L’accueil du personnel ! Gros coup de cœur sur eux. L’endroit est très joli, les chambres sont confortables et surtout le literie. Le petit déjeuner était bon sans plus.

The people are awesome, always there to help. Very clean. The pool and the cats (white fighter and gray elegant one). Despite the reviews saying that the breakfast doesn’t change that much we found it tasty and very good for all of us (toddler included 😀). The beach is about 15 min walk (White Beach Bar pinpoint).

The mattress was kind of soft, but it’s all about my taste.

The room was very spacious, had all the amenities, very nice sunset view, the pool area was very nice and clean, with nice sunbeds. The overall hotel looked great.

The breakfast was the same every day, too little variation. you basically had omlete or boiled eggs, some salad, one type of cheese and one of meat, some granola and some pastries,which after the 4th day was a bit too much. I would have liked some changes. The kitchenette in the room lacked the basic equipment and dish soap. The bed topper was kind of worn out because you could easily sink in and if you were to sleep next to somebody heavier, it would form a crater and attract you in it. Not very comfortable.

A beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel in Greece. The location is absolutely beautiful, right by the sea, and the surroundings are peaceful, stylish and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything is beautifully designed and has a very special atmosphere. We did have a couple of small issues during our stay, but what really impressed us was how quickly and professionally the team handled everything. They were extremely kind, attentive and genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable and happy. Every issue was resolved quickly and with a smile, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful location, the atmosphere, the service and the wonderful hospitality made it a very memorable experience. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily come back and definitely recommend this beautiful boutique hotel! 🇬🇷❤️

Lena Mare is een hotel dat luxe en comfort biedt. De kamer die wij hadden was zeer modern, van alle gemakken voorzien en met een prachtig uitzicht over zee en Albanië. De bedden liggen heerlijk, het bad was fijn om te ontspannen en de airco gaf de nodige koelte. Het zwembad en de ligbedden daarbij zijn erg aangenaam. De andere gasten komen ook voor hun rust en zijn gesteld op hun privacy. Hierdoor is er een gemoedelijke, fijne en rustige sfeer. Acharavi is een gezellig dorp met veel voorzieningen. Vanuit Acharavi zijn mooie andere plekken te bezoeken zeker als je langs de kust rijdt.

Het personeel is vriendelijk, maar staat niet echt open voor een praatje. De ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn niet in hoeken verstelbaar anders dan plat, wat niet altijd fijn is. Bij de bar en het zwembad staat de hele dag popmuziek aan met een repertoire van 8 liedjes. Wat meer variatie zou fijn zijn. Het volume is wel goed. De bar prijzen zijn hoog en bieden niet de prijs kwaliteitverhouding die je mag verwachten. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar lekker.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Lena Mare! Die Mitarbeiter sind ausnahmslos super freundlich! Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt, die Zimmer hübsch und liebevoll gestaltet. Der Zimmerservice war so abgestimmt, dass nach dem Frühstück schon wieder alles tip-top aufgeräumt war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem! Die Cocktails und die Mittagssnacks am Pool sind hervorragend. Wir haben auch viele tolle Restaurant-Tipps fürs Abendessen erhalten. Kurzum: Wir haben uns rund um wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Das Frühstück war lecker, aber nach Tag 4 fehlte ein bisschen die Abwechslung. Qualitativ war das Frühstück aber hochwertig.

La partie récente de l'hotel est trés agréable. La partie ancienne l'est beaucoup moins. Personnel sympathique notamment Zeta qui est super.

Le supplément trés cher pour la chambre vue mer qui n'est pas justifié car on se retrouve dans la partie ancienne de l'hôtel donc la moins sympa et la vue est trés moyenne car on donne plus sur les toits des voisins que sur la mer. Donc les 700€ de surcoût sont totalement injustifiés. La moindre des choses aurait été de préciser que la chambre n'était pas dans le bâtiment principal qui est montré sur le site et de montrer réellement la vue proposée. Avec cela, je n'aurais jamais pris cette chambre. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas trés diversifié et pas de grande qualité.

