This property was 1 of the bad we had ,number 1 the restaurant staff if you eat there was very uncomfortable they angry they don’t want to serve you we can’t understand why. The road was so ridiculous no cement

We love that it is near by the sea. So calming.

The location is a little bit far inside. There are shortcuts to go to shops or cafe nearby but at night the place is quite dark to walk.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its exceptional attitude towards guests. We had unexpected problems with immigration upon arriving in the Philippines and, at first, believed that we would not be allowed to enter the country at all. We contacted the hotel, and even though our reservation was non-refundable, they showed great understanding and refunded the full cost of our stay. Fortunately, we managed to resolve the situation and still came to stay at the hotel one day later. Everything was clean, cosy and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, and the hotel also has a lovely café. The swimming pool offers a fantastic view of the sea. The famous Moalboal beach, where you can swim with sea turtles and see the sardine run, is only about a ten-minute walk away. You can also swim directly beside the hotel, as it has access to a small private beachfront area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and are especially grateful for their understanding and kindness during a very stressful situation. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Bra frukostbuffé med både filippinsk och europeisk mat. Mycket rent, rummen städades varje dag. Nya och sköna sängar och väldigt trevlig personal. Lugnt och tyst på nätterna.

Om du kan välja rum, välj ett utan yttervägg, för där sitter kompressorerna till alla AC apparater. En del ger vibrationer som hörs i rummet. Vi bytte rum för att få tyst. För övrigt är det här ett toppenställe som rekommenderas varmt. Jag kommer gärna tillbaka.

Beautiful location - loved the beach area, pool and the restaurant complete with free breakfast! There were also nice areas to lounge and have drinks both by the pool and overlooking the ocean. The staff were all super friendly and helped us with all of our needs including booking transfers and tours. Great snorkelling!

The lighting in the bathroom could have been a little better but other than that I can't think of anything!

El acceso a la playa desde donde se podia ver a las tortugas que viven por ahí y a las sardinas mientras nadas o haces esnórquel. La habitación era cómoda y grande con aire acondicionado que funcionaba muy bien. La tranquilidad y el disfrute del atardecer.

El acceso hasta llegar al hotel esta en muy mal estado, mucho polvo. Desayuno de buffet y nada variado (te encuentras alguna hormiga en la comida). Precio carísimo de las cosas que ofrecen en cocina: comida y bebidas... El arrecife a donde accedes cada vez está mas muerto por el exceso de barcos y de buceo supongo, una pena...

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, die Betten bequem, der Pool hervorragend und die gesmate Anlage sehr gepflegt. Das Restaurant war eigentlich gut, wir hatten leider nach einem Tag dort essen und trinken, Magen-Darm-Probleme. Insgesamt schmeckte uns das Essen aber gut, insbesondere das Veggie-Curry Gericht und die frischen Säfte. Die angehörige Tauchschule schien gut aber auch deutlich teurer als bei anderen Tauchschulen direkt in der Nähe des Resorts. Wir sind daher nicht mit der Tauchschule des Resorts getaucht. Ein Tauchgang zu den Sardienenschwärmen lohnt sehr!

Der WEg von der Hauptstarße zum Resort ist katastrophal. Unser Tuktuk konnte uns nicht bis zur Tür fahren und wir mussten den restlichen Weg unser Gepäck tragen, da auch das Rollen der Koffer kaum möglich war, insbesondere bei nassen Wegen in der Regenzeit. Es wäre deutlich einladender, würde der WEg zum Resort ein wenig in die Pflege einbezogen werden.

We stayed at Seaview Resort for three days and two nights. The weather turned bad on our first day, so we couldn’t go diving as scheduled. Instead, we sunbathed and swam by the hotel pool. The food at the on-site restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the female staff there provided incredibly warm service.

Wonderful mojitos mixed by Kent ! We enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay longer. Great place and hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The location is perfect, the rooms were always spotless, and the breakfast was good. We also went scuba diving with the resort, and it was an amazing experience. Our instructor was professional, friendly, and made us feel safe throughout the dive. A special thank you to Kent, the bartender, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He is friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. His calamansi mojito is one of the best mojitos I've ever had! He is a real asset to the resort. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable stay!

the diving trips are a bit more expensive than those offered by other resorts in Moalboal, but the experience was still excellent.

