La douche et les toilettes n’étaient pas pratique (trop loin de la chambre et ouvert sur l’extérieur). On a eu froid et on n’a pas reussi à régler la douche.

The hospitality of the staff is superb. The vibes of the place is giving peaceful and serenity The rooms are comfortable and clean though needs improvement but it does meet expectations

Easy check in. Treehouse is very cute and staff are kind too. Aircon is strong and bed was comfortable. Located in quiet place and praceful. I enjoyed my stay there!!

The accommodation is stunning, beautiful, and very well located; it's incredibly quiet. I highly recommend it! I would improve the food, add a doormat before entering the room, and a few more hooks in the bathroom.

The accommodation itself is super nice and in a quiet area of town. I enjoyed the outdoor showers and the afternoon snacks were a beautiful touch.

It is a bit further out of town so easier with your own transport.

Wirklich süße Unterkunft. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und es war sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen Roller gemietet, sodass man überall gut hinkam.

Het zijn niet veel huisjes dus er heerst een heerlijke rust.

Het toilet en de douche bevinden zich beneden. Al is dat eigenlijk niet storend geweest.

We rented a treehouse for 3 nights. And we absolutely loved it. Nice cottages, very helpful staff. They bring you breakfast to your table at the house. The shower is cool and nice. AC works well.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet établissement et nous avons ADORÉ ! Les cabanes sont vraiment magnifiques et le jardin très bien entretenu. L’équipe est aux petits soins. L’établissement est très bien situé, à l’écart de l’agitation de San Juan mais proche de toutes les commodités ! Je vous le recommande à 100%

Our stay at Mandala tree house was perfection. The rooms where cosy and clean. Every evening we arrived to a new treat and a fresh drink! I really enjoyed the empanadas! The swing on the downstairs porch felt magical, the lighting, the trees, the vibe. If you are looking for a stay that feels extra magical then this is the place for you.

The bugs! But we knew there would be bugs as you are staying in tree houses in a mini jungle!

The Treehouses were wonderful! We had a great stay with great weather, which made the outside showers quite refreshing! We were visited by the super friendly dogs, who felt quite at home on our stairs :) Breakfast was always fresh and super tasty.

Great stay at the treehouses - breakfast was wonderful and the room AC was very reliable. We parked our hire car right outside. Loved the outdoor shower. As other reviews say, it's not hot water, but it's not freezing - was perfect for a very hot day.

Fridge in the room would have been good, but this is a very minor thing.

The treehouses are super cool, really feels like you’re in a little piece of the jungle. The evening treats are a nice touch (although maybe a yes/no policy would be good, as we didn’t always fancy them if we got back late!). Staff were helpful with ordering tuk tuks/ taxis, and the breakfasts were good! Mattresses were super comfy (you can ask for a third one in the room for a small fee, which was super helpful if travelling as a 3).

Lack of extra bed linens (just one sheet can be cold sometimes). Not clear that you need to put the door hanger on to get room cleaned (and lack of emptying toilet bin everyday, regardless of option, given the bathroom is outside/ the climate, we expected this and weren’t pleased when it was left). Most pillows in room were lumpy/ like cotton balls - so could do with an upgrade, especially given the accommodation is on the more expensive end for Siquijor. No temperature control on shower - although we thought the temp was fine, imagine some people may want to change it. Bathroom tap was a bit wobbly, and door also hard to lock (although staff v helpful in doing it for us). Limited facilities otherwise, although not the properties fault, just something to be mindful of. It’s basically just a small reception, the treehouses and a villa, no pool or communal spaces really, so if you want somewhere to relax, it’s your terrace or nada.

Beautiful secluded jungle vibes. The treehouse was comfortable and air conditioned, and the bathroom and outdoor shower downstairs were well maintained and spacious. There were very friendly and accommodating staff! They provided quick and affordable laundry service, free snacks and juice on my first night, and helped me plan my ferry back to Dumaguete and Cebu.

Just a warning that the stairs up to the treehouse are pretty steep! But they are grippy and have a good railing.