Très bien situé, l’hôtel propose des chambres spacieuses, confortables et très bien équipées. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et accueillant. Les piscines sont également parfaites pour se détendre. Rien à redire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Whenever we travel, we usually change our accommodation every single day. We love discovering different places, meeting new people, learning something new, and experiencing unique hotel designs. Having stayed in so many hotels over the years, I sometimes feel like a hotel critic. My verdict - This hotel is almost perfect. It is brand new, beautifully designed, and incredibly stylish. One of the highlights of our bedroom was the enormous, eye-catching piece of artwork, which gave the room a unique character. Everything was exceptionally clean. What impressed us the most, however, were the people. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with a smile. The staff in the restaurant were equally friendly, attentive, and professional. I also have to mention the food. The breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious options, and the dinner was equally outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal and highly recommend trying the restaurant during your stay.

Locație curată, bine întreținută cu personal foarte amabil! Micul dejun bun însă poate fi puțin mai diversificat pe parcursul săptămânii. Aș îmbunătății partea de dulciuri/gustari/ fructe. La piscină te poți relaxa, fiind șezlonguri pentru toată lumea, fără muzică care să deranjeze!

În primele 2 zile au lipsit din cameră dispozitivele anti țânțari și nu a fost confortabil. După ce am vorbit la recepție s-a rezolvat imediat!

Whirlpool hatte kein frisches Wasser, nachdem dies angesprochen wurde hat man uns erklärt das es jedes Mal gewechselt würde. Dreckiger Fußboden und selbst nach der Reinigung sah es meist schlimmer aus als vorher. Schimmel in der Dusche welche dazu auch noch undicht war und das gesamte Badezimmer flutete

Wer Ruhe und extrem freundliches Personal sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer im älteren, sehr ruhigen und schönen Teil des Hotels mit grandioser Aussicht. Alle vom Personal waren total nett, Frühstück sehr lecker und die Bar hatte tolle Drinks.

Beautifully presented, very attentive, friendly staff, nice quiet location, very comfortable. The staff cannot do enough for you and will stop just to have a chat and see how your stay is going. Loved the four poster bed in my apartment which was extremely comfortable.

It’s slightly away from the (stoney) beach (15 min walk downhill/uphill) if that is important to you. Though that makes its lovely and chilled with wonderful views out to the mountains of Albania.

Preis Leistung keinesfalls gegeben. WLAN im Zimmer quasi nicht vorhanden. Frühstück mangelhaft. Kleine Auswahl, Qualität ok.

Piękne i spokojne miejsce przypominające rejony kurortów na obrzeżach Californi. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie, na narzuca się, ale zawsze jest w zasięgu pomocy zanim jeszcze zdążysz pomyśleć, że jej potrzebujesz ;) Nie znam imion, ale każdemu chciałbym z osobna podziękować :) Pokoje czyste, fajnie wyposażone, dostęp do kilku basenów w tym jeden bardziej prywatny z widokiem na zatokę i góry Albanii. Tego nie da się zapomnieć! Śniadania spełniały oczekiwania. Wisienką na torcie były wszędobylskie koty! Jeżeli ktoś ma alergię to proszę uważać bo lubią się bawić.

Jedynym minusem jeżeli miałbym się przyczepić to przy tym standardzie hotelu kapsułki do ekspresu mogłyby być wliczone w cenę ;)

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο σε προνομιακή τοποθεσία . Κατά την άφιξη μας είχαμε μια υποδειγματική υποδοχή, το δωμάτιο εξαιρετικό και πεντακάθαρο καθώς και όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου.

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Pool, gym and bar area also good.

Shower drain wasn’t great which flooded the bathroom. Toiletries and coffee bar wasn’t replenished throughout the stay.

Ήταν πολύ όμορφο το ξενοδοχείο! Άριστη διαμονή!

Η πισίνα, η καθαριότητα, η ευγένεια του προσωπικού, το πρωινό.

