Muy tranquilo , la piscina y el entorno genial y el camarero muy amable , desayuno bastante bueno y la gente muy educada . La habitación bonita, grande y cómoda.

Esperábamos más de la habitación con jacuzzi , no da el Sol y no es tan privada , la limpieza regular , pedimos que nos arreglaran un par de luces pero nadie hizo nada. Faltaba una cortina y entraba mucha luz. Los mosquitos nos acribillaron , llevad relek.

The staff were absolutely lovely and so ready to help! The hotel was stunning and like out of a travel magazine! It was worth every penny! Highly recommend for any sort of getaway!

Les draps et essuies étaient souvent tachés.

Le lieu de la piscine était très jolie, mais malheureusement le barman ne sait pas faire des cocktails donc ça ne donne pas envie de boire un verre sur place

La literie était abominable de plus que le linge soit des draps, beaucoup trop petits pour une literie, pas adaptée donc les draps qui ne tenait pas sur le matelas, pas de protection sur le matelas. Bref pas a la hauteur d un 4****

Una struttura immersa nel verde e in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa… la consiglio per chi ama la natura e desidera un po’ di relax ..!! Stupenda la piscina, la colazione e il servizio al bar!

Sajnos több negatív dolog történt. Kezdjük ott hogy a recepciós hölgynek fogalma sem volt arról milyen szolgáltatást nyújtanak a szálláson, ugyan is ki volt rakva az asztalra egy program lap amin több buszos program volt. Mi nagyon megörültünk mert az egyik helyre( Pantokrator hegy) amit kinéztünk szintén volt hirdetve egy ilyen út. Amikor megkérdeztem a hölgyet eléggé gúnyosan és értetlenkedve kérdezte hogy mi tudjuk e hogy az egy hegy és nem a tengerpart, de igazából ezen kívűl nem tudott semmit mondani csak annyit hogy holnap reggelre megkérdezi. Reggeli után megint mentem érdeklődni és amikor kérdeztem úgy tett mintha nem is emlékezne majd közölte hogy hát ő ezt nem tudja elmondani de jön valaki 5 perc múlva aki el tudja. De nem jött senki. Jó lenne ha nem hirdetnének olyat amit nem tudnak kivitelezni. És sajnos ez még nem a vége a történetnek. Egyik este arra lettünk figyelmesek hogy elvittek a szobából egy Nike nadrágot. Ezt jeleztem a recepción ( egy fiú volt akkor már ott) és nagyon meg akart győzni hogy “biztos csak véletlen összefogták”. Hát egy kisebb fenyegetés után eljutottunk a menedzserig ő nagyon segítő kész volt és szerencsére visszakaptuk a nadrágot, viszont nyilván nem szeretnék rosszat hinni, de sajnos elég érdekes hogy az én fehér pizsamámat nem fogták össze semmivel a párom fekete kb. 50 centi hosszú nadrágját meg igen úgy hogy az ágy legtetején volt🙃. De persze mindenki döntse el maga hogy mi történhetett. Sajnos a reggeli se volt valami finom.

Wij hadden kamer met jacuzzi geboekt. Jacuzzi werkte niet, temperatuur was niet te regelen, geen bubbels. Extra hiervoor betaald, restitutie zou terecht zijn. Personeel deed onverschillig, Reparatie werd beloofd maar er gebeurde niets. Met klachten werd verder niets gedaan. De kamer had geen gordijnen, weinig privacy en de airco was erg luidruchtig. Er zijn erg veel muggen dus op het terras zitten gaat gewoonweg niet. Het ontbijt was eentonig en het onderhoud aan het complex is gebrekkig.

Beautiful spot of Corfu such a gorgeous town and so much to do in the area

When I arrived at the property I got a horrible chemicaly smell in the room , one to make you feel nauseous and headachy. I asked to change room and there were no rooms available. I then told the staff about the smell and they tried to convince me I was wrong. I then found dirt (toenails) under the bed when looking to see what the smell was . The staff were polite at first but the most condescending people I came across while there. I was meant to stay for 4 nights but left on the second as everything was so awful. I struggled to get a refund for the nights I didn’t stay but with a lot of hassle I finally got a refund. I was hoping this was a one time problem with the smell and dirt , so I wasn’t going to leave a review but with all the hassle, the unpleasant staff and the whole handling of the situation I realised it wasn’t a one time occurrence and that it was just an awful place all together! If you like dirty, unkept staff with no manners this is the place to go :)

Totul a fost excelent

Un séjour parfait, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cet hôtel. Tout était réuni pour que notre séjour soit une réussite : un établissement très propre, une équipe accueillante, souriante, toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins pour ses clients. Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Le personnel a toujours été disponible et bienveillant, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une mention toute particulière au barman, avec qui nous avons eu énormément de plaisir à terminer chacune de nos soirées. Sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur ont vraiment fait la différence et ont contribué à rendre nos vacances inoubliables. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et espérons revenir très bientôt !

