The place was cozy and quiet especially there is a Church within the vicinity of the hotel. The food is also nice with filipino breakfast which we are excited to eat again as we came from abroad were those breakfast like daughters and doing are not always available outside the Philippines unless someone brought into outside the Philippines.

first time namin makita yung place na to sa mga blogger,and to be honest,maganda talaga parang iBang bansa yung vibe. medyo convenient lang kung may dala Kang car since looban Siya. medyo nagulat lang kami during check in kasi required pala ang swim caps ,sana na mention agad beforehand.food was okay ,nothing special but decent. the live band was also nice . what really stood out was the staff super accommodating and friendly. special shout out kay kuya alba guard who assist us all the way to our room, and kay Mina warm and sweet kausap. may isa pang guy from front desk na hindi ko nakuha name,but he was also helpful.over all good . and babalikan

Location is quite secluded but perfect if you want quite and peaceful atmosphere, over all ambience of the place is nice and still accessible to mahor attractions. Staff were nice and hospitable. Rooms were tidy and and up to expectation and comfort, wish every room has mini ref. Value for money because of the promotion we availed which also include plated breakfast and also worth to mention every sumptuous meal they cater on the restaurant though some items on the menu are out of stock we enjoyed every meal that they serve.

My wedding prep with via Appia is very budget friendly but the service and inclusion are all worth. Our photos feels like international. Ms. Glai is very helpful and accommodating to all my request

This is a good place to relax and have your events in! Perfect for family gatherings or even romantic dates. You will find they have such nice and helpful staff. Recommending Via Appia for events. We were assisted by Francis and he was consistently attentive, responsive, and helpful. The birthday celebrant and her guests had a really great time in such a beautiful place. Rooms are clean too, staying here is also recommendable.

It’s our second time here. It’s always very peaceful at Via Appia, and we had a very relaxing time during our staycation.

We had a wonderful experience, Even though we experienced a small problem in our room, the staff responded quickly and resolved it right away. They assisted us with everything they could, which really showed how much they value their guests. We especially appreciate the help from Ms. Mina from Front desk, who was very attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. Sadly, we weren’t able to enjoy the swimming pool because we were already very tired from going out earlier. But overall, the experience was still very pleasant and relaxing.

We had a very nice experience at Via Appia! There is nothing negative we can say about the place! Great ambiance, good food, perfect location! Every spot was ig worthy! And everyone was so accommodating and the place is definitely a place to visit! Very recommendable! Will surely come back to Via Appia!

Everything is great. Staffs are so so so nice. Great ambiance, within Tagaytay but still far enough from city noise and that's a great spot to relax and even to conduct a seminar/workshop.

I am really excited to book here because of the reviews i read about this hotel. Maybe because i expected too much that's why i feel..parang may kulang. The placed is good,food is good,staff are all nice and accomodating. But I think may di informed ang staff,sabi kasi buffet ang breakfast di naman pala. Then di alam ng staff if with may bayad ang gaming room.. Overall..i still enyoyed my stay here and i will surely visit this place again.

Location is nice, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall atmosphere is romantic, best for couples date night and intimate wedding! Spent our anniversary here! The room we stayed at is nice and clean, nothing special but it’s good for its price. Value for money? I would say it’s 50-50. I find it a little pricey for just a staycation. I think it’s worth it for an intimate celebration. The place is so quiet, if you want to relax and destress, it’s perfect for you! We also had a massage and it was the best thing they can offer if you want to have a breather! I couldn’t praise all the staff enough for their service! They are very welcoming, professional, and accommodating to our requests. Double thumbs up to kuya guard! He was very patient with us since we would go out and come back late at night, and went out early for a run.

Situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Calm and quite from the busy establishments and restaurants. Atmosphere is giving a little piece of Italy. Being with a toddler who loves to walk around, it is generally safe in the courtyard. As well as their heated swimming pool is toodler friendly. Their executive room is cozy and spacious. Clean bathroom and well maintained rooms. Good wifi signal with smart tv complete with youtube and netflix. Their dishes taste realy great. Great service of staffs. They are all accommodating. Overall great value for money.

We recently held our intimate wedding here, and it was truly everything we dreamed of, plus more. From the very beginning, our wedding POC was incredibly hands-on. She guided us through every step of the planning and finalization process, making sure all details were taken care of and that we felt supported from start to finish. It gave us that beautiful Italian vibe we were looking for, romantic, elegant, and perfect for the intimate celebration we wanted. We stayed here for 3 days. We really enjoyed the place, room are clean especially yung bathroom i highly recommended sa mga tao maselan . Staff are very accomodating, masarap din yung food nila sa restaurant malaki serving nila since kami ng husband ko at baby namin kaya madami na para sa amin yung serving ng food pero sulit kasi masarap naman talaga.❤️ 3 days and 2 nights nakakabitin sya. Babalik kami ulit..

Good Hotel, we stayed here for one night in Superior twin and deluxe room, the bed was nice it quiet similar to italian Vibes in rooms.

Glai, the events manager and the rest of the team were very excellent. They were very accommodating and very easy to work with. Even though there were setbacks due to the weather, Glai's team was able to pull off the event and still make it as memorable as we'd wished it to be. Glai was also able to be with us every step of the way. From planning the initial concept to the execution on the same day, Glai was very keen to detail. Glai is hardworking and very professional. Would definitely choose Via Appia again if we're planning on special occasions again like birthdays and stuff. Worth it every penny. Thank you again Glai and team!!

Via Appia is a hidden gem in Tagaytay! The amenities are great. The highlight for me is the indoor heated pool, since Tagaytay is know for its cold climate, the heated pool indoors still allows me to enjoy even for a quick dip. The food is delicious, and Via Appia has the friendliest staff! Will definitely recommend!

we have event here in tagaytay and wala talaga sa plan ko na magbook, but one of my friends said na why not we book a hotel for one night, and one of my co- workers suggest na mag book kami here in via, regular guest sila here, and hindi naman kami nagsisi kasi Budget friendly sila, and kakaiba sya compare sa mga hotel na pinuntahan namin.

Superb customer service, especially Bong, the F&B OIC, who went the extra mile for my sister, who celebrated her birthday on February 1st. All the staff were quick and responsive, and they even managed to return my bag after I accidentally left it on the table after breakfast.

It's worth noting that this hotel does NOT accept non-Philippino credit cards for payment unless you prepay. My friend in another room didn't prepay and was left in a lurch when her credit card wasn't accepted. Amongst our friend group, we tried credit and debit cards from 3 other countries which also werent accepted. We finally had to make an overseas bank transfer to pay for the room. This whole process took more than 2 hours as the staff couldn't provide us with an accurate SWIFT code at first (finally the 3rd one worked). Upon returning home we each discovered a pending charge from Via Appia on all of our credit cards. This is still unresolved 2 weeks later. There was no swing-bar lock on our door. It had clearly been broken off leaving us feeling very uneasy about security.
