Bardzo miła obsługa, olbrzymia przestrzeń do spacerowania, możliwość pływania kajakiem w cenie, możliwość masażu i jogi, duży przyjemny basen z widokiem na ocean, przestronne pokoje, klimatyzacja i moskitiery, cudowne śniadania w formie bufetu, możliwość przedłużenia pobytu o kilka godzin bezpłatnie i wczesnego zameldowania-już ok 11. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Room doesn't have a TV that's a big problem, especially if you're travelling with children's, and room AC is not up to standard. we have switched the rooms since Ac has not worked properly. WiFi is not connecting most of the area.

We loved our stay at Marakolliya Beach resort. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is modern with all the facilities you need. Our room was clean and spacious. The resort is located on the beach with an infinity pool. Breakfast was lovely. Such a nice treat to have breakfast overlooking the beach. Definitely value for money. Highly recommended!

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jättefint läge. Mysiga hängmattor och fin pool.

Städningen. Låg gammal tvål kvar på handfatet när vi kom. Fick aldrig städat rummet under vår vistelse på 5 nätter.

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft am Ende der Straße und direkt am Strand und der Lagune. Man kann den ganzen Tag dort super verbringen ist aber mit dem Tuktuk in 10 min auch in Tangalle. Der saubere, gut gepflegte Pool direkt am Strand mit Strandbar ist definitiv ein Highlight. Der Strand selbst ist der beste Sandstrand den ich bisher in Asien gesehen habe, eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt zum baden.

Das Zimmer ist sehr spärlich, aber dennoch funktionell eingerichtet. Da könnte man noch mehr dekorativ rausholen, um das wohlbefinden im Zimmer zu erhöhen. Die Temperatureinstellung der Dusche war sehr verzögert.

Goed hotel en fijne ruime kamer met goed bed en prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad en de zee. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk en groot en lag recht aan het mooie strand. Ook een leuke poolbar met lekkere drankjes. Goede locatie want veel leuke restaurants in de buurt aan het strand.

Als we daar een lunch bestelde zaten we wel 45 minuten te wachten voordat de lunch gebracht werd. Het ontbijt buffet was minimaal en weinig keus. Wel een leuke buitenruimte aan het strand met uitzicht op de zee.

A very nice hotel with a good pool and a very good breakfast, with variation from one morning to another. It's at the end of the road and you could see monkeys and lizards close by.

Lunch and dinner options at the restaurant were not all that exciting and the hotel was a bit far from the "heart" of the beach. They had private tuc tucs, though, if you want to drive yourself.

Wir haben uns hier 3 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben ist das sehr freundliche Personal und Management sowie das angeschlossene Yoga Zentrum, welches eine unkomplizierte Teilnahme (auch für Einsteiger) ermöglicht (gegen kleine Gebühr).

Der Strand ist traumhaft, aber die nächste Stelle, um im Ozean schwimmen zu gehen, ist ca. 15 Gehminuten in Richtung City. Um sich kurz abzukühlen reicht es aber allemal und zum BahnenSchwimmen gibt es den Pool, der morgens stets leer ist und bestens gepflegt ist.

Nie rozumiem skąd 2 gwiazdki na bookingu. Hotel najlepszy z wszystkich które mieliśmy a byliśmy miesiąc ja Sri Lance. Pokoje przestronne czyste o dobrym standardzie. Mieliśmy z widokiem na basen i ocean. Przepiękny. Lokalizacja cudowna jeśli szukacie na chwilę odludzia, obok pustki plaże na wyłączność. Basen bardzo duży i bardzo zadbany codziennie sprzątane na bieżąco wspaniała obsługa. Bar w basenie bajka. Przepiękne ogrody restauracja na plaży. Śniadania bardzo dobre z lankijskie tradycjami. Darmowe kajaki do wypożyczenia żeby popływać po łacinie. W lobby bilard i warcaby które nam mega pod pasowały. Obok hotelu często spotykane małpy. Piękna dzicz i beztroska. Wszystkim polecam jeśli kiedyś wrócę to odwiedzę ten hotel na pewno.

Jedyny minus to skały w oceanie ale to nie wina hotelu akurat tak tutaj było w tym miejscu. Trzeba by się kawałek przejść żeby się wykapac

Le paradis. L’hôtel est exceptionnel. Nous avons adoré la piscine et la proximité de la plage. Les chambres sont très propres. Le personnel est très attentionné. Nous allons probablement rester plusieurs jours encore car notre vol a été annulé. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Marakolliya Beach Resort.

