Originell eingerichtetes Zimmer, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr aufmerksamer Service

Das Frühstück und die Bedienung (sehr freundlich) entschädigen für die kurze Nacht, die aufgrund der stark befahrenen Straße um 5 Uhr beendet war. Zumindest waren Zimmer sauber Fahrradraum mit Lademöglichkeit

- Autolärm & Abgase: das Objekt liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Wenn man Fenster schließt, ist die Luft irgendwann stickig (Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, nur ein Ventilator; im Sommer eine Freude 🙁) -aufgrund des Autolärms war Balkon nicht nutzbar -Preis-Leistung unangemessen - Badezimmer antiquiert

No fridge in room. Some noise from customers at next door's pizza place after it closed.

The breakfast was fantastic - lots of options as my daughter is gluten free. We were also pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment.

Everything was good. The rooms were clean. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was awesome. The view from window was great.

I would suggest the host to improve the lights in the room, if it’s brighter or adding an additional lamp on the desk/table, that would be perfect.

We had excellent views of the mountains from our room. You could see them while lying in bed or from the lovely balcony attached to the room. Everything was clean and exactly as described on the website. They provide plenty of coffee capsules and tea bags to start your day. The breakfast is adequate and offers a good spread. At a moderate walking pace, it is about a 12–15-minute walk from the railway station, with the town centre about the same distance in the opposite direction. A special mention to Mr Marco for all his help, and to Mr Florian for his friendly and helpful attitude.

The only downside is that the bathroom still has a Dutch-style washout toilet, which can be quite unpleasant for the user. The bathroom and toilet were clean, but with this type of toilet, it stays clean only until it is used. No matter how many times you flush, you still need to clean it with a toilet brush afterwards to leave it spotless. They should definitely consider replacing these with modern toilets.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und einladend eingerichtet mit einem grossen Eckbalkon. Das Frühstück war toll. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage abstellen.

Die Balkontüre hat geklemmt und der Duschkopf hat nicht gehalten. Zum Glück bin ich mit einem Handwerker und einem schweizer Sackmesser unterwegs, so konnten die Probleme provisorisch behoben werden 😅

Nice room with balcony and great view of the mountains. Beds were comfortable. Excellent breakfast with big choice of fresh fruits and vegetables. We were allowed to park our car on the premises for free for 10 days while we hiked the AV1.

The hotel sits right next to the main road and with open windows it is noisy inside. But the traffic winds down at night.

Personale gentile e accogliente. Colazione varia, abbondante e di qualità. Sala da pranzo molto bella. Posizione comoda per il centro e per le stazioni del treno/navette. Consigliato.

Urednost, bogat doručak, čistoća objekta, ukupan dojam. Pogled iz apartmana na Dolomite je također bio jako lijep.

Nekad se iz susjednog restorana znao osjetiti miris pripreme hrane, ali na to ovaj objekt ne može utjecati.

Snídaně perfektní, bohatá, vše co si přejete. Krásná lokalita. Čistý hotel i pokoje. Milý personál. Parkování hned u hotelu, dostatek míst.

Guesthouse Rosengarten je společný s vedle ležícím hotelem Savoi. Na check-in musíte do sousedního hotelu Savoi, neboť Rosengarten má pouze malou recepci, která funguje omezený čas.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen található, közel a főbb látványosságokhoz. A svédasztalos reggeli bőséges volt. A szoba modern és felszerelt.

A szobák hangszigetelése nem volt teljesen megfelelő, mivel sokszor át lehetett hallani a többi vendéget.

