Reviewed Sep 19, 2026酒店的位置非常好，就在Ortisei最核心的交通枢纽，从Bolzano坐350过来，停车旁边就是酒店门口。我们带着大箱子来到，店员还帮我们提上了房间。房间每天都收拾得很干净，早餐也很好，店员都很友善。另外，它也处在小镇上三个缆车站的中间位置，去每一个站都只需要步行5-10分钟。酒店2楼有一个露台，可以看到对面的山，房子和缆车。有一天黄昏时分我们take away一个披萨，在这里吃晚餐看日落，非常惬意。 总之，这个酒店方方面面都非常好！
价钱稍贵一点，但是值得！

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026何しろロケーションです。バス停の真ん前、セチェーダ行きとアルペディシウジ行きのゴンドラ乗り場にも凄く近くて良かったです。朝食もパンとケーキまで種類豊富で食べきれない程でとても素晴らしかったです。お部屋も4人宿泊のファミリールームでしたが、広くてバスタブもあって、トイレも2箇所あって寛げました。
チェックイン時に受付の不在で10分以上待たされた点。自分たち以外にも到着後に途方に暮れている旅行者多数でした。あと駐車場の位置がやや判りづらい点でしょうか。

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Amazing location just a short walk to the main gondolas and right in the middle of the town. The hotel had everything i needed. And had a nice free breakfast every morning.
The only complaint I have is the one of the main hotel staff had terrible English which actually caused some stressful moments regarding transportation info as he was unable to communicate with me or understand me when I needed important info. Surprised they’d hire someone who can barely speak or understand English.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Quarto espaçoso com mesa e duas cadeiras para refeições, bem iluminado e arejado, cama boa e venezianas boas que deixavam o quarto bem escuro pra dormir. Chuveiro excelente, bastante espaço para colocar shampoo, etc. Pia excelente e espaçosa, banheiro em geral excelente. Café da manhã excelente com muita variedade e muitas frutas. Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis, sem exceção. Cada andar tinha uma geladeira, um micro-ondas e duas chaleiras elétricas e a cidade tem um supermercado Despar muito bom com carnes prontas. Localização perfeita em frente aos pontos de ônibus (gratuitos com o passe que o hotel fornece) na principal praça da cidade e muito perto dos teleféricos. Recomendamos o hotel com certeza.
No quarto tem uma placa dizendo que o café da manhã é das 8 às 10h. Um dia fomos às 9h e não tinha mais ovo. Aguardamos até às 9:40 e não trouxeram mais. Então é bom se organizar para tomar o café da manhã no primeiro horário.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026A wonderful, small hotel on the main square in Ortesei/St. Ulrich... which is a delightful village in Val Gardena. The breakfast is very good and the staff are very helpful.
Be aware that one side of the hotel is located along the busy roadway thru town... as a result, half of the rooms have routine traffic noise. Although it does reduce at night, it is still smart to have ear plugs to dim the noise.

Location was PERFECT to walk around town and get to several of the key hiking locations we were looking to visit in walking distance. Also received local hiking trails from the staff! Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Parking garage, though inexpensive, was a dump and difficult to park in tight space.. Spa hot tub was, at best, a luke warm tub, and small. No AC, as with most local hotels because of moderate mountain temperatures, but noise from road required closing windows when going to sleep.

Desde un principio nos enviaron las instrucciones de acceso y estuvieron pendientes de nuestra llegada. Carmen y su esposo son una maravilla. Los desayunos estuvieron geniales. La ubicación del hotel se encuentra en plena plaza San Antonio, un punto central para realizar las actividades turísticas del pueblo. Las habitaciones muy limpias, ordenadas, con unas vistas increíbles hacia las montañas y todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. Es un hotel muy familiar!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026This is a nice family-owned hotel. The construction and decor reflect the woodworking traditions of the area. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ample and includes scrambled eggs and a good choice of breads. The weather was warm and they have fans available.
The pillows are TERRIBLE! They are hard and flat. They need to buy down pillows.

Central and very close to various lifts and right in town centre which is full of nice shops bars etc. Staff really good. Made every effort. There are other places with spectacular views etc but much much more expensive and you get even more spectacular views in the mountains. Happy days at this place. No complaints.
Its not a high end spa hotel but you are getting what you pay for.

Reviewed Jul 15, 202626년 7월 11일부터 3박했습니다. 크고 편안한 침대와 맛있는 조식으로 만족했습니다. 알페디시우시 곤돌라까지 도보 4분, 세체다 곤돌라까지는 10분 정도 걸리는 최고의 위치입니다. 3층 옥상 테라스에서 커피한잔들고 광장 내려다 보면 좋습니다. 성수기라 비싼 가격이었지만 위치, 시설, 조식 등을 고려하면 괜찮은 숙박비였습니다.
방에 냉장고가 없지만 복도에 공용냉장고와 전자렌지가 있습니다.

She went out of her way to show us the gluten free items and verify the ingredients. So personal and wonderful attention to detail! Breakfast was delicious. The eating area is quaint, Austrian style.
Is right next to central bus stop in town so morning is a bit loud with people waiting for the buses.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026这是我意大利之行28天入住体验最好的酒店，没有之一。地理位置就在小镇的中心，去刀锋山，休斯高原坐缆车都是步行可达。走路3分钟可以到达大型超市。另外早餐太丰盛了，服务也很好，每天都有热咖啡和热牛奶喝。更有好吃的牛油果吃，还有很多好吃的，每天都吃到撑。酒店门口还有一家门庭若市的餐厅，每天都有很多人排队等位。另外酒店提供了每天10欧的停车场，小镇上的停车位我看都是每小时5欧，太省钱了。各方面都很完美。

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The location couldn't be any better. It is right in the middle of Ortisei, with quick walks to the gondolas and the city center for great dining and shopping options. The staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint would be the small twin bed wasn't very comfy, and there is no AC (hot in the summer), so the sleep wasn't the best. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it! I didn't have time to take advantage of the free bus pass, complimentary breakfast (looked good) or the pools/hot tubs but they looked great.

A great breakfast buffet is provided from 7.30 am. The hotel is in a fabulous location in Ortesei: near the bus stop for visiting other villages in the valley as well as Bus #350, which goes to & from Bolzano, near Bolzano Station; & between the gondolas up to Alpe de Seceda & Alpe de Suisi.

Ortisei es pequeño así que todo está cerca. El personal muy amable. Harry es croata pero tiene un excelente español y es muy servicial, con excelente disposición a solucionar todos los problemas . El desayuno merece una mención especial. Un salón hermoso, muy acogedor, con las mesas muy bien puestas, completísimo y el personal muy amable. Dos chicas cubanas (una la pareja de Harry) y un muchacho peruano muy simpáticos y serviciales El parking es muy barato: 40 centavos de Euros la hora.

如果能准备一点可以带去山上或景点的饮水就更好啦。

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Location could not be better. It is right in the center of Ortisei. Everything is easily accessible (Seceda Cable Car, Seiser Alm Cable Car, Restaurants, Shopping Areas, Bus Stop..). The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also extremely good. The underground parking was also good to have. The views from the balcony on the first floor were also amazing.
The bed and the pillows were okayish, not that great. Internet was largely okay, but slightly slow.

Reviewed May 31, 2026A clean, cosy, and spacious stay in a perfect location - ideal for my three days of hiking, with a generous and varied breakfast, friendly staff, and always a lovely place to return to.
Maybe a kettle in the room might help.