I liked the location of the hotel. The rooms were cleaned carefully and neatly. I liked that there were not many people in the hotel. The staff at the reception was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel itself really needs updating. The staff in the mornings were not pleasant. The breakfast is very poor, the same every day. There were no vegetables at all at breakfast. The glasses were not cleaned properly. The soundproofing in the room is poor, you can hear everything very well.

Literie trop dure Mauvaise odeur en permanence Malgré la réservation de la suite avec jaccuzi pas apprécié le séjour et parti 1 jour plus tôt. Jaccuzi sale et malgré la demande et promesse de nettoyage rien n’a été fait. Pas propre : cheveux dans la douche, serviettes de bain avec tache brune et peignoir tache jaune (pipi?) Lavabo complètement bouché! Rideaux prêts à tomber.

La salle de bain. La douche etait cassée , les buses pleines de tartre et plusieurs bouchees. Des anciens robinets étaient decollés du mur. C etait repeint en blanc mais pas tres bien réalisé... la pognee de la porte de la salle de bain etait cassee...

La experiencia fue muy negativa debido a todas las incidencias que sufrimos.

Prácticamente todo lo demás. La habitación estaba en muy mal estado: faltaban cortinas y una estaba rota, no había privacidad; el jacuzzi no funcionaba el primer día; la luz de la terraza estaba averiada; la mampara de la ducha rota; el baño se inundaba cada vez que nos duchábamos porque la tubería estaba atascada, obligándonos a usar todas las toallas para contener el agua. Además, nos prometieron un cambio de habitación, recogimos nuestras cosas y al volver por la noche descubrimos que no habían hecho nada: nos dejaron sin habitación asignada y tuvimos que regresar a la misma, con todos los problemas ya mencionados. Una experiencia caótica e inaceptable para unas vacaciones.

Suggerisco una manutenzione esterna ed interna più curata. Per esempio l’acqua usciva fuori della doccia allagando il bagno, la porta del bagno nella parte interna era saltata la barnice a causa dell’acqua inoltre c’è un solo appendi abiti in tutta la camera.

Grosse déception sur cet hôtel qui me paraissait vraiment bien sur internet… l piscine a été inaccessible durant nos 4 jours tellement elle était verte et sale et en réparation tout ce temps … idem pour la jacuzzi Commun ! Hotel complètement vétuste et envahi de guêpes et surtout de moustiques ! Impossible de profiter de notre chambre avec jacuzzi privé tellement que les moustiques nous attaquent sans cesse en qq secondes… Nous avons tout de même payer 440e pour 3 nuits avec le spa privatif où nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner … Le personnel n’est pas très agréable, plutôt inutile… Le petit déjeuné est peu varié et industriel et le café est lyophilisé donc vraiment pas bon. Nous petit déjeunons entouré de fumigènes pour faire fuir les guêpes donc vraiment difficile de respirer la dedans. L hôtel juste à côté est un hôtel avec piscine pour les enfants et jeux donc même pas de tranquillité.

They offered us another room in another hotel.

The bathroom in Honey Moon Suite is a disaster. Black mold, rust, everything is barely stick together, unbearable smell that doesn't allow you to fall asleep. Hot tub was also very dirty when checked in, after they cleaned it, it smelled chemicals so bad that it irritated eyes and was not possible to use. You pay 200 Euro for night and get this, plus stains all over, broken curtains and very very poor breakfast. It was not possible to stay there and they moved us to another hotel, but that hotel was also not fantastic and it was in absolutely another town, that we didn't want to stay, but there was no other choice, they didn't want to give us a refund.

Schimmel Dusche, generell geringe Sauberkeit in der gesamten Hotelanlage, Liegen am Pool sind extrem durchgelegen (sehr ungemütlich), beim Frühstück sind alles Fertigprodukte (aber trotzdem lecker), Personal hält einen für dumm und finden lächerliche Ausreden für Schimmel in den Badezimmern

Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Nice balcony and a relaxing poolside area. The hairdryer & fridge was excellent, and breakfast was good — we especially enjoyed the variety of traditional Greek cheese pies, both sweet and savoury, always served warm. The location was perfect: walking distance to many great tavernas, shops and bars, with a nice beach close by. It was also a great base for everything we had planned to see on our trip. The place is quiet and feels perfect for couples. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Only downsides were the tiny bathroom and the fact that there was no iron in the room despite us asking several times.

We pay more for jacuzzi in the room but we couldn't use it even once because of the mosquitoes and it wasn't clean..... With cobweb.... The location is a little bit far from the beach and from shopping area.