La gentilezza della persona che ci ha accolti

Abbiamo soggiornato la notte del 26.6 in una stanza caldissima, piccolissima x 2 persone, circa 12 metri quadrati x due persone. Non si riusciva ad aprire un trolley senza sudare. Ammetto che all’arrivo non abbiamo protestato xchè, dovendo stare solo una notte, non avevamo capito l’entità del disagio. Ma poi quando siamo rientrati dopo cena la carenza è apparsa evidente complice il fatto che essendo necessario tenere la finestra aperta (2’ piano senza ascensore) lavoratrici/lavoratori dell’adiacente ristorante hanno chiaccherato vivacemente fino all’una del mattino. Specifico che nel pomeriggio sera non è presente personale in loco a cui chiedere un cambio stanza. L’indomani, quando mi sono lamentato mi è stato detto che dipendeva dal fatto che ho prenotato con Booking e che se l’avessi chiesto mi avrebbero dato una stanza più grande. Questo mi ha ha ancor più amareggiato xchè significa che una stanza più accogliente era disponibile e mi sono chiesto perché non darmela subito. Forse perché ci fermavamo una sola notte? Perché ho usato Booking? Per una scelta casuale? Non so dire. Resta il fatto che 165 € + la tassa di soggiorno per una notte simile sono stati una spesa ingiustificata per il servizio che abbiamo ricevuto, o almeno così è parso a noi.

Lovely staff, good location, spacious room with big balcony, amazing breakfast.

Room would get very hot and because the building is next to a busy road you either had to choose between sleeping in a hot room or a noisy room. We also had a minor leak from the ceiling in our bathroom though this didn’t bother us.

The suite exceeded my expectations. It's a spacious unit that includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room, with a very good mountain view of Dobbiaco.

It's a bit far from the train station if you travel there by train with big luggage, but all in all, it's worth staying here.

Direkt an der Hauptstraße

Die Unterkunft liegt nicht im Zentrum von Toblach, aber ist dennoch perfekt, um von dort in Richtung drei Zinnen und ähnlichen Ausflugszielen aufzubrechen. Die Touristen-Info ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Innenstadt 5 Minuten. Wenn man auf Wandern aus ist, ist das mit der Lage aber auch nicht wichtig. Die Unterkunft ist bei Handwerkern sehr beliebt. Daher sind die Zimmer recht alt und einfach gehalten, aber mit einem gigantischen Fernseher ausgestattet. Streaming lief gut, wenn man abends die Füße ausruhen möchte. Sauber sind Sie ebenfalls gewesen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Was hervorzuheben ist: DAS FRÜHSTÜCK! Das Personal ist super freundlich, macht frischen Cappuccino, oder frisches Rührei, sehr lecker. Das Buffet wirkt klein, aber hat mehr Auswahl, als man schafft auszuprobieren. Wir hatten das nicht erwartet und waren sehr positiv überrascht.

Morgens um 6 Uhr, wenn die Handwerker aufstehen, kann es kurz etwas lauter im Flur sein. Aber ansonsten keine Beanstandungen.

Forse insonorizzazione delle camere; se si hanno vicini di stanza rumorosi e poco rispettosi, come è capitato a noi, inevitabilmente il riposo ne risente. Il materasso c'è lo aspettavamo più comodo.

La camera mi è sembrata non ben isolata a livello acustico, ma niente di esagerato!

Logement extrêmement spacieux et très bien équipé. Petit déjeuner excellent. Chaque chambre est équipée d’une grande télévision. La récupération des clefs se fait à la réception d’un hôtel voisin, mais ce n’était pas un problème. Personnel très sympathique.

À proximité d’une rue très passante. La salle de bain est fort petite.

Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner proposé par l’établissement, l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la vue et la décoration de la chambre.

Posizione molto comoda vicino al centro paese

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable. La habitación estaba muy limpia, era amplia, con mucha luz y la cama muy cómoda, lo que hizo que descansáramos muy bien. El baño también estaba en buen estado y la ducha tenía muy buena presión. El desayuno nos sorprendió gratamente: muy completo y variado, con fruta de todo tipo, embutido y huevos, entre otras opciones. En general, una experiencia muy positiva y recomendable.

El único inconveniente es que el hotel está justo delante de la carretera, lo que puede generar algo de ruido.