Outside toilets were a bit too outside. So if I needed a wee at 3am I had to leave the house, go downstairs, and then once in the bathroom crunch on millipedes, and keep an eye out for frogs.

Het voelde echt alsof je even in de jungle was. Erg leuk de buiten douche, de schommel en het slaapvertrek boven zag er ook super uit. Wij hadden veel ongedierte verwacht maar dat viel reuze mee. Op de slaapkamer geen beestjes/insecten gehad. Buiten douche wel maar dat hoort ook wel bij de ervaring. Het ontbijt was ook super dus zeker doen. Ook was het personeel super gastvrij. Bij terugkomst stond er altijd een drankje en hapje voor ons klaar.

Séjour parfait. La collation au retour tous les jours était délicieuse et très appréciée. Le personnel adorable.. On a adoré.. .

Peut être un petit manque de rangement

Hele leuke locatie, ze hebben het Mandala concept heel goed doorgevoerd. Er zijn vlakbij heel leuke restaurantjes. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk en komt elke dag een hapje en drankje brengen. Fijne plek om te verblijven!

Wat fijn was geweest is een koelkastje op de kamer, zodat je bij warme temperaturen tenminste je water koud kunt houden. Ook heeft de douche geen temperatuurregelaar. Even wennen aan een koude douche dus :) Persoonlijk vond ik de badkamer een erg leuk concept! Het had grotendeels geen dak en er stonden planten, wat een heel natuurlijk gevoel geeft. Wat je dan wel moet beseffen is dat er over de vloer veel mieren en duizendpoten lopen.

Being English we like a duvet rather then a sheet but we still managed fine!

Une du personnel nous a gâcher un peu le séjour à la fin, elle était toujours énervé, pas ouverte a la discussion du tout, elle veut faire ce qu'elle veut sur la facture sans que je pose la moinsre question, et a chaque fois que c'est a elle de ramener les snack ou le petir dej, elle fait la gueule. Beaucoup d'insectes et de gros reptiles, donc il faut toujours tout laisser fermé. Hôtel isolé, donc un moyen de transport est indispensable (soit louer un scooter, soit tuktuk pour chaque petit déplacement)

Es war alles toll! Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Das Haus sieht toll aus und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es gab jeden Tag einen kleinen Snack mit Getränken. Vor Ort kann man alles buchen, was man braucht (Roller, Wäscheservice usw.). Frühstück kann man auch bestellen und wird auf der Terrasse serviert. Wir haben es zwei Mal gemacht und es war sehr lecker. Man muss sich nur bewusst machen, dass es etwas außerhalb ist und man auf einen Roller/ Fahrer angewiesen ist. Und dass, bei einem offenen Bad, auch Insekten vorkommen. Füe uns überhaupt keine Problem und wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Genialny personel! Przemiły, pomocny i uśmiechnięty. Sam zamysł i konstrukcja całego obiektu sprawiały wrażenie jakbyśmy każdego dnia budzili się w dżungli. Pokoje oraz łazienka były bardzo czyste i gustownie urządzone. Jedzonko pyszne i nareszcie dobra kawa! Na pewno kiedyś wrócimy i jeśli są wolne pokoje, to nie zwlekajcie z rezerwacją!

Niektórym może wadzić brak ciepłej wody, ale w tym upale przyznaje, że było to zbawienne.

Beautiful designed treehouses amongst a superb tropics garden. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the outdoor bathrooms are wonderful.

Beautiful accommodation, clean and neat. Love the concept, but could definitely improve a lot more.

NO hot water, which is a really big downside for such place. The owners could add a small instant boiler directly to the shower head, it would absolutely make everything better. Bathroom could be cleaned daily due to all the bugs, insects and earthworms in the shower. Breakfast not included in the room price, but available for order.

Die Unterkunft war toll eingerichtet und modern. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir bekamen mehrfach Drinks und Snacks offeriert. Rollervermietung direkt vor Ort, Wäscheservice auch vorhanden. Das Frühstück war ein Traum!