We had a wonderful stay. The location right on the beach and the pool are fantastic - you really feel like you’re in a true resort setting. The area is peaceful and tranquil, yet there are still plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially those working around the pool and pool bar. We would definitely go back again.

Basen duży, zadbany i czysty... muzyka na żywo wieczorami ok, recepcja ładna.

Zajmowanie leżaków już od 6 rano, nie możliwością było zjeść normalnie śniadanie o 9tej i przyjść na leżak bo wszystko już było pozajmowane...leżaki nie które juz w kiepskim stanie, mało parasoli, na śniadaniach brak pieczywa było tylko tostowe...pokoje w miarę czyste choć zdecydowanie mogłoby być lepiej posprzątane ... zatrzymanie się na 2-3 dni owszem ale na więcej zdecydowanie nie...uważajcie na okoliczne sklepy - w niektórych są oszuści. Za bilard trzeba płacić co jest dziwne dla mnie...przekąski na allinclusive nie warte tych pieniędzy.

Hotel położony jest przy pięknej i szerokiej plaży. Zaraz przy plaży znajduje się basen z minibarem. Dla rodzin z dziećmi jest to dużym udogodnieniem, bo można korzystać z uroków plaży przy jednoczesnej zabawie w basenie. Na duży plus tego hotelu jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel.

W naszej łazience śmierdziało kanalizacją. Klimatyzacja na balkonie była bardzo głośna. Dość słaby internet. Monotonne śniadania.

Jedyny mankament to słaby Internet w pokojach, działał dobrze tylko w restauracji.

Location right at the beach was very nice. Pool area and pool bar was really nice as you cant swim in the ocean. Staff was lovely in the reception and in the restaurant/pool bar. Yoga classes were really nice in this quiet area surrounded by trees and river. You can use kajaks for free and go to see the river.

Lage, etwas ausserhalb aber sehr schön.

Wir haben im Rooftop-Zimmer (Blick nur nach hinten zur Lagune) gewohnt. Stinkende, rauchende Müllhalde mit Plastikmüll im Zimmerausblick, mehrfach beschwert, nur sehr zögerliche Reaktion. Keine Notausgänge. Wenig Möblierung. Dusche tropft nur spärlich. Kein Warmwasser. Terrasse im Rohbau. Keine Terrassenmöbel. Sehr viele Kinder im Pool, eher Badeanstaltsfeeling. Regeln werden nicht durchgesetzt. Küche im Restaurant mässig. Personal z.T. sehr bemüht.

Posizione incredibile, su una spiaggia selvaggia e affatto turistica, personale super cordiale, camere spaziose e pulitissime, infinity pool deliziosa, colazioni ottime, centro yoga molto carino, affacciato alla laguna

Le palme sulla spiaggia, sotto alle quali sono posizionate le sdraio della struttura, devono essere controllate meglio. Un ramo secco di una palma mi è caduto addosso. Per fortuna niente di grave ed il personale è stato molto presente ed accidente nel procurare ghiaccio e una benda. Ma incidenti simili si possono evitare con una maggior cura e controllo delle piante.

Amazing location next to wonderful garden and beach. Very comfortable bed and nice view from the room. Very helpful and kind staff.

Bar and restaurant prices quite high. There should be a discount for hotel guests - not the same prices as for people who just come to eat.

Wunderschöne Lage, wie aus dem Prospekt! Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Das Hotel gehört zu den benachbarten Ganesh Garden Cabanas, durch deren wundervollen Garten man zum Restaurant geht. Der Pool ist toll, das Personal so freundlich! Volle Empfehlung! Danke an das Team!

Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna, przepiękny odcinek plaży choć bez kąpieli jak zresztą w większości miejsc w Tangalle. Plaża czysta, fajny basen, ogród pięknie utrzymany, fajna infrastruktura tzn leżaki i hamaki pod palmami - rajska atmosfera . Personel bardzo miły i nastawiony Klienta - dziękujemy 👌. Manager zaprosił nas na kolację z racji długiego pobytu - dziękujemy 🙏 towarzystwo międzynarodowe , sporo Polaków , Francuzów, Niemców . Hotel stanowi w rzeczywistości jeden obiekt z Ganesh Garden który jest w pięknym ogrodzie .

