La calidez del personal

No me gusto en absoluto que al lado del hotel hay un Hostel Bar donde realizan fiestas y el sonido es muy muy alto y retumba en toda la zona. Era insoportable el ruido. Cuando pensamos que había acabado toda la fiesta y el ruido a las 11:00 pm, ahi fue cuando inició otra fiesta justo al lado del hotel en una casa que tienen arrendada por airbnb. y el sonido era muy alto y duró hasta la madrugada. Realmente se nos hizo difícil conciliar el sueño. Por otro lado la cama supletoria muy incomoda y suena mucho cada que se mueve la persona. Los jacuzzis son por horarios y no son abiertos a cualquier hora que el huésped lo requiera. El desayuno no es extraordinario. es básico y no hay variedad.

Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. Beaucoup d’informations de leur part. Déjeuner copieux. Belle vue sur le lac, beaux jardins, avocatiers, beaucoup d’arbres fruitiers. Oiseaux sur le site. Lit très confortable et belle literie. Agréable d’être sur la galerie. Tranquille et sécuritaire. Très facile pour l’organisation d’un tour de bateau privé directement avec l’hôtel et départ au quai de l’hôtel. Nous y retournerions demain matin sans problème.

We had an amazing stay! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Before arriving, the hotel kept in touch with us via WhatsApp and was attentive to our arrival time, which made the check-in process very smooth. When we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and everything was ready for us. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a large bathroom, TV, and a lovely private balcony with two chairs and a table. The view of the lake was beautiful, and the whole hotel felt peaceful and relaxing. We also really appreciated how well they manage insects, especially given the location by the lagoon. The breakfast was included and was honestly delicious, especially considering the price of the stay. The breakfast staff was also incredibly kind and attentive. Overall, everything was very clean and well maintained, and we loved the attention to detail and the technology/amenities in the room. The hotel is small and boutique-style, so there are no facilities like a gym or swimming pool. However, this is understandable given the size and concept of the property, and they do offer one complimentary hour in a heated jacuzzi, which was a really nice touch. The staff also helped us arrange transportation and additional activities during our stay, which made everything much easier. These activities have an additional cost, but having the hotel coordinate them for us was very convenient.

Honestly, there is very little to complain about. The only thing worth mentioning is that, as a small boutique hotel, there is no swimming pool or gym. However, we knew this was part of the hotel’s concept, and the complimentary heated jacuzzi was a great alternative.

Très bel hôtel au bord du lac. La vue est magnifique. Super les 2 chaises et la table sur le balcon (mais trop de moustiques pour en profiter au coucher du soleil). La chambre est grande et confortable.

Le petit déjeuner est bon mais servi à l’ombre. Dommage.

La gentillesse de notre hôtesse et de son fils. La localisation et le jardin magnifique. Le confort des chambres. La possibilité de faire des activités nautiques depuis l’hôtel sans avoir besoin d’aller jusqu’à Guatape.

Staff gentile, colazione abbondante e vista meravigliosa. Jacuzzi vista lago super! Abbiamo utilizzato il servizio lavanderia… la mattina presto del giorno dopo era già tutto pulito e stirato presso la nostra abitazione.

Es un lugar espectacular, y la atención de las personas del hotel es increíble, siempre son muy atentos, gracias por todo, me sentí muy cómoda.

Todo, el hotel es muy lindo, se siente uno como en casa. La señora Margaret es muy amable, la comida deliciosa, la vista es maravillosa, la paz que se siente en el lugar es asombrosa. El jacuzzi espectacular. Vale la pena, relación costo beneficio es lo mejor. Kira la perrita es hermosa

Tienen un lugar muy lindo para descansar y estar en pareja. Guatape es un sitio turístico recomendado para visitar. Y este hotel te brinda una experiencia diferente.

No es culpa del hotel pero el hostal que está cerca genera mucho ruido en las noches. Esto debe ser controlado por parte de la alcaldía de Guatapé.

El desayuno excepcional, la limpieza, privacidad, es el lugar perfecto para desconectarse

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! The owners and staff were so sweet, it felt like they were serving us in their own home. The property is so beautiful and peaceful, with many spots to enjoy the lake views, and gorgeous plants at every turn. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Highly recommend!

AC would have been a nice perk, but they brought us a fan which helped a lot!