Πρέπει να προσέξετε πολύ ποιο ακριβώς δωμάτιο έχετε κλείσει. Όλα λένε δωμάτιο με θέα τον κήπο ή την πισίνα. Ωστόσο, το δικό μας ήταν ένα δωμάτιο στην άκρη (πολύ άκρη όμως!) του κήπου που δεν το έβλεπε καν φως, ισόγειο, με υγρασία. Δεν μπορούσαμε να στεγνώσουμε ούτε τις πετσέτες μας. Το δωμάτιο δεν διαθέτει σίτες! Αν άνοιγες το παράθυρο του μπάνιου, εκτός ότι μπορούσαν να σε δουν όλοι, κινδύνευες να μπει οτιδήποτε μέσα. Σε εμάς μπήκε μια γάτα! Επιπλέον, το λέω για τους Έλληνες επισκέπτες, η τηλεόραση δεν είχε ελληνικά κανάλια. Ο τεχνικός ήρθε και ήταν ευγενέστατος όμως δεν μπορούσε να βοηθήσει καθώς δεν ήταν διαθέσιμη η κατάλληλη καλωδιακή σύνδεση....Γενικότερα υπάρχει σαφής προσανατολισμός προς τους ξένους επισκέπτες σε όλη την Κέρκυρα, πράγμα που με ενόχλησε αρκετά. Με λίγα λόγια δεν μπορούσαμε να δούμε τηλεόραση ελληνική στην Ελλάδα. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό χωρίς όμως να μπορεί να δώσει λύσεις...Σίγουρα το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα 225 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση. Για την ακρίβεια δε θα έπρεπε να διατίθεται καν σε ένα υποτίθεται πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο.

Όλα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχα! Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο, το προσωπικό πάντα χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Ο χώρος ήσυχος και πολύ προσεγμένος, ιδανικός για ξεκούραση. Περάσαμε τέλεια και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε! 🌟

They have at least a cat roaming around the hotel. We weren't informed of this and could not use the pool or the bar due to allergies. Too bad. Also not very clean. There was dust in the room and bathroom.

Beautifully decorated rooms, modern vibe. Nice surroundings. Loved the jacuzzi in the balcony. Friendly staff, especially the bartender and the receptionists. Tasty breakfast. Enough parking spaces.

Some parts of the room seemed unfinished: like missing tiles and marks in the bathroom tiles, where stuff was hanged. Cleaning job/tidying up in the mornings was done quite poorly - bed was not even made nicely, floors were not moped. Quite a lot of dust of lesser used surfaces, dirty windows. On the day of arrival we found open water bottles in the fridge, coffee pods were missing. After informing the reception, they changed the bottle to another opened one (:D). The breakfast was repetitive, options and quantity were limited. Far from the sea by foot. On our last day we were informed that the hotel is about to be closed for winter season, hence the mistakes happened more often.

Πέρασα υπέροχα κατά τη διαμονή μου! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση — όμορφος χώρος, καθαρή πισίνα, καταπληκτική θέα και φιλικό προσωπικό. Ένιωσα πραγματικά φιλοξενούμενη και σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω !!

I was absolutely delighted with my experience! The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is perfect, close to the sea. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again in the future!

Très bel hotel, dans un beau cadre. Chambre spacieuse et agréable, personnel très gentil.

Nous avons pris une chambre avec kitchenette, celle ci manquait clairement d'équipement (plaques de cuisson présentes mais pas de poele / casserole...) Nous sommes allées en demander à la récéption mais on nous a répondu que pour "des questions de sécurité" on ne pouvait pas nous en fournir. Dans ce cas pourquoi mettre des plaques ?! De plus il n'y avait pas d'éponge, produit vaisselle, vaisselle limitée, que 2 verres a vin alors que nous étions 4, pas de tire bouchon etc (on a pu nous en apporter un par la suite). En bref le logement est très bien mais si vous voulez vraiment une chambre avec kitchenette passez votre chemin, si cela vous est égal foncez :)

J ai aimé la literie et le personnel. Les equipements sont biens. Le petit dejeuner est correct.

