- obiekt posiada fantastyczny dach, który jest na ten moment niezagospodarowany a szkoda, bo miejsce i widoki fantastyczne. Mam nadzieję, że następnym razem będzie oddany do użytku. - układ pokoju, który dostaliśmy nie pozwalał na oglądanie tv z łóżka (układ w L)

El Apart era muy pequeño. Decía que tenía 55mts2 y no creo que haya superado los 35, máximo 40. Decía dos "bedroooms" y tenía sólo uno, y otro ambiente que era la sala en donde había otra cama, además de la cocina y un espacio de "living" pero sin sillas, sólo un puff y el sofá cama. En un armario había cables sueltos. Nunca hubo interacción humana (al veces es necesaria) y hubo que insistir para que vinieran a hacer la limpieza. El precio me pareció excesivo con relación a lo que ofrecían. No hay opción de parking en inmediaciones.

TV in hotel appeared to not be functional as zero channels appeared. Unacceptable for this price! Also room refrigerator wasn’t working and was dripping wet inside. Also a basic amenity that MUST be usable if I am paying for a suite.

Humidity inside the rooms is extremely high so the smell of the room is bad, there is a humidifier but not making much difference, the AC was not working properly, the soap that was placed was almost empty. Sofa is old and dirty we didn’t use it. Towels are also very very old.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Un piccolo appartamentino completo di tutto e posizionato su una delle vie più caratteristiche di Alicante (la via colorata con i funghi giganti). Vi erano tutte le comodità, compreso un piccolo angolo cugina per poter cucinare qualcosa di semplice. Anche essendo in pieno centro la insonorizzazione della stanza era sufficiente e si riesce a dormire tranquillamente senza rumori molesti. Macchinetta del caffè con qualche cialda, frigo spazioso, forno a microonde, purificatore aria, tv, piccolo soggiorno.... insomma, tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Buona la pulizia. Staff molto cortese e disponibile... avevo chiesto la cortesia di poter fare il check-in con qualche ora di anticipo (alle 13:00 invece che alle 16:00) e sono stati gentilissimi e subito pronti a soddisfare la mia richiesta, cosa non affatto scontata. Lo consiglio sicuramente per chi cerca una sistemazione comoda, completa, e con una bella vista (oltre ad avere farmacia, tabacchi, generi alimentari tutto nelle vicinanze.

Le mobilier est un peu vieillot et meriterait un coup de jeune mais ce n est pas tres gênant, nous ne sommes restés qu une nuit. ( éclats sur les meubles, porte du frigo qui ferme mal, store de la cuisine qui ne monte pas jusqu en haut) Le ménage est limite ( poussière et chaussettes sales sous le canapé lit que nous avons utilisé). Le personnel est tres reactif par message surtout si il vous donne une chambre deja occupée 😅. Frigo et minimum de vaisselle permettent de déjeuner sur place. Nous n avons pas vu de salle prévue pour le petit déjeuner. Ne pas hésiter ! Le format suite est intéressant : 2 chambres qui communiquent par une porte, 2 salles de bains indépendantes et 1 canape lit !
Le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé. Le rafraîchissement de certains meubles serait nécessaire.

My major issue was with the low level of cleanliness. Furthermore, it is expensive for very simple amenities the accommodation offers. Note that this is not a hotel, there is no reception, you are asked to do a self check-in.

Niestety podczas całego pobytu 5 nocy, wydzielał się smród z kanalizacji. Nie można było wytrzymać. Ze względu na temperaturę na zewnątrz nie było mowy o wietrzeniu. Nie wiem czy w całym obiekcie to miało miejsce, może po prostu mieliśmy pecha. Ale za taki koszt pobytu to wogole nie powinno mieć miejsca. Na pewno nie będziemy polecać. Dodam że nie jesteśmy bardzo wymagający.

the accommodation was booked late at night and paid online. It took some time trying to access the property as there was no physical person on site and all booking was done online. We tried to make contact with the property owner by phone and email but there was no response. We had to contact booking.com to obtain assurance and access code to the property

