The person at the reception also suggested us a very good restaurant, one of the best of our stay in Oman.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2024We took a two bedroom apartment which basically consists of a living room and two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. There’s no kitchenette. Location is good royjy at the first roundabout in Ras Al Hadd. It’s clean and seems to be relatively new. WiFi is OK, slow but reliable which is good because in the hotel’s area I was only getting 3G signal on my phone.
There is no restaurant so you have to go out for all meals.

Easy parking and access to Ras Al Jinz or Ras al Hadd beaches (the one near Turtle Beach Resort) a short drive away. Nearby beaches behind the hotel weren't recommended. Good value for money, simple hotel and no issues.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2023I liked the apartment with 2 room arrangements. They were big enough with attached bath. Free wifi. Which gives a lot of comfort.
A restaurant in the Hotel will add great value. A dining for 4 person can be added to the apartment with the advantage of big size room in the hall.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2023Staff was welcoming on arrival. They were helpful when we couldn’t get the hot water to work or when the power went out. The place is close to turtle beach. Restaurants for quick bite were 5 min drive away. We only stayed the night, so it was good for what we needed.
We weren’t used to turning on a switch for hot water. Also plugging in the water kettle and having the AC on blew a fuse.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2023Wonderful option for confort family stay after viewing the turtles in the reserve. It is only 15 min drive. Two bedroom apartment is great and beds, towels, all of excellent quality. Restaurants are close by for breakfast and dinner.
All was good, they could maybe offer breakfast to make the small hotel perfect.

room temperature was very high because the AC wasn’t left working before our arrival. Also the AC is just 1.5 ton which is not enough for a big room. in addition the toilet seat was broken. lastly there was no restaurant available at the property but there were few nearby.

Reviewed May 16, 2023This is fairly a new property hence everything was super clean and the best part is rooms are very spacious which was such pleasant surprise to us. Very comfortable beds and there is tea/coffee, iron board etc. Bathrooms are very specious too.
Nothing to complaint about as overall its great value of money. No restaurants, but this was clear at the time of booking and there are plenty of restaurants around this hotel within a few minutes of drive.