-Dość głośno pracująca klimatyzacja na balkonach , ale personel stara się serwisować jeśli się zgłosi problem - super potencjał restauracji i baru ale trochę niewykorzystany np. W stosunku do sąsiadującej restauracji Big Crocodile

Хороший завтрак (но однообразный). Классный бассейн с баром. Уютный просторный номер чистым постельным бельем и всем необходимым, горячая вода. Фантастический вид на море с просторного балкона. Бесплатный бильярд в кафе у бассейна. Территория объединена с соседним отелем и она очень интересно сделана и ухожена. За территорией огромный пустынный пляж для прогулок и общения с природой. За гостиницей лагуна с живностью по которой можно покататься на каяках. Бесплатная парковка.

Шумный внешний блок кондиционера. Недостаток крючков для полотенец в ванной. Много насекомых в общественных пространствах гостиницы.

L'hôtel est super ! Le personnel très gentil, à notre écoute. Ils nous accueillis avec un cocktail frais au bord de la plage c'était très appréciable. Les chambres étaient propres. La vue sur mer 🥰. Mes enfants ont adorés la piscine. Il y a une petite salle attenant avec billard, jeux en bois en accès libre. Le petit déjeuner est servit sous forme de buffet dans le restaurant qui donne au niveau de la plage. Les extérieurs de l'hôtel sont très bien entretenu tous les jours les jardiniers travaillent pour que les feuilles des arbres ne gênent pas. On a adoré cet hôtel en famille ! Merci beaucoup.

Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais faut le savoir la mer est dangereuse, il y a des oursins et beaucoup de vagues (mais c'est souvent ça dans le sud du Sri Lanka). Mais c'est très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner face à la mer et se balader au bord de l'eau. Un peu loin du centre ville par contre mais vous trouvez facilement des tuktuk.

Upplevdes inte helt välstädat vid ankomst. Med tanke på att det är beläget precis vid stranden är det svårt, för att inte säga omöjligt, att inte dra med sig sand in på rummet hur mycket man än anstränger sig. Rummet städades inte under vår vistelse så det blev väldigt sandigt.

Letztes Hotel in der Strasse, wunderschön in der Natur gelegen. Gemütlicher Spaziergang ca. 20 Minuten bis zu den Restaurants. Ganesh Garden Bungalow gehört zum gleichen Hotel und daher ist die Anlage weitläufig. Saubere, grosszügige Zimmer. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Wunderschöner Sandstrand, aber eher unruhiges Meer mit grösseren Felsen drin. Bei den Restaurants ist das Meer besser zum Baden geeignet. Lange Wartefrist im hoteleigenen Restaurant

Underbart läge precis vid stranden, bra med poolen eftersom det är starka strömmar i havet.

Zimmer waren nicht sauber, auf Nachfrage wurde nicht nochmals geputzt. Kein Zimmerservice… Das ganze Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt ranzig. Hätte aber sehr viel Potential! Grundsätzlich eine gute Unterkunft, aber für die Qualität zu teuer.

Mobile service is non existent and the wifi barely reached our room. Took me a while to get a connection but that too was really slow. Asked 2 staff members on 2 separate occasions to fix the wifi problem but was ignored and didn't even try to fix the issue

Super nettes Personal und wunderschöner Pool. Strand ist ein Traum. Menschenleer und so viele Schildkröten. Essen war auch sehr lecker im Hotel

Byłem z żoną i 8 letnią óreczką.Fajnie że ośrodek jest z dala od centrum-choć bardzo łatwo tam dojechać tuk tukiem lub na nogach. Super plaża, czyściutki basen z barem, kilka knajpek nad oceanem z.drinkami.Kierownik zorganizował nam fajną wycieczkę do Undawale gdzie widzieliśmy dużo słoni. Bardzo polecam

Marakolliya is right at the beach, totally private and extensive, with a lovely kept beach forest, a pool with pool bar, and rsstaurant and bar with a view over the beach. Our bedroom faced the beach, overlooking the pool. Another restaurant also had a pool table and bar area with Sports TV. On the beach were several hammocks and daybeds to enjoy, either to nap, read or watch the ocean. The staff were kind and thoughtful, and we enjoyed family games with them.

The stay was perfect. Just the bathrooms could gave more toiletries.

Fajny hotel z pięknym basenem. Pokoje przestronne, wygodne łóżka. Widoki na ocean bezcenne. Obsługa codziennie sprząta basen i otoczenie. W restauracji serwowane są śniadania, średnio urozmaicone ale bezpłatnie można zamówić naleśniki z nadzieniem. Korzystaliśmy z pobliskich restauracji, bo hotelowa niestety zbyt droga. W lobby znajduje się bilard, szachy. Wifi działa sprawnie w lobby, w pokoju niekoniecznie. Polecam.

