Aqua Blue Beach Hotel

The room was spacious and clean, the pools were well maintained, and the hotel was right on the beach.

The room did not have the advertised amenities (a kitchenette). When we asked about it, a portable hot plate, a pot and a frying pan were simply placed on the table. The buffet was rather limited, and unfortunately the food was often already cold, even though we arrived right at opening time. The beach is located across the road and, unlike the other beautifully maintained sections of the beach, this part was poorly maintained and neglected. Cigarette butts were scattered everywhere.

The worst was the breakfast. Quality max 3 star hotel. Very bad time schedule: from 8.00 to 10.00 am. At holiday destination you expect at least till 11.00. And 10.00 am is not the time when they start to remove things. At ten THERE IS NOTHING! All is gone. They tell you at 9.50 that this is your last chance to get food and then very very fast they take away everything. We normally came at 9.20 and some things like smoothies or fresh juice were gone and they do not bring more. If you ask they just say: “it is finished”. The room is not 5 star hotel and there is next to nothing in the room that reminds a 5 star. And there was no welcoming detail, nothing. Just 1L water they give you for free every day, which is obviously not enough for two. For us there is nothing that makes us thinking of coming again.

La colazione ha una varietà della parte dolce più limitata rispetto all'offerta di quella salata. La cena a buffet della mezza pensione potrebbe essere migliorata (soprattutto per quanto riguarda il pesce); ottimo invece il gelato. Il prezzo della bottiglia di acqua gassata (8 euro) è un pò eccessivo rispetto ai 4 euro di quella liscia.

The hotel is of a high standard, excellent location, very close to the beach. Excellent service.

Close to lots of restaurants and a few shops. The pool was fantastic when it wasn’t too windy. The lounges at the beach were very nice, lovely to use. The staff was incredible and friendly.

I couldn’t see much of the sunset, but to be expected on that side. Saw many sunrises though.

We were very pleased with the rooms. There was always enough space on the sunbeds both at the pools and at the beach. The people at the reception were very helpful. Especially Yannis from the evening shift was extremely nice and helpful! Straight 11 out of 10!

The food at the buffet for the dinner was only mediocre. Next time we will likely prefer to go to the restaurants nearby (there are plenty decent ones in below 5 minutes walking distance).

צוות המלון סייע בכל פנייה ופקיד הקבלה סיפק לנו מסלול לשני ימים עם רכב שכלל כפרים שכלל לא חשבנו לבקר בהם והופתענו לטובה. המלון חמוד בנוי בצורת כפר עם בתים בני 2 קומות כך שאנחנו שהיינו בקומה 2 עלינו במדרגות. החדר היה גדול ויפה ואהבנו את את הרעיון של האפלת החלונות בדלתות עץ. היו הרבה נקודות לטעינת הטלפונים. הייתה בריכה נחמדה.

קצת רחוק מהיעדים המרכזיים. אין מספיק מקומות אכסון לבגדים שהבאנו. ארוחת הבוקר לא מגוונת

This is a truely beautiful hotel in a fabulous location right across the very quiet (and closed in the evening) road. The facilities were great but I must say the stand out was the staff. Everyone was helpful, kind and able to assist with everything we needed. We loved our room and especially the second bathroom for our 16 year old son travelling with us. The pools, beach facilities, bar, meals (we stayed half board) and location was great. The family room was really good for us. This is a very special place to stay especially for a family that has traveled across the world to be here.

We found it quite expensive but then realised we were right on high season. It was worth it!

If you are looming for beachfront in Santorini, this is the place to be. Great location, friendly staff, clean.

There was no coffee machine in the room, the bed could use some updating and also the TV which had a bad reception of the frequency/lack of signal and the fact that it was not a smart TV made it impossible to use. The breakfast could be better.

Alcune persone incivili occupavano i pochi ombrelloni disponibili sin dal mattino posizionando i teli da mare sui lettini nell’ indifferenza più totale da parte della direzione, da me più volte avvisata. Un vero peccato e dire che ho scelto il vs albergo soprattutto per la spiaggia privata

Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Posizione da 10 e lode a perissa, semplicemente attraversando la strada si raggiunge la spiaggia privata dell’hotel. Piscina bella e pulita, perfetta per rilassarsi. Colazione buona.

La stanza è leggermente sovrapprezzata per quello che offre e per essere un 5 stelle, con 2 letti singoli e non 1 matrimoniale! La culla del bambino non aveva la base di legno montata, ma solo poggiata, e tutti ciò non era visibile, abbiamo rischiato che nostro figlio si facesse male! I lettini riservati ai clienti sulla spiaggia non sono sufficienti per tutti, se arrivi tardi rischi di non trovare posto!