Posto molto carino fronte spiaggia, camere pulite, ordinate e staff gentilissimo. Buona la posizione in quanto si può fare un po' di snorkeling sia sulla spiaggia dell'hotel oppure a 10 minuti di camminata raggiungere la spiaggia di Panagsama per vedere sardine e tartarughe. C'è anche un comodo servizio con la barca ( a pagamento) che ti porta direttamente alle tartarughe. Ottima la colazione. Si può anche pranzare e cenare a buon prezzo.

This resort is back to basics with its facilities but that is what we loved about it. The dive facilities are incredible and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are having a good time. Nothing is a problem! My mum wanted to go snorkeling when I went diving and they accommodated that!

The water pressure wasn't the best but they are getting their water sent in so completely understandable!

Gratis Schwimmweste und Meeresschuhe, Meeresschildkröte und Sardines Run direkt vor dem Hotel gesehen, Frühstück war gut, tolle Aussicht. Cannyoning im Kawasan Waterfall nur etwa 20 Autominuten entfernt und sehr empfehlenswert.

A bit isolated location, tiny beach. Most of the town is around 15 min walk through dark paths.

Tolles Restaurant, schöne Bucht zum schnorcheln, ganztags tauchbetrieb, Zimmer hinten sind ruhiger als die teureren mit seaview, gecko im Zimmer wurde sofort entfernt, Rezeption hilfreich bei allen Problemen. Wir hätten länger bleiben können :)

The place is perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. We spotted quickly a nice big turtle by the Hotel beach and swam with it for long time before we decided to leave. The environment at the Hotel is very friendly and relaxing. The swimming pool is warm and great. Breakfast is excellent. When we decided to walk to the Sardines snorkeling area one of the staff walked with us part of the way and then we reached the destination within minutes. We also spotted another turtle there but with the crowds. The hotel general impression is classy.

Clean rooms with good showers and comfortable bed, professionally run dive school with great staff. It's a short walk to the main bar street along the beach road.

Tolle Unterkunft wenn man auch Tauchen will. Hotel direkt mit tauchschule und Pool auch zum tauchen lernen supper geignet. Gutes Frühstück. Lage direkt an einem Riff auch zum Schnorcheln supper.

Very beautiful resort and very helpful staff. My advise is to prebook your dives, as we (being non-divers) couldn't find a place on the diving boats to go snorkeling. You can dive from the shore (we saw sardine's run, plenty of sea turtles), but it would be nice to have boat experience too..

Gostei de tudo: quartos super limpos, cama muito confortável, banheiro limpo, a vibe do resort é uma delícia, todos os funcionários estão sempre sorrindo e dispostos a ajudar em tudo. O restaurante tem comida deliciosa e é muito agradável. A internet funciona muito bem. Café da manhã gostoso com frutas, pães , presunto e queijo. Eu quis ficar uns dias a mais do que o previsto porque gostei demais do resort e a Rose (da recepção) fez de tudo para achar uma solução para mim. Esse resort é especial em todos os aspectos !

Le site est parfait pour aller faire de la plongée et du snorkling. Le personnel est adorable. Le restaurant est très correct. Les chambres sont agréables et propres.

La route d’accès est particulièrement difficile car non goudronnée. Mais ce n’est pas très long.

Struttura pulita e molto accogliente. Vista su barriera corallina eccellente, puoi fare snorkeling in solitaria e vedere una barriera viva e colorata. Tramonti mozzafiato. Ottimo il ristorante disponibile per pranzo , snack e cena. Colazione buona. Inoltre ottimo servizio di motorbike.

Essendo un centro di dive ogni tanto in pieno giorno attaccano un compressore poco piacevole, ma se si è in piscina e in camera non si sente, quindi non è assolutamente una discriminante

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et soigneusement refaites chaque jour par un personnel attentionné. Le restaurant est également une belle découverte : les plats sont délicieux et nous avons toujours très bien mangé. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, avec beaucoup de choix, et les plats sont régulièrement réapprovisionnés même vers 9h30, bien que le service se termine à 10h — un vrai plus ! Nous avons aussi testé l’école de plongée de l’hôtel : certes, un peu plus chère qu’à l’extérieur, mais la différence se justifie largement. Notre instructeur était à la fois très gentil et très professionnel, et nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir réellement prendre notre temps lors de chaque plongée. La localisation est parfaite, à deux pas du centre de Moalboal où se trouvent tous les restaurants et bars. Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour que nous avons décidé de le prolonger de deux nuits supplémentaires. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! Sarah et Alex

Amazing views with a nice pool and helpful friendly staff

The resort is amazing! Like a small beautiful vilage. You can go snorkeling /diving from the beach at the resort itself. We did some snorkeling and saw turtles every time! (Rented snorkeling equipment at the resort). The room is big, comfy bed and great AC. The resturant has great food so you can just stay there for a whole day. Staff was very helpful. Will visit again!

