto nel piazzale compreso. Camere spaziose, bagni ampi con vasca e doccia, giardino curatissimo, costante cambio asciugamani. Ma la cosa che più risalta è la gestione familiare che ti accoglie con il sorriso, ti fa sentire a casa . Frequento da anni la Val Gardena e finalmente ho trovato la struttura che non mi obbligherà a trovare di meglio.

Wonderful staff - they were very helpful with hiking tips, gave us ice every morning for our water bottles (a rarity in Europe). The breakfast buffet was delicious with yogurts, eggs, beans, meats, fruits, veggies, breads, pastries, toasts, spreads, juices, coffee, tea, granola, chia/pumpkin/flax seeds, dried fruit, nuts. The sauna was wonderful and included a steam sauna, dry sauna, salt sauna, infrared sauna, foot spa, cool down chairs. Our room had a beautiful view of the town and a balcony. Bed was firm and comfortable.

Be aware that this location is a 15 minute steep walk uphill from the town center. There are free city and hotel buses that run, but mind the schedule as there are breaks in the day. We found ourselves walking up the hill a few times in the heat which was ok, but after hiking all day, felt a bit hard. Overall, you just have to be aware of the bus schedule and this problem is solved. I think it's worth it to be a bit removed from the loud town.

Todo. Las instalaciones, todo muy limpio, el personal muy amable, el lugar con una vista preciosa de Ortisei, el Sauna y health area me enacntó! Todo estaba limpio y bien ordenado. El desayuno excelente 👌🏻 Lo único a tener en cuenta es que es en una colina pero al hospedarse ahí te ofrecen un pase pars el transporte público y hay un bus que te deja en la puerta 👌🏻 Me queroa quedar más dias y sin dudas volveré.

언덕위에서 바라보이는 경치가 좋고, 아침 조식도 풍성하게 나와서 만족합니다. 매시간 버스가 호텔앞에서 출발하기에 자동차를 호텔에 주차하고 호텔에서 발행한 무료버스티켓으로 시내를 다녀오면 됩니다. 단, 이지역 다른 호텔들처럼 에어컨은 없으나, 여름 낮에는 찬물로 샤워하고 저녁엔 온도가 내려가 창문열면 시원해집니다.

We absolutely loved our 5 night stay! The staff were so welcoming from the moment we arrived and it felt really homely. We had a lovely big room with a balcony, overlooking the town and the valley, and the room and bathroom were spotless. The wellness area was a nice bonus - sauna and steamroom after a long day of hiking. We were sad to leave!

The only minor thing would be the tough walk up the hill after a long day of hiking, but the bus/shuttle service is great!

일단 시설이 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 돼있습니다. 샤워부스도 넓어서 트래킹 후 피로 풀기 좋습니다. 도심으로 내려가는건 걸어서가면 금방이고 올라오는건 점심때 빼면 매시간 버스 있어서 좋습니다. 저녁때는 호텔에서 올라오는 자체 셔틀도 운영해서 도심에서 저녁먹고 느긋하게 올라올 수 있습니다. 언덕위에 있기때문에 경치와 공기도 좋고 조용합니다. 직원분들도 친절합니다. 모바일 게스트카드를 미리 받을 수 있어서 체크인 하는날부터 교통비 절약을 많이 할 수 있었습니다.

점심 때 오르티세이 도착하면 버스 스케줄을 맞추기 어려울 수 있다. 선풍기 정도는 있으면 좋을 것 같다.

Hotel aj izba boli veľmi čisté, v nádhernom prostredí. Personál bol veľmi milý a ochotný pomôcť s čímkoľvek. Vybavenie hotela bolo taktiež výborné.

Jediné, čo bolo problémom bolo dostať sa k hotelu bez auta. Hoci tu chodí autobus, na ktorý hotel ponúka lístok zadarmo, autobus chodí len raz do hodiny a v istých časoch, obzvlášť cez víkend, nechodí vôbec. Hotel sa nachádza v pomerne prudkom kopci, takže vyšľapať to môže byť pre niekoho náročné. Nie je to však chyba samotného hotela :).

Personnel très accueillant et agréable, toujours souriant et prêt à vous donner de nombreux conseils pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour. Petit-déjeuner varié et complet, avec des choix qui changent chaque jour. La chambre est charmante, spacieuse et très propre, avec un balcon offrant une belle vue. L’hôtel dispose également d’un bar et d’un snack proposant un très bon service, avec des prix raisonnables.

Le Wi-Fi n’est pas très bien capté dans les chambres. L’hôtel est assez éloigné du centre-ville et les transports en commun sont peu fréquents : les bus et navettes ne passent qu’une fois par heure, avec un service qui s’arrête dès 21 h 30. Il est également dommage que le snack ne soit ouvert que de 18 h à 20 h.

Staff super friendly and helpful especially Helena and her trekking advise. Loved the breakfast and the wellness centre. Excellent view from our balcony. Afternoon drinks in the garden and the amazing soup was fantastic. The shuttle and bus service was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in was smooth and easy, and our room was very spacious, beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was excellent, with a large selection of both sweet and savory options. The hotel also offers secure parking right in front of the property, which was very convenient. The location is great for visiting the most important places in the Dolomites. Another big advantage is that you can use great discounts for Seceda and other cable cars, so it is worth asking the hotel in advance or buying the tickets through them.

