Encontra-se perto da praia Postiguet, da paragem de autocarros para o aeroporto, do cais onde se apanha o barco para a ilha de Tabarca e a cerca de 9 minutos a pé da estação de metro (TRAM), onde se apanha o metro para Benidorm. Está rodeado de vários supermercados, restaurantes, farmácias, bares e próximo dos principais pontos turísticos, nomeadamente Castelo de Santa Bárbara, Basílica de Santa Maria, Calle San Francisco (onde se encontram os famosos cogumelos) e a Casita de las Macetas Azules. Em relação ao Hostal, destacamos a limpeza diária e a simpatia e hospitalidade dos anfitriões, nomeadamente do Sr. Manuel e do Sr. Juan.

The hosts were super helpful - we stayed just one night and got beers on arrival, coffee and bag storage the next day, beach towels and some great tips on where to head for food. If you want a basic room to lay your head whilst spending most of your time sightseeing then this works perfectly

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Páčila sa mi poloha cca 5 min pešo od pláže, 3min na hlavnú ulicu a 2min do najbližšieho obchodu a kaviarni.. taktiež veľmi známy klub bol hneď oproti, čistota, vybavenie izby a taktiež že tam bola klíma. Pán majiteľ aj s bratom boli úžasní, ochotní a veľmi milí. Ak by som sa mala vrátiť do Alicante (čo sa určite aj vrátim) tak jedine sem.

They were extremely welcoming, and offered me a cold drink as a welcome and goodbye. I felt very safe at this property.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated that the hotel provided beach towels, a beach umbrella, and everything needed for a day at the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay.
Although the building is older, its fantastic location and outstanding service more than make up for it.

Reviewed May 27, 2026La struttura è centralissima: a poci passi dalla spiaggia e praticamente nel cuore di Alicante. Il personale veramente TOP, per qualsiasi richiesta sempre disponibilissimo. Doppie finestre per evitare i rumori esterni.
La struttura certamente sarebbe un pò da riprendere perché un pochino datata. Ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo e la centralità dell'hostal ripagano tutto.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026The staff were very accommodating / friendly (despite my flight running late); the very spacious room was very clean; towels were changed/ bed made daily; despite being full, the property was quiet which ensured there was no impediment to sleep; the location was perfect in the old town one street from the port; the fridge in the room worked the best I've ever encountered before. Overall, it was the opposite of what my image of a hostel would be (noisy, smelly dormitories). It is a great place for a group of friends to stay in. I highly recommend it for this purpose.
I chose this accommodation for its location and the fact it was an en suite room. For a single person it was expensive - which wasn't the fault of the host. The room had 3 single beds and a sofa bed. Therefore I assume the price was for multiple occupancy (and that would have been great value). The property has a kitchen that can be used, however, I'd have truly appreciated a kettle and mug in my room to make coffee. I've rented an apartment in this area in January, and was spoiled by having many more facilities (including a roof garden and my own kitchen) for a cheaper price.

Lovely staff, and great having a coffee machine and being able to borrow a beach towel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was decent. Perfect wifi. The area felt safe. Good to have a fridge, balcony and desk.
Very thin walls - unfortunately the guests next to me made a lot of noise coming in drunk at 2-3am talking loudly, playing music, etc for several nights. It might be a good idea to have a no noise policy after 11pm.

I proprietari, Manuel e José, sono persone meravigliose, preparatissime e di una gentilezza rara: hanno anticipato ogni mia esigenza con una cura che scalda il cuore. Appena arrivata, Manuel mi ha accolta con un grande sorriso, una squisita cioccolata calda e una miniera di consigli preziosi su cosa visitare ad Alicante e dove gustare la migliore cucina tipica. José ha un cuore enorme: è stato una presenza costante, sempre sorridente, professionale e disponibilissimo. Conserverò per sempre nel cuore tutte le risate e le chiacchiere che abbiamo condiviso❤️! Entrambi mi hanno fatta sentire subito a casa! La camera è ampia, silenziosa e dotata di ogni comfort (frigo, TV, letto comodissimo, scrivania, bagno privato e un delizioso balconcino). La pulizia è semplicemente perfetta in ogni angolo. Un grazie speciale a Conchi e Jacky, che ogni mattina curavano la stanza in modo impeccabile, facendomi trovare asciugamani freschi ogni giorno. La posizione è semplicemente imbattibile! L’hostal si trova nel cuore del centro storico, a meno di un minuto a piedi dall'Explanada e dal mare. Anche la famosa "via dei funghi" e la fermata del bus per l'aeroporto sono a un passo. Ho visitato tutta Alicante comodamente a piedi! Questo non è solo un posto dove dormire, ma un luogo che ti rigenera l'anima. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff, in particolare a José, Manuel, Juan, Conchi e Jacky per aver reso la mia vacanza speciale. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò a chiunque cerchi la perfezione ad Alicante! Grazie di cuore❤️! Rita

We’ve stayed in many places before, but nowhere did we laugh so much or receive as much help as we did from the two brothers who run this hostel. It’s not a modern apartment, but it’s clean, has comfortable beds, and the location is absolutely perfect — especially for such a low price compared to the places around it. When you’re on holiday in Alicante, you spend your time exploring, relaxing and enjoying the city, not sitting in your room, so for us this place was ideal. Whenever we needed something — an extra blanket, a hairdryer, coffee or tea — everything was provided for free. The kitchen is open 24/7, which is super convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and wish José and his brother all the best, because they have big hearts and truly deserve it. Thank you! ❤️

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich . Gute Lage , nah zum Hafen, zum Strand und zu Restaurants und Geschäften.

Ha sido un regalo para mis padres pero me han comentado que es un hostal modesto, cómodo, con ascensor. Tanto Manuel, José cómo Juan han atendido a mis padres estupendamente indicándole opciones para comer, sitios que visitar, transportes... Sin duda si volvemos a ir a Alicante pillaremos este alojamiento pues está muy céntrico y el personal es encantador.
Por poner una pega, pero es tonta el baño tiene bañera, que es un pelín más incómodo. Pero por poner pegas. Porque el hostal está genial