Szkoda że, w pokoju nie ma żadnej szafy na ciuchy ani telewizora. Pokoje nie są sprzątane podczas pobytu a ręczniki nie zmieniane. O papier toaletowy trzeba się samemu upominać. Woda mineralna tylko na powitanie.

Heerlijke locatie. Onze favoriet. Zwembad grenst direct aan mooi, zeer rustig en uitgestrekt strand. Echt een plek om tot rust te komen. Foto's komen perfect overeen met de werkelijkheid. Ruime en schone familiekamer met balkon. Strandlakens, gezellige poolbar met happy hour en mooi aangelegde tuin tussen het hotel en het bijbehorende restaurant. Verse vis op de grill. Fijn personeel dat van alles voor je wil regelen.

Jammer dat zwemmen in zee te gevaarlijk is maar dat wisten we op voorhand.

Lokalizacja z dala od tłumów, masz wrażenie że masz całą plażę dla siebie. Basen z poolbar. Restauracja przy samej plaży, więc śniadanie czy inne posiłki jesz podziwiając ocean. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Darmowe kajaki na zwiedzanie laguny.

Wiadomo że na całej Sri Lance jest problem z bezpańskimi psami. Tutaj również na plaży sporo się ich kręci. Nasz syn został prze jednego zaatakowany co skończyło się wizytą w szpitalu (konieczność szczepienia przeciw wściekliźnie). Wiem że nie jest to wina hotelu czy obsługi, ale fajnie gdyby bardziej się przyłożono do tego aby psiaki się nie kręciły przynajmniej w bliskiej okolicy hotelowej.

Looked amazing! pool was great, room was comfortable, staff was really nice. And it was all right at the beach.

Beautiful resort close to the town center (tuk tuk ride 2 minutes). It is located at the beach and has large swimming pool, water is warm and clean. There is pool bar as well so you can enjoy the cold Lion beer ;) Stuff is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is situated in amazing area, beach is beautiful, you can have full relax here. Rooms are big enough and clean. Hotel’s staff is very nice and will help you with everything - hotel equipment, taxi, places worth to see, special thank you to Chalani, who made our stay even nicer, serving us delicious drinks, helping us out everyday with a smile:)

Beautiful resort located on an empty beach, Pool is big, breakfast was very tasty - local Sri Lankan dishes but also pancakes, eggs… very friendly staff and cosy surroundings.

Cleanliness of rooms could be improved a little for this price, but no worries it’s nothing tragic :)

Would have liked replacement water in our room everyday and coffee, tea. Food at Ganesh restaurant was ok. Would have liked more vegetables(spinach, Jack fruit etc) besides potatoes and carrots.

A lovely resort with nice rooms, restaurants,pool and beach

Pool and the location on the beach front. We had an issue in the room which was immediately sorted out. People were super friendly. It is a bit of a walk to the restaurants but we enjoyed that and being away from the crowds

The resort was tricky to find at first but so worth the effort! We had such a great stay that we decided to extend our stay there .. the staff were terrific and could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the resort and ocean. The breakfasts were a great start to the day!

A true gem with multiple facilities to use. Direct access to the beach made the entire experience truly complete. They also serve an excellent breakfast! Would 100% visit again.

Beautiful location on a stunning beach, not crowded. Short walk to the beach bars in Tangalle. We had a large room with large walk in shower, big comfortable bed and good air conditioning. We had a terrace overlooking the jungle, so saw lots of birds, squirrels etc. Mini fridge in room. Breakfast was good, and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The pool bar staff, Kavindu and Chalani were lovely, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Beach towels available.

The hairdryer lacked any power. (Take your own) Wi-Fi in room very slow, bit a bit better in the bar area. They put on a big new year's eve party which was great, but lots of plastic cups, straws etc left on the beach, even though they did 'clean up' after party.

Upon entering the hotel, we thought it was modern and newly built. But it was even more amazing than we had imagined. Our room, facing the lagoon, was perfectly clean and fully furnished with minimal touches. What made it even more attractive was watching the lagoon birds fly by. We spent about an hour in the free canoe. Afterwards, I can highly recommend the massages at the spa, which were the best I have ever had. There is a snooker table and bar downstairs, and a short distance between the hotel building and the ocean, there is a beautiful and large "infinity" swimming pool with a second bar, directly at water level. The staff are very kind and friendly but always respect their own privacy. We would definitely be happy to spend a few more days here if we return to Tangalle.