El recepcionista de la tarde un poco prepotente con los clientes , no sabe nadie “ donde ha empatado” pero ahí está con soberbia y no tratando bien a a los clientes , el resto del personal excelente. El WIFI y la cobertura no funciona nada , perfecto para desconectar !!

Das Wlan hat in unserem Zimmer nicht gut funktioniert. Frühstücksauswahl war in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes.

Beautiful hotel. There was a huge group of us for a wedding and it was just perfect. Location was fantastic and the staff were impeccable. So lovely with the children and could not do enough for us.

Nothing - everything was perfect. Will definitely be returning.

Jus chimique. Fermeture à 10h et le personnel qui commence à tout fermer dès 9h40. Par ailleurs j’avais pris la demi-pension avec dîner buffet qui s’est transformé en dîner sur menu car nous n’étions pas assez nombreux. Le menu était très pauvre. Les boissons (jus industriels pas tops) à payer en surplus.

Absolutely faultless hotel, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location, facilities, cleanliness and the staff were all excellent and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be visiting again

I had a room in the big building, ground floor, right next to the pool. Hotel looks very good. Clean all around. Pictures are accurate, what you see is what you get. The room felt more spacious than I expected from the pictures. Very comfortable bed and pillows, I will upgrade my home setup after this trip. Room has wooden blinds that do a good job making it dark for sleeping - darkest room I had in this regard. Pool area looks great, whole hotel grounds is well kept. I felt I could relax, returning to the room was a pleasant experience each time.

Window is the only ventilation to the room, had to leave it open at night which meant that some light and noise came through. I slept well; noise was mostly flowing water from the pool and light was lower than most hotel rooms when they are fully closed (again, excellent blinds). One morning an Italian guy decided to explain a lot of stuff right in front of my room and woke me up - that's about the only noise incident in 5 nights. Not a complaint but could have been a massive win for me: Pool is not available for use after 20:00. Makes sense for safe usage, yet I would have loved to take a dip in the lovely evening weather. Pool is lit and looks very good at night.

Aris is the best man who I have ever met in my life, so friendly and kind. All staff as so good, I really recommend this hotel for everyone

I loved everything about this place. My favorite was the hospitality and the sea view from our room that was located in the front. I also loved how clean the entire facility looked. Everything was white with hints of blue. :) The breakfast was also very good.

The staff were amazing. The property was beautiful. Buffet breakfast perfect. Nothing to fault at the property.

We enjoyed every part of our stay. The only bed that was not comfortable or big enough was the fold out. Some of the restaurants around the property were terrible. I found glass in my mushroom soup at Sachin Razi Vasileios and the food took close to an hour to come out so we had to leave it because we had a taxi due and they still charged us for most of the bill.

We had to change room because there was a baby crying in the next one. But in the new room, we could still easily hear the different neighbors, insulation is a bit light I think.

The location to the beach

The room looked bigger in the photos. Although it was clean and comfortable, it was a little underwhelming on first impression.

The best hotel in Perissa! All the staff are wonderful! Helpful, friendly, professional-thank you! The 2nd floor room was bright, clean, spacious and well equipped with a lovely balcony. Appreciated the pool towels.

The toilet brush and bin in the bathroom need replacing-very old and broken. The crowding at breakfast around the coffee machines. It would be best to move them out of the corner or to split them up. More lactose free choices would be nice. All the cakes, pastries, scrambled eggs etc contained lactose. Thanks for the oat milk and yoghurt though 😊

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The service was perfect, friendly, and fast right from the very first moments. The entire staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We received assistance immediately with any issues we had, and we were taken care of at every moment. The common areas are stylish, comfortable, and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was generous and varied. We had half board and ended up enjoying a delicious dinner at the restaurant almost every day. The restaurant staff was also wonderful, and we were very well looked after.

Breakfast was not good

The property was spectacular; it’s decorated in a cool, modern way but still has a very Greek island charm. This hotel has its own private beach just steps away with free lounge chairs, and the view is beautiful. My room overlooked the ocean with a balcony and windows that opened to the sea breeze. They also have an amazing pool and a clean, nice gym. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They have their own restaurant and are also on a beach strip with several restaurants and bars. It’s a wonderful hotel, and I would love to go back one day.

The window facing the sea didn’t have a curtain so it was a little bright in the morning, but bring an eye mask or take advantage of a gorgeous morning and hit the pool or beach.