超出预期，应该算是位于小镇的最高处，搭乘每个小时一班的355.4巴士直接到酒店门口下车（最后一班车是18：28分从镇中心开出），晚上有4班酒店的巴士20:00 /20:30/21:00/21:30从 BUS STOP SUREGHES接返酒店。 2楼的阳台房间，可以说是整个酒店最好的一间，房间大而且阳台外面的绝对是超过180度的美景，早餐丰富，指定座位也可以接受，当然如果能够给位于窗户的桌子就更加完美了。每天晚上坐在阳台，看着ORTISEI和山景就非常舒服和满足！ Exceeding expectations, it's located at the highest point in town. The 355.4 bus runs hourly directly stop at the hotel entrance (the last bus departs from the town center at 18:28), and there are four hotel shuttle buses 20:00 /20:30/21:00/21:30 from the BUS STOP SUREGHES back the hotel. The balcony room on the second floor is arguably the best room in the entire hotel. The room is large, and the balcony offers a stunning view exceeding 180 degrees. The breakfast is plentiful, and the designated seating is acceptable; however, a table by the window would have been perfect. Sitting on the balcony every evening, gazing at Ortisei and the mountain views, is incredibly comfortable and satisfying!

I really wish I stayed more than one night because this place was exceptional, especially for the price. Amazing staff and service. Location is lovely with an outdoor picnic area, a hill you can lie on and watch the sunset, and a nice stroll outside overlooking the city. The room was perfect - comfy, modern, and there's a walk-out balcony with a great view. Luggage storage available. Free bus pass included in your stay. Hourly shuttle service that takes you to the city center after public bus hours.

Very minor nitpick. The location is uphill from the city center (which is why the views are so amazing), so either you're ok with the walk or you plan your day around the shuttle service. It's easy to walk down, but harder to go up if you have luggage. The shuttle service they provide comes every hour and is very fast, so this made the location almost seamless.

Hotel is too far from town - not in walking distance. You can go downhill for 15 minutes, but you probably wouldn't do it uphill. There is a shuttle service you can use, but that limits a bit.

Breakfast options were limited but Helena was very accommodating as we requested our breakfast to go as we had early morning starts.

Great sized single room. Much larger than what the photos make it out to be. Lovely balcony as well. Staff were very lovely both at the reception and during breakfast time. Closely located to the town of Ortisei with access to public transport to get you to and from the hotel. Free parking for guests with cars. Breakfast options were amazing, they had pretty much everything. The sauna after a long day was also a nice bonus.

We loved staying here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved the views over town and easy walk in without worrying about traffic. We used the local bus and hotel transfer to get back to hotel. Was also easy to drive anywhere and not worry about parking when you returned!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

Our stay at hotel ronce was simply perfect from start to finish. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The receptionist gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived and gave us some very useful information, including how to use the bus and cable cars. The room was very spacious, and I especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking Ortisei. The breakfast was fantastic and the lady working during breakfast was very friendly. The location was perfect and the bus service was very convenient to take us to and from the centre so we didn’t have to walk up the big hill! The sauna and relaxation area was also very impressive. I would recommended this hotel to everyone and will be returning if I ever come back to Ortisei.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel ! La grande chambre était très propre, avec une vue magnifique sur Ortisei et les montagnes environnantes. L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville et du téléphérique vers l'Alpe di Siusi. Un gros point positif : la navette et le bus qui ramènent à l'hôtel depuis le centre, ce qui évite de devoir remonter la pente raide à pied. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et très varié. De plus, les différentes installations du sauna étaient un vrai bonheur pour se détendre après nos journées de randonnée. Enfin, le personnel s'est montré particulièrement chaleureux et accueillant. Un vrai coup de cœur, je recommande fortement cet endroit !

Il n'y avait pas de climatisation ni de petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés, car il suffisait d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour laisser entrer un bel air frais, mais c'est un détail à noter.

The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The complimentary spa facilities were a great way to unwind after a day out. I would happily recommend this hotel and stay here again when visiting Ortisei.

Easy to find the hotel, parking is a breeze. Attractions were close by. Breakfast was pleasant.

Communication from hotel to me could be handled more in advance. CheckIn could have been better managed. Unfortunately I am given a room with window facing the open carpark making it less pleasant for me.

There are a few Michelin-starred chefs in our city, but none of them makes pasta as good as this. Be sure to choose Ronce with their half-board option, otherwise you'll miss a culinary experience. Rooms are comfortable, the food is superb, and the wellness facilities are very nice too. While the surrounding ski areas are not directly connected to Sella Ronda, they are still great. There is a ski bus, and you can even ski directly from the hotel to the lift and back—though the return route requires a bit of skill.

This was our second stay, and over the past few years prices have risen considerably—but that's the economy we live in. There is no tea or coffee maker in the room.