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Studion var väldigt fin, nära till allt och central. Du är så central och på natten är det lungt och inget stöl som stör nattsömnen. Eftersom det är en studio är känslan med att man befinner sig i ett hotellrum med extra rum. Sängen var sköna och det finns ett liten kyl. Skillnaden mellan hotellrum och studio är ju att denna hade två spishäll och lite köksredskap. Tjejerna lämnar rummet så rent och är så hjälpsamma. Den stora rummet hade vi problem att luftkonditionering hade för låg styrka och det gick inte att få igång den fullt ut.. Den mindre rummet fungerade luftkonditionering utmärkt. Tjejerna fixade en fläkt som räddade våra nätter. Vi märkte att från badrummet kom värmen in och därför blir det varmt i rummet. Lösningen var att hålla dörren stängd så rummet kan kyla ner sig. Bästa var slippa ha nycklar och bara trycka in kod för att komma in byggnad samt rum.

Geen badmatje, geen kleine handdoeken, zeepdispenser was gebrekkig. Schuiven in de kleerkast kunnen niet open omwille dat de deuren van de kleerkast maar een beetje open kunnen doordat het bed te kort bij de kast staat, zelf door het bed maximaal op te schuiven. Om 9 u zijn ze boven ons begonnen met kloppen en breken. Niemand gezien, alleen een poetsvrouw beneden.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026We have spent 5 wonderful days in Jerusalen Suits. Everything was so grate, so we are already planning a new stay in this hotel. Location was perfect, since it is located in one of the most known street in Alicante - Mushroom Street. Only 5-7 minutes away from the Promenade and the Postiguet beach. Hotel is modern, no keys, you are accessing all features with the code. We were just delighted with the room - everything was packed so well that you would think it is twice the size it really is. Sleeping part with the double bed and clauset, all toughether with cofee machine, fridge and micro wave. There was a tinny kitchen with sink and hot plate, and everything you would need to use it. On the other part, there is a sofa bad and large tv....every day cleaning, with everyday supplying coffe capsules and water. The manager did everything to make our stay perfect, he responded to all of our requests and also let us leave our bags in the hotel until our transfer to the airport. We wormly recomend this hotel!

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Altstadt, der Hafen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Alicante sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich außerdem, dass täglich frisches Wasser und neue Kaffeekapseln bereitgestellt wurden.
Leider ließ die Sauberkeit des Apartments etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Reinigung wirkte insgesamt sehr oberflächlich. So fanden wir beispielsweise in der Schublade im Badezimmer noch die Reste eines zerbrochenen Bronzers von vorherigen Gästen. Auch in den Ecken waren Staub, Haare und Schmutz deutlich sichtbar. Verbesserungspotenzial sehe ich zudem bei der Ausstattung. In der kleinen Küchenecke war zwar ein Spülbecken vorhanden, jedoch weder ein Schwamm noch ein Geschirrtuch, sodass das tägliche Geschirr nur eingeschränkt gereinigt werden konnte. Auch eine Schere hätte die Ausstattung sinnvoll ergänzt. Obwohl das Apartment für zwei Personen gebucht war, erhielten wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts lediglich ein kleines Handtuch sowie zwei große Handtücher. Obwohl wir unser Anliegen direkt über booking.com gemeldet hatten, mussten wir das Reinigungspersonal täglich darauf ansprechen. Aufgrund der Sprachbarriere und des ständig wechselnden Personals gestaltete sich dies jedoch schwierig. Auch das Bettgestell war offenbar beschädigt bzw. gebrochen, wodurch die Liegefläche in der Mitte deutlich nachgab.

Jest też niewielki aneks kuchenny z małą lodówka jeśli ktoś chce zostać na dłużej i przygotowywać samemu posiłki. Dore wifi, wygodne łóżka. Wjazd na piętro windą. Czysto I pachnąco. Lekki problem ze znalezieniem wolnego miejsca parkingowego, trzeba chwilę pojeździć wokół żeby coś znaleźć.

Точно на минута от улицата с гъбите и на около 5 от шарения площад и всички важни около е Него забележителности. Като цяло - бяхме с две деца и успяхме да обиколим всички забележителности на Аликанте без да използваме транспорт. Позволиха ни да напуснем по- късно, което ни позволи да посетим и крепостта. Зареждаха се кафе и вода. Определено препоръчваме мястото за настаняване и ако се върнем - отново бихме го посетили! Огромно благодарим за безпроблемната комуникация!
