Location

The hotel is dated! Mark of water damages on the wall. Bathroom faucet is poorly installed causing the sink platform to flood. Telephone in the room is so dirty. Probably it was never wiped down. Our breakfast order was messed up too. The neighbor hood is very noisy. People are making noise late night and early in the morning outside the hotel.

As expected as I think. I highly recommend everyone to visit this hotel once if you are planning to visit pokhara. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

View from the property was good but not good as expected!

No hot shower, after asking the reception about the warm water they said they were going to fix it multiple times. But unfortunately never got warm water. Bathroom was dirty as well

Everything was perfect, there is nothing which I personally felt was lacking.

Every staff is really nice and helpful (Ashmita is very helpful, she guided us well and also all the staff), I was having headache at 9 am they immediately sent medicine, location of the hotel is also best, but Sujal who is the receptionist. Don't give him your number. He harasses you by sending SMS.

I found Bugs on my room Keep some clean your property also blanket have stains also its leaves are white parts in black clothes

Comfortable stay with good environment. Best location 2 minutes walk to lake side with one of the best part of this hotel. You can get any service if you ask in front decks it's 24/7 operating.

The staff were super nice! They helped us a lot in planning the trip and gave nice suggestions. And the location being on the heart of Pokhara lakeside was wonderful.

The hotel was very close to the lake. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, They suggested the interesting places to visit in Pokhra. They even packed our breakfast when we had to check out early. Had a great stay in this hotel.

Supportive front office staff .It's a nice place to rest and don't expect anything fancy but a good place for a short stay .

I almost never write bad reviews but here I would like to leave a notice for future travelers deciding to stay at this property. The hotel has a generator mounted right on the ground floor without any amortizing gear (steel rack stands on a thin concrete pillow which has direct acoustic connection to the whole building backbone. In case if Pokhara has any electricity issues, they will turn on this generator which produces massive vibrations over the whole building. In some parts it so strong that you may hear glass buzzing in window frames. That may cause you fully sleepless night in case if you’re sensitive to that kind of torture. I want to notice that both stuff and owner fully understand the problem and that is not their fault. This is construction mistake which can not be easily fixed by perfect service they are trying to provide. But in case if you’re going to hike Annapurna and proper rest prior to the hiking week is vital for you, pay attention to it.

Location was very good. Behaviour, cooperation, guidance from owner & helpdesk lady (forgot her name) were excellent. We were very happy. Attendent boy Vishal had always smiling face. He provided us excellent breakfast everyday. He kept our room very neat & clean. Very nice boy & asset for this hotel. We were very very satisfied staying this hotel. Thanks to all.

The hotel was very neat & clean and very well maintained. Also it is near to phewa lake which is at walking distance. The hotel will not disappointed you and will be as real as it seems in the picture or description.

Breakfast was not up to the mark. Only American breakfast was provided in the included breakfast menu. That too was very tasteless. Although they have informed that their main chef is not available due to some personal region but again they should chef on priority basis because our experience ruined due to this.