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff are all amazing and really make you feel like you are at home. Super friendly The rooms overlook the reservoir and its so peaceful in the day and night. There is direct access to the water and a hot tub. Breakfast is made in house daily and was basic but good. Fresh eggs, fresh juice and fruit, and coffee of course. There is also a cappuccino machine and a tiny bar in the lobby for drinks to purchase. The room was a nice size, bed comfortable and shower was strong with hot water. Don't let the other reviews deter you about the noise from the hostel a few doors down. I heard it one night during the week in the distance (not that loud) and the 2nd night I didn't hear it at all. I also always travel with earplugs so I can always block any noise. Also, just a warning, there is no AC in the room here but honestly you dont need it. It gets cold at night and there is a lovely breeze.

Nothing, we will be back here again. This place is approximately 20 min from downtown Guatape.

Nos encantó absolutamente todo: Las instalaciones del hotel son super amplias, la vista donde estan ubicados los jacuzzis es hermosa, las habitaciones son amplias y el baño es moderno. Es desayuno es super rico y muy completo. La atención es excelente. Volvemos en 15 dias.

Se sale de las manos del Hotel pero el ruido del hostal cercano donde tienen practicamente una discoteca no es chevere.

There's a hostel next door and the hotel is unable to do anything about the constant noise. It is constant Reggaton day and night. On Saturday night, music until 4:00AM.

Johan hotel, es una exelente opción, para tener en Cuenta a la hora de reservar. Un lugar hermoso, con una vistas exelente, y con una atención espectacular, realmente el personal muy amable.

El hotel Jordán Boutique es un lugar maravilloso para estar y descansar. Está en un lugar preciosos, sus instalaciones son muy buenas y su ubicación en una península de la represa de Guatapé y las vistas que tiene son inmejorables. El personal de servicio se supremamente amable, la atención es excelente, valoramos mucho la disposición al servicio de Juan y de las chicas de la cocina. Pasamos dos días increíbles en el hotel y casi que no quisimos salir de él por la belleza del sitio y lo acogedor de su personal.

Sólo tiene un lunar que no depende del hotel. Tiene como vecinos a un hostal que ha montado una especie de 'club de playa' cercano al hotel con música estridente desde las 10:00 a.m. hasta las 10:00 p.m. con lo que el propósito de descanso, encuentro con la naturaleza y de relax que uno busca se puede ver afectado. Ojalá las autoridades del municipio de El Peñol hagan algo al respecto, ya que entiendo que muchos vecinos del sector han tratado de generar una regulación en torno a este abuso y esta contaminación auditiva. Ojalá el lugar pueda conservar el sentido que tiene un hotel construido con este propósito: brindar solaz, descanso y paz a sus huéspedes.

Beautiful spot on a peninsula with views of the lake and mountains. Spotless and modern. Lovely common areas. Kind staff. Gorgeous gardens. Very quiet and peaceful.

A little far from Guatape than expected but much preferred lake spot over staying in Guatape town. You can take a local ‘jeep’ from El Penol town (3km from the hotel) to Guatape which was a fun way to travel.

To miejsce idealne, w pobliżu wszytskie atrakcje. Bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Standard bardzo wysoki, piekny ogród z owocami, trawnikiem , miejscem na grilla i jacuzzi. A to wszystko we wspaniałej scenerii jeziora. Wspaniali gospodarze i personel. To miejsce zdecydowanie warte lepszej oceny niż 10. Może uda nam sie jeszcze kiedyś wrócić.

The room had breathtaking views of the lake from the terrace. The heated jacuzzi was awesome to use in the evening. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. This place offers excellent value for money.

Two sun loungers were not enough for the entire property It is not immediately obvious that there is no restaurant on the property - we were surprised and disappointed to learn that we would have to eat out - not ideal as the hotel is quite far from Guatape. But the staff were happy to order in although we had to ask for the food to be heated up. More internal tables for breakfast? When there is bad weather, the hotel needs a back up plan!

Es war eine der schönsten Unterkühlten wo ich jemals war. Landschaftlich wunderschön gelegen ist das Hotel liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super. Vielen Dank noch mal.

The hotel is located at a beautiful place with a big and well-maintained garden, access to water and nice landscape. The interior of the hotel shows taste and all fits nicely together. The hosts were very approachable and we had interesting conversations. Breakfast had excellent quality.

There is nothing that we disliked.