Le concept de la salle de bain en bas… la nuit, il faut descendre un escalier raide pour aller aux toilettes, il y a des fourmis , des cafards… la douche est froide… c’est vraiment du camping ! Le personnel n’est pas vraiment sympa, on est pas à l’aise . Même pas un point d’eau en haut dans la chambre

Very stylish unique bungalows with the bedroom upstairs and an outside shower room downstairs. In a very tranquil setting. Although there are several bungalows close together you feel completely private because of the layout of the grounds.

Jolie cabane, joli endroit, propre. Facilité à louer un scooter. Petit dej très bon avec plusieurs choix (juste un peu cher). Laundry parfaite. Petites attentions chaque jour pour un moment snack. Personnel très gentil et aidant.

Un peu loin de tout dommage (mais si vous louez un scooter c’est bon). La salle de bain extérieure est une expérience : attendez vous à des insectes.

En 3 jours, jamais le ménage na été fait. Pas de changement de draps, De serviettes,de papiers toilette. L imposdibilité de se restauré même des snacks et boissons ne sont dispo.

前台一直一副死鱼脸，好像我们是欠他什么的似的，入住登记要自己来，行李自己提，入住时间下午2点，退房时间上午11点，这个时间也是绝了，没有热水，她说全岛都没有热水，什么都是酒店政策没办法改动，态度真的让人费解，感觉我是欠她的一样，租了摩托车超了一个小时加了50比索一个车，我们所有的油都是加满了的，一点变通都没有。

A beautiful stay. Room was absolutely perfect and the staff were wonderful and so helpful. Perfect for a stay with a partner. Breakfast was also delicious and very reasonably priced. The best pancakes I have had!

Kein warmes Wasser im Bad. Hellhörig. Bad liegt unten. Steile Treppe führt zum Bad. Ohne Moped kommt man nicht weg. Nächstes Restaurant 20 Minuten fußläufig.

L'endroit est magnifique, tres original. Les tree houses sont en excellentes conditions et la decoration est de tres bon gout. Le petit dej est un must et doit etre teste. Une bonne alternative aux hotels de plage

Il n'y a rien a dire. Si il pouvait y avoir un endroit pour se relaxer en famille ou entre amis, ce serait sympa. Une petite piscine dans cet endroit luxuriant serait un reve.

Would be nice to have some sort of elevation of grooves so when you shower, the entire bathroom does not get wet. There were also bugs, so a place to keep your toothbrushes, etc from them would be nice. Would also be nice to have at least a mini fridge in the room.

Treehouses are amazing, the staff is always helpful and very kind. Every day they serve a snack and a local juice drink which makes the experience 10/10. Every unit has an AC and you can rent scooters on the spot.

It’s been one the worst hotel experiences of my life. Since there was no way to book 4 nights in a row (24-28 Dec) I made three different reservations (24-26, 26-27, and 27-28) once seen the availability on Booking; then I started paying the reservations always in time. So far no issues - except for giant cockroaches in the bathroom (seen twice) which is disgusting and makes you doubt of the cleanness of the place. But the worst has yet to come: right when I had to pay the last night (27-28) I had serious problems with my phone that could not charge due to humidity level, so in order to save the last hints of battery I barely used the phone and I could not update the card linked to the final reservation (which was almost empty), but since the staff was definitely aware that we had to stay until Dec 28 I assumed they would keep the room busy on Booking so it remained to us. The phone stayed off the whole 28th day until around 4pm, time at which Booking had already canceled the reservation, but for the reasons mentioned above I was still confident that the staff would keep the room for us. Once at the hotel, they told us that the room was booked by someone else for two nights and that we had to check out within the morning after! No way to explain that this is not the way to treat guests that already paid and stayed for 3 nights and that the whole treatment was embarrassing and disrespectful (they also stated that they thought I personally canceled the last night, which was impossible because we also left our clothes for laundry service). I also told them to talk with their manager and let us stay the last night as already planned but they replied being not able to cancel the other reservation. At the end of it all, they made us pay motorbike and breakfasts until the last cent, not even a hint of flexibility due to the fact that they were causing us a discomfort having to pack our bags a day in advance and to find another structure to host us on Saturday evening!
