I thought they had a SPA within the hotel (but they lied about it)

They advertised faulse information and I picked them over better option

Nice hotel , the staff were friendly , they made our stay comfortable, food was ok Pool was a heated one which the kids could enough The staff were good and they even packed us a breakfast for our day trip which started early Special mention to Mr Adithya , (the Manali travels )in the travel desk who arranged a trip to Rohtang pass without prior notice , would recommend him to anyone planning local tours there

We stayed at Woodrock Hotel from 3rd to 7th May 2026. The hotel overall was good, and the stay was comfortable in terms of location and basic facilities. However, there were a few service-related issues that disappointed us. The response from the reception and housekeeping staff was very casual. Whenever we called for any service, we usually had to call two or three times before anyone attended to it. This became frustrating during the stay. Another issue was cleanliness. On multiple occasions, we received stained bed sheets and towels, which we had to get replaced repeatedly. Room cleaning and housekeeping were also not up to the mark and definitely need improvement. We had also taken an extra bed for our 7-year-old child and were charged Rs. 1500 per day extra for it. However, only a mattress was provided — no cot and not even an additional pillow. When we requested a pillow, the staff told us that the Rs. 1500 charge was only for the mattress and asked us to adjust with the existing pillows, which was quite disappointing. The hotel has potential and the stay could have been much better with more attentive service and better housekeeping standards. However Restaurant was too good. Daily we had breakfast and dinner there, food was excellent and also all the restaurant staffs were very courteous and well behaved towards all diners.

My expeirience was bitter truth but the fact is this hotel so called woodrock is nothing but the bunch of complaints starting from 1. I am staying this hotel 2nd time but service is continuesly down and down and so on 2. Their room prices are higher than any good hotel in manali but their service is bad 3. They never listen your request but to impose their ruthless hotel service rules no matter if you pay 7000 rs a day 4. Staff is rude and earless 5. Dont know how they manage have good reviews on tripadvisor as i doubt all good reviews are fake Highly advise to all better book through offline agents instead off online travel

Worst experience ever with this pathetic hotel, literally staff and management both are arrogant and highly unprofessional , Ever after paying full payment my client had to face the big embarrassment as no service , nothing in washroom no dental kiy no shaving kit even after they demanded so many times hotel was full in denial mode, Food was worst and service was super late as you hardly find anything in their buffet in breakfast as well in their lunch I made same complaint several times but staff and management showed no courtesy to reply back I requested to early check out but they rejected to pay my balance amount Worst worst worst Listen to all traveller and travel agent don't ever book this hotel they are fraud and never book their hotel with full advance

I mostly stay at this hotel whenever I visit Manali, and every time it has been excellent. The food is extremely delicious, and the hotel service is outstanding. One of the best things is their 24-hour customer service, which makes the stay very comfortable and stress-free. The staff is very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Nowadays, many people search for hotels on social media like Instagram. I personally booked two properties through social media before, but honestly, both were very disappointing and not suitable for families. That’s why I highly recommend Woodrock Hotel to anyone planning to visit Manali, especially if you are travelling with family. It is safe, comfortable, and truly worth it. We called many places to check the availability and the moment we spoke to the personnel over a call we made up our mind to visit this place and we are glad we took this decision. The location of this hotel is the USP of this hotel. There are lots of places which one can visit at the walking distance. Even you can enjoy Mall road even late at night with your family without worrying too much about going back to the hotel. The food is excellent and delicious. Overall one of the best and excellent budget option in Manali. Very well maintained and staff is very polite and all the services are excellent. We had a really nice time while we stay in the Woodrock hotel.

Best location. Good views. Great food. Spacious Rooms. Clean surroundings. Amazing Spa. Wish the weather was not cold so we could have enjoyed the heated pool as well. The best time with friends...this hotel is so comfortable and free of frills. The moment we arrived the security helped us with our luggage and our checkin was handled so efficiently. Our rooms were kept ready which were spacious and with controlled temperature. Buffet and dinner were prepared well with adequate options on Veg and Non Veg options. Evening Live music was great along with bon fire and Happy hours on drinks. Very polite staff. Hemraj at reception, Vijay in restaurant and Thesen in spa were very kind to help us. We will surely be back.

In the serene cold weather we all found this hotel very warm and cozy. Very modern and classy. Right from our check in we were taken care of. The security personnel ensured to make us all comfortable and helped us find a parking spot. Our driver was also given blankets at night which was caring of them. The food was of good quality and prepared toniur taste. The team is highly professional and caring. I would like to specially mention Ms palak at reception and Tilak and Vijay in resturant for their exceptional care. The rooms were centrally heated and very comfortable.

Perfect romantic getaway! The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the private balcony had stunning views. The evening setup with candlelit dinner by the lawn and soft music made our anniversary truly special. The staff even surprised us with a small cake. Couldn’t have asked for more. House keeping they did really hygienic set the room. The restaurant staff there were amazing all of them . during our meal service Thilak Vijay and Rohit very professionals.