Η καθαριότητα μειονεκτούσε. Η κουρτίνα ήταν ξηλωμένη και 3 μέρες που ήμουν εκεί η καθαρίστρια δεν την τακτοποιούσε. Σκότωσα 3 αράχνες και το τζακούζι που υπήρχε στο μπαλκόνι ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο. Μια από τις πετσέτες ήταν κίτρινη και λερωμένη… Γύρο από το κρεβάτι υπήρχαν ψόφια ζωύφια… ΤΟ ΚΥΡΙΟΤΕΡΟ στην ντουζιέρα έλειπε το ένα τζάμι και όλο το νερό έβγαινε έξω…

Resort incantevole, ottimo per ritrovare il tuo zen. Area piscina top. Stanza pulitissima e accogliente. Colazione molto buona e ricca.

A dire il vero solo piccole cose trascurabili come la porta del terrazzo che scorreva male e la luce esterna non funzionante. Finestra del bagno non in linea con il contesto. Piccolezze per cui impediscono alla struttura una valutazione da 10.

Codzienne sprzątanie, wraz z dokładaniem żeli do mycia. Bardzo fajnie rozmieszczone obiekty hotelowe na terenie hotelu. Bujna roślinność. Cisza, spokój. Brak dzieci. Bardzo duży i głęboki basen. Doskonały hotel dla par i nie tylko. Na pewno mogły tam jeszcze wrócić.

Mein Aufenthalt war top! :) Gebucht waren 10 Tage, aber ich musste das Hotel spontan bereits 6 Tage früher verlassen. Obwohl es laut Booking keine kostenfreie Stornierungsmöglichkeit gab, hat sich das Hotel darum gekümmert – und ich habe trotzdem mein Geld zurückbekommen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Breakfast amazing choice, lovely produce great time frame for eating it from 8.30 - 11.30 am Pool with the lack of children made it peaceful and serene. Aircon included in price and not noisy. Decent shower , space and good water pressure. Beds changed often, every few days. Lovely staff helpful and friendly..

Music on a loop at pool , same songs everyday no need for the music knock it off or go for Ibiza style chill out background vibes.... Lack of attention to maintenance detail in rooms, curtain pole fell on partners head, bathroom door handle came off in my hand in first 10 minutes and despite hanging off and the cleaners would have seen it, it was never repaired. I was on holiday and too chilled to start complaining. Serious lack of sunbeds for the number of guests, need to provide more on request given the price of stay. It ended up as competition in the morning for a bed around the pool.

La strutttura era molto sporca , la suite che abbiamo preso era pieno di capelli e il bagno era sporco. Abbiamo dovuto dire di ripulire la stanza più volte. La colazione un po’ povera. Peccato perché è immersa nel verde e avrebbe del potenziale.

De locatie is schitterend, rustig gelegen, toch vlakbij alle benodigdheden en restaurants, tavernes. Op wandelafstand van de zee.

Sommige accomodatie is ietwat verouderd. Maar vooral dat er overal gerookt mag worden. Als niet-roker is dat niet erg attractief, bijvoorbeeld tijdens het ontbijtbuffet.

Breakfast - no vegetables at all. Shower was either moldy or the showe head was clogged. The aircon engine was next to the sitting spot on the balcony.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen und die Anlage ist grundsätzlich auch schön. Alles sehr stimmig abgestimmt und ergibt ein harmonisches Gesamtbild. Der Pool ist nie voll und man bekommt egal zu welcher Tageszeit ein schönes Plätzchen zum Entspannen. Man kann hier sehr privat Urlaub machen, ohne dass man mit vielen Personen gleichzeitig an einem Ort ist.

Leider war die Sauberkeit im Hotel ein sehr sehr großer Minuspunkt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut nicht. Die Spiegel und Fenster waren dreckig/schmierig und auch das Bad wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt. Das Bad ist leider beim Duschen immer unter Wasser gestanden, was sich nicht vermeiden ließ. Bei der täglichen Reinigung wurde der noch sehr feuchte Teppich im Badezimmer einfach zusammengefaltet wieder hingelegt und nicht ausgetauscht. Auch die Reinigungszeiten waren sehr chaotisch, da die Reinigungsdame mal ganz früh morgens oder erst gegen 18 Uhr gekommen ist, wenn man sich gerade für den Abend fertig machen wollte. Sie haben auch geputzt, wenn wir im Zimmer waren und wir mussten dann auf den Balkon ausweichen. Das hat uns leider das Gefühl von Privatsphäre im Zimmer genommen, da das Personal jederzeit hätte reinkommen können. Es gab auch leider kein Türschild mit der Aufschrift „Bitte nicht stören“, wie es sonst in Hotels die Regel ist. Auch die Preise an der Poolbar sind komplett überzogen für die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen und Getränke. Das Personal war freundlich, aber auch nicht besonders erwähnenswert.