מקום יפה ומטופח, נוף יפה גם של המלון עצמו וגם מהחדר, ארוחת בוקר מעולה ומגוונת, מסעדה בכללי ברמה גבוהה ושירות טוב. באופן כללי צוות עובדי המלון היה נחמד ושירותי (כולל המאבטח).

לא היו מים קרים לשתיה(היו מים פשוט לא מקוררים) , החדר עצמו לא באיזה עיצוב או רמה גבוהים במיוחד וחבל, המרפסת לדוגמה, מטופחת מאוד, עם מיני גדר חיה מושקעת מאוד. בסיום האירוח היינו צריכים לשלם על החשבון שפתחנו מול המסעדה והעדפנו באשראי ולא צוין בפנינו מראש שזה אפשרי רק מול משרד ההנהלה והוא נסגר קצת לפני הזמן שנאמר לנו ונאלצנו לשלם במזומן, דבר שלא התאים לנו, והמנהלת ידעה מזה כי עובדת התקשרה לעדכן אותה והיא בחרה בכל זאת לא להגיע למרות שעברו מקסימום 10דק מאז שיצאה ועדיין היינו בשעות הפעילות המוגדרות(הבהרנו שלמחרת נצא מוקדם לפני שעות הפעילות בגלל המשך טיול). המרכז צלילה שאמנם לא שייך למלון אבל עובד בתוכו לא מתאים לשנורקל(סנפירי ענק שמתאימים לצלילה עמוקה) הציוד והשירות בהקשר הזה היה יקר בהשוואה למועדוני הצלילה במרחק 10 דקות הליכה ולא הציע משהו מיוחד

Hotel direttamente sul mare: a pochissime bracciate si può vedere la barriera corallina e si può nuotare con le tartarughe(entrambe le volte che ci siamo tuffati in acqua ne abbiamo avvistate diverse). Ottimo il ristorante (abbiamo pranzato due volte). La colazione dell’hotel è un mix tra continentale e filippino, molto buona. La pulizia dell’hotel è eccezionale. La camera è grande con armadi e scrivania per appoggiare bagagli e vestiti e il bagno molto pulito con doccia grande.

Se si vogliono fare attività in acqua (dive e snorkeling) il posto è perfetto e non si ha bisogno di alcun mezzo, ma se si vuole girare (anche semplicemente cenare fuori dall’hotel)è necessario prendere un tuk tuk o avere il motorino (la reception procura il noleggio senza problemi).

The waiters here were actually very friendly and attentive, which made the dining experience much better.

认真看，帮你避坑。Terrible front desk service and disappointing stay. Staff were rude and unhelpful, made us fill out a lot of information ourselves, and kept us waiting outside for a long time before check-in. The room was extremely small and absolutely not worth 4500 pesos. Staying on the ground floor meant zero privacy — you can’t open the curtains without people seeing straight in. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided (we had to buy our own at 7-11), hairdryer had to be borrowed from reception, and no matter how many nights you stay they only give you two bottles of water in total, not per day. Totally ridiculous and not recommended.

It has Western amenities plus the hotel is new.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! We booked at the last minute when we had the chance to get away from Cebu City for the weekend, where we were working. The meals were great, the staff helped us with all of our tour bookings, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the communal spaces were calm and relaxing. We enjoyed tours with the guides set up by the hotel in the morning then spent afternoons relaxing by the sea and in the pool. The wifi also worked great for us. Finally, our transportation was leaving a few hours after check out, the staff were very accommodating in storing our bags and allowing us to enjoy the properties amenities until it was time to leave. Overall an incredible stay and I hope to return.

The room is clean and comfortable. Pool outside is very cozy and nice for sunset. However, the location is a bit far from restaurant street but thus provide quiet environment.
