Pretty Quiet even though hotel was very close to the main road

Wearing a tag all the time. Parking was very limited, but staff was very and helpful with finding alternative parking. Food was not great.

Clean, budget friendly, walking distance to the grocery store, Resturant’s, beach, and kite surfing schools.

Had to pay to exchange towels. I can understand paying for you room to be cleaned but exchanging a dirty towel for another is ridiculous.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. After our five-night stay, the hotel charged us twice for our accommodation. We have tried to contact them multiple times by email and phone to resolve this issue, but they have completely ignored our messages. Mistakes can happen, but charging guests twice and then refusing to respond is unacceptable. Customer service does not end when you check out. We expected the hotel to acknowledge the error and process a refund promptly, but instead we have been left without any communication. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Be very careful and check your credit card statements after your stay.

Nose porque la habitación no incluye la limpieza. Creo de debería de estar incluido o por lo menos si uno tiene que pagar más no importa. Una misma toalla por 4 días no es bueno. Además si incluyen por lo menos el desayuno sería mejor. No importa pagar más. Sino estar cómodo .

They wanted to charge me for table clutery missing probably from the previous guest that stayed in the hotel.while I spent all my time out of the resort and ate outside .

These rooms were fantastic. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable--in fact, some of the best hotel beds I've ever used. Our rooms opened up right into the pool area, which we all loved, especially the kids. Tons of restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance.

The street noise was pretty brutal, but that is just how Cabarete is. The property does not have its own beach, but everything was very walkable.

Location and size of your business is great. Majority of the staff was great, didn’t care for the 2 staff members that kept trying to convince us to your presentation. Size of our room was just right.

The toilet had a small leak and was very gross and stained around it. Having to pay $15 to clean our room. 2 staff members bugging us about breakfast and presentation. Told them No Thank you many times.

I booked and paid for a full apartment at the hotel. 1) No cleaning, maintenance, or linen and towel change services were included. These services were available on request at an additional cost. Reception desk informed that because we booked through an agency (Booking.com) it was not included. 2) We had to take our trash to the outdoor bins ourselves. 3) Initially, I was given a very nice and spacious apartment but with a street view, although I had reserved a garden view. I requested a transfer, which was arranged two days later to a garden-facing unit; however, it was smaller and had no bedroom window. 4) Kitchen equipment: Poorly equipped.

Lifestyle Presidential Suites in Cabarete is the perfect place to vacation with my family. The 2 bedroom suites are large and have plenty of room for my family and the amenities at the hotel are great!!! The hotel is very clean and the staff is super attentive and helpful. The rooms have a kitchen and there is a market close by so that a family does not need to eat at a restaurant for every meal. But the thing my family loves the most about the hotel is the pools. The hotel has several of them and the children play in them all day long. Somedays it has the feel of a private villa with a private pool We are already counting down the days to our next vacation at the hotel.

Great location, wonderful staff and very high value for the size and comfort of the rooms. Onsite bars and restaurants and minutes to walk onto the beach and stroll down all of the super fun offerings on the beach. Super market is minutes away by foot. Easy taxi access. Couldn't have been happier with the hotel.

Some items are a la carte like room cleaning which would be nice to be included however this likely helps keep the prices down which are incredibly reasonable so it's a give and take, just be prepared for that.

Large 2 bedroom unit with pool view. Quite and nice.

There was no drinking water provided, so we had to constantly purchase water ourselves. An 18-liter jug costs 100 pesos and should be included as a basic amenity. The kitchen was insufficiently equipped—there were no large serving bowls and no coffee filters for the coffee machine. Additionally, towels were not replaced unless an extra fee was paid, which was not clearly communicated in advance.

Excelente ubicación, el servicio fue muy bueno todos muy amables, el apartamento estaba en muy buenas condiciones si quieres realizar una escapada en pareja, familiar o de amigos este es una muy buena opción! Definitivamente volveríamos

No incluye la comida pero te dan la opción de pagar por un plan de alimentación en su restaurante (un poco costoso) pero hay opciones cerca del hotel, las habitaciones tienen cocina por lo cual también puedes cocinar,

We liked location, close to the beach, comfortable bed and room, beach towels and bath towels were very nice. The balcony was nice and had a partial view of ocean.

Only water on first day, two small 500ml bottles no coffee provided, not even on first day! The street noise was not great.

The fact that you have to wait for the cleaning service to check the room before you can leave after the check out ..also giving a list to do your inventory for the items in the kitchen . Guest shouldn’t have to do that . Trying to put a lost tea spoon from a previous check that wasn’t done on a current guest checking out was good at all . And the inventory check list was not mention at all

Staff accusing me of missing hand towels that i never saw upon check-in.. Please insist on staff physically going with you to pre check/inventory everything in the room....And I was charged

A little more explanation of the extra charges would have been nice. Arriving at 11:00 p.m. at night and just being told what I have to pay, not being explained, would have been more acceptable. Same with check out.... Staff were rude because I didn't know the check out procedure. However, no one explained it to me.

The location. It was our 2nd visit. It is close to all the best restaurants. Nice pools.

Towels we need a beach towel at least daily. We had to pay $9 to switch out our towels. Also that $9 had to be paid in person before they would swap them. That was really annoying. Maybe a better way to do that…. Like add $9 a day into the price and make it complimentary.

There was a very uncomfortable to sleep in sofa bed. I felt all the sofa bed wires. I was told that to get clean towel, we will have to pay a fee. If we wanted to a clean suite, there was also a fee. There were so many fees that I decided not to even brew coffee