La vue n est pas terrible, il n y a pas d intimité notamment au niveau de la terrasse et du jacuzzi. Le canapé de la chambre etait sale

Excellent accueil dans cet établissement, personnel très agréable. L’hôtel offre un excellent confort (2 piscines, bar, SPA, salle de sport, etc…) Il y a également un parking disponible gratuit.

Hôtel très calme et reposant 👌

Il est écrit dans le descriptif "kitchenette" mais en réalité il vous est impossible de cuisiner car il n'y a aucun ustensiles de cuisine 😡 La climatisation de la pièce principale n'a jamais fait d'air frais, même a 16 degré 🙃. Dans la salle de bain impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre car sur le mur extérieur se trouvent 3 moteurs de climatisation et de ce fait la chaleur est impressionnante... Éclairage de la sdb très faible donc pour se préparer ce n'est pas top !!!

L’hôtel est bien situé et dispose de chambres vue sur mer.

Pour commencer, nous avons reçu un e-mail de l’hôtel Lena Mare nous informant d’une offre pour être surclassé moyennant 80€, que nous avons acceptée. À notre arrivée, nous en parlons au check in et à notre grande surprise, l’hôtesse n’était pas au courant ni de l’offre, ni de notre surclassement. Le lendemain, nous relançons sa collègue qui nous dit qu’en réalité nous avons déjà été surclassé (puisque nous occupons une chambre vue sur mer). Mais au final, nous n’avons jamais été surclassés (ni facturés) car la chambre que nous avons occupée était bien celle que nous avions réservée. Ensuite, le personnel au petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout aimable et ne se gêne pas de nous faire remarquer que les produits « extérieurs » sont interdits, au risque que l’hôtel se prenne une amende de 500€… et ce sans même demander s’il s’agit d’un médicament. Le personne ne se gêne pas non plus de vous retirer brutalement votre assiette alors que vous n’avez même pas fini votre petit déjeuner. Aussi, si vous avez le malheur de rentrer de la plage après le coucher de soleil et que vous souhaitez prendre une douche, ne comptez pas avoir d’eau chaude dans votre chambre. Et n’essayez pas non plus d’appeler la réception, le téléphone ne marche pas. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons trouvé un bout de plastique dans un des yaourts servis au petit déjeuner, soit disant « fait maison ».

Ont refusé de mettre des ustensiles.pour cuisiner au motif qu'il y a un restaurant. Alors que c'est un appartement ( avec cuisine donc) que nous avons loué Le matelas de mon enfant pas confortable

Everything. All staff were excellent. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Massage was great. Close to town with many good tavernas. Also not too far to sea with beach bars and restaurants.

Loud music by the pool. It would be nice to have a quiet couple of hours in the afternoon.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking slots were available. Between 10 and 15 minutes to Acharavi beach, 5 minutes to the central street. Greek breakfast. The room we stayed in (Studio with terrace and seaview) was spacious enough, well furnished, with kingsize bed. Everything was perfect for us and fully met our expectations! Keep up the good work! Nothing, we liked it so much

Das Frühstück ist lecker und vielfältig. Es gibt 2 Pools, also genug Platz für alle Gäste und dementsprechend auch genügend Liegen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem & das Badezimmer sehr geräumig. Mehr positives Feedback gibt es leider nicht zu sagen.

Das Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war in der letzten dunklen Ecke des Hotels, sodass man nicht raussitzen konnte, weil man nur zwischen Hausmauern eingekastet war. Wir hatten sehr viele Ameisen im Zimmer und auch im Bett! Es gab keine Entschuldigung oder ein Zimmerwechsel, die Ameisen wurden mit Gift entfernt und “Sie sind auf einer Insel” war die Rechtfertigung. Bei knapp 1500€ für 5 Nächte, möchte ich mein Bett nicht mit Ameisen teilen! Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in diesem Hotel absolut nicht. Die Drinks an der Bar sind ebenfalls viel zu teuer und dazu nicht gut gemixed.
