Hotel sehr zentral, Busbahnhof in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Alles sehr sauber und sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal.

The suite was modern, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast, especially the eggs, was great.

住5晚，只有第一晚供應50 ml 的沐浴、洗髮用品，其他日期都沒有補充，反應後表示飯店是這樣沒錯，後來有補充一次，另外給的小小錫紙袋50ml 一包，我們只好去買沐浴洗髮用品，知道歐洲牙膏牙刷自備，第一次遇到連洗澡洗髮用品需自備，還有早餐，蛋糕、甜點多，都沒有生菜、連黃瓜、蕃茄都沒有，水果也是一點點，晚一點吃幾乎見底，比較像吃下午茶，還好有煎蛋可以點，慶幸我們沒有訂晚餐。

Tolles und sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Speisen. Hotel ist sehr modern gestaltet.

Das Bad in unserem Zimmer, entsprach nicht dem Zustand des gesamten Hotels und war vom Zustand viel älter. Wir vermuten, das das Bad noch renoviert wird. Das Bad war aber sauber und alles hat funktioniert, hat uns deshalb nicht sonderlich gestört.

Just a minute walk from bus stop, easy to take bus to visit the attractive and hiking. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, with egg choice and several kind of bread, coffee and friut jiuce. Can provide packed breakfast if you have a early bus schedule. The host and the staffs all are friendly and nice, a goid choice when planned to Dobbiaco.

Can be added more fruits of breakfast and refill more frequently.

Great location, very close to the bus station, which was very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and regularly serviced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated that they made an effort to provide me with a gluten-free breakfast because I have coeliac disease.

Tolle Lage sehr nettes Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Die Unterbringung der Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage war ok, hat sich nicht 100% sicher angefühlt.

Wir hatten ein nicht-renoviertes Zimmer und die Matratze war sehr unbequem. Trotz Topper habe ich das Metall der Federn gespürt. Auch war die Matratze schon sichtbar konkav auch ohne dass jemand drauf lag. Es war als wie in einer harten Hängematte. Da hatte ich für den Preis etwas mehr erwartet. Ich hatte angegeben, dass ich auf Hausstaubmilben und Tierhaare allergisch bin. Die Matratze war nicht für Allergiker geeignet. Auf irgendetwas habe ich allergisch reagiert.

The room was clean and newly renovated. Very comfortable. The location is excellent. Across from bus station and near restaurants and cafes.

The lobby seems to be from a different era, and the owner and front staff are - despite the name of the hotel- not so simpatico. Also, the breakfast is less than what you might be accustomed to in Alto Adige. Saying that, we liked the water infused with health minerals.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr schön und die Lage perfekt, um einen schönen Aufenthalt in Toblach und in der Drei-Zinnen-Region zu haben. Das Frühstück war auch sehr abwechlungsreich und sehr lecker.

Their check-in procedure was misleading, they first stated that arriving after 17 pm required prior notice, but then it turned out that arriving until 22 pm is possible.

Location , room has a balcony. Staff are helpful and nice. Rocio also known as Rosi help me pack a takeaway lunch on my last day as i could not make it for breakfast. She offers this when no one else did. Coz i start all my activities around 7am. She packs super nice big lunch , even chilled my food ( bottled water, apple sandwich) before passing to me . She is fantastic!

Die zentrale Lage,das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich.Sehr nettes,freundliches Personal. Diesmal war unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoß mit traumhaften Blick vom Balkon aus zu den Bergen.Sehr bequeme Madratzen,das Zimmer vermittelte uns einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir hatten es ganz nah zum Busterminal,nützten die sehr guten Busverbindungen zu den verschiedenen Ausflugszielen. Auch das Bahnangebot führte uns nach Meran.Die Wanderung durch die Weingegend vom Ort Tirol nach Meran war ein Höhepunkt unseres Urlaubes.Auch Toblach selbst bietet den Gästen sehr gute Kulinarik,nette Geschäfte, und einen Wochenmarkt.Wir kommen gerne wieder,auch das Hotel haben wir bereits im Jahr 2024 kennengelernt.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è soddisfacente, mi aspettavo di più, come ad esempio 2 bagno schiuma per 2 ospiti uomini o i letti separati... poca attenzione ai dettaglio che fanno la differenza.

Camere curate nei minimi particolari, le foto su Booking purtroppo non rendono giustizia. Boiserie in legno e angolo relax/lettura bellissimo con divanetto soffice proprio sotto alla grande vetrata. Avevamo una camera con vista montagna, bellissima. Colazione buonissima, molto varia, con prodotti freschi e locali (ho adorato soprattutto le brioches). Posizione strategica, 20 min dal lago di Braies , 5 da quello di Dobbiaco. Ritorneremo !!❤️

Hotel in ottima posizione, comodo, parcheggio coperto e scoperto disponibile gratuitamente, ottima colazione abbondante. La camera era spaziosa e comoda, con balconcino affacciato sul cortile posteriore.

Se devo trovare un piccolo difetto, nel televisore erano disponibili pochi canali in lingua italiana (in pratica solo i canali Rai). Non che sia stato un problema per me.

Das Zimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Sitzplatz im Erker hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Beleuchtung war perfekt. Gute Abstellmöglichkeiten der Fahrräder in der Garage.

De kamer was uitgeleefd, voornamelijk de bedden. Een houten plank had beter geweest. De matras was zo doorgelegen dat elke slaappositie pijnlijk was. Resultaat is quasi geen slaap.

Breakfast is incredible! Large selection of cold foods in buffet style, espresso machine, and can order eggs which were delicious. The room was perfect - so clean, modern, bed was very comfortable, view of the mountains with a balcony, bathroom is gorgeous with robes and slippers. Staff is very friendly - we ended up being so delayed coming from Venice (flight delays, car rental problems). Got to the hotel around 8 pm and checked in with the gentleman from the restaurant with no problem.

The only thing was no air conditioning in our room - but we kept the window open and the balcony door slightly open which made it cooler at night. If we had brought a small fan it would have been perfect. Even with no AC I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Das Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung in unserem Zimmer was sehr alt, Duschkopf hat nicht gehalten.

El hotel muy bonito, la cafetería genial, habitaciones espaciosa con terraza. El desayuno excepcional y el personal que nos atendió muy amable y agradable. Muy bien ubicado.

El baño era más normal pero cumple con todo lo necesario. El horario de recepción es limitado y en nuestro caso, al no poder hablar con nadie tuvimos que adelantar el check -in a lo que nos hubiera gustado y realmente nos hubiera atendido la misma persona si hubiésemos ido a la hora prevista.

Just some minor suggestions - Got a bit hot in the afternoons. A bed sheet would be nice as the comforter were too hot. Hard to tell when the bar is in service. 2 chairs would be nice to sit instead of just one chair.
