Reviewed Jul 17, 2026El ambiente de Rooca Hábitat es acogedor cuenta con una hermosa decoración. La atención de Daniel fue excepcional, siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitasemos. En el hotel contábamos con vara de pescar, kayak, jetski y otros entretenimientos. Nos gusto bastante el detalle de un mini bar en cada habitación y el shampoo y acondicionador en los baños hacían todo más fácil. Defianitivamente lo recomendamos y volveríamos

Nuestra habitación no tenía agua caliente, pero nos cambiaron a otra habitación que sí tenía bueno el calentador, entonces realmente no tengo quejas dle hotel.

Reviewed May 4, 2026El sitio es espectacular. La habitación estaba limpia y organizada, Muy cómoda y agradable. La bañera se disfrutó al máximo. La alimentación es muy variada y el desayuno que sirven es muy delicioso. La atención de Daniela fue genial.
Solo es una recomendación para quienes deseen disfrutar del sitio, el acceso a ciertos lugares es a través de escalas. Lo demás hace olvidar esta condición. Otra oportunidad es que en la habitación se destine un sitio para ubicar el equipaje.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026El lugar es tal cual como sus fotografías, el personal es muy atento desde el primer momento de contacto, se comunican para confirmar tu reserva. Cuando llegas al lugar te reciben con una actitud amable de bienvenida, en mi caso Daniel estuvo y Daniela estuvieron súper atentos de principio a fin. La atención de todo el personal es excelente, la comida es deliciosa y para las fechas especiales te ofrecen planes muy completos.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Las instalaciones son muy agradables, el desayuno delicioso, las habitaciones muy cómodas. La atención de Daniel es excelente, es un chico muy atento. En general, todo el personal es bueno, pero él es una persona muy especial en temas de atención.
El ruido de la cañería de los baños de la habitación contigua se escucha muy fuerte en la habitación donde uno se hospeda.

Musique à fond à la piscine. Des personnes extérieures à l'hôtel qui nagent toute habillée et qui mangent dans la piscine. Il a fallut plus de 24h pour que quelqu'un nettoie leurs saleté à la piscine. Aucune penderie dans la chambre. Ni lampe de chevet. Un frigo dans la chambre qui fait un bruit infernal. Attention les chambres "premier prix" n'ont pas de fenêtre.

La atención fue impecable, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, organizadas y muy cómodas. Sin duda, lo que más resaltamos es la calidad humana del personal, que realmente marca la diferencia. Volveríamos sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa!

No closet to hang clothes. Nowhere to put the bags had to sit on floor. No Curtain over the bed, so you have the light outside bright in the room & in the morning you have light. Noise from next door room & speaking can be heard as well as outside music if staying on the weekend. The property is advertised on the map inside guatape but it’s 15km 25/30mins drive from there
