Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Great location, excellent sea-view room, lucky to see green turtles on their way back to sea after nesting. Great beach, clean, nice break from hot and humid Dubai. Excellent staffs as well - from the reception to the restaurant.
Could consider adding more activities for the guests especially that the place is somewhat isolated - karaoke room, billiards table could be great addition

Reviewed May 31, 2026The beach and the sea are stunning! Beautiful turquoise water and a safe beach. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and polite.
It is an older resort and the dining area would look better without Christmas decorations in May 😀 Unfortunately loud guests in a large group shouting and calling to one another in the dining area and on the beach and from the pool was unpleasant for other visitors to this resort. Watch out for the exceptionally hot sand from 10 - 4.

Nel gruppo c'era una persona con disabilità. abbiamo chiesto di fare gita per vedere i delfini chiedendo se fosse accessibile. Ci è stato risposto di si, che c'era il molo ed era super facile andare a bordo. Siamo arrivati al molo, bisognava fare un grande passo per accedere alla barca che era di un pescatore. Impossibile per persona con disabilità considerate le onde, il dislivello, la mancanza di passerella. Per cercare di non imbarazzare la situazione ho provato ad aiutare ferendomi profondamente al piede con le conchiglie sulla banchina. Con il sangue che zampillava ho dimostrato come fosse imbarazzante ed impossibile proseguire con la gita. I ragazzi dello staff molto carini hanno portato un kit scadente per medicarmi. Pessima la reception che pretendeva che pagassimo la gita. Dopo aver spiegato la vicenza incresciosa non ce la hanno addebitata, ma tutto questo ha lasciato grande amaro in bocca, piede offeso per il resto della vacanza e mortificazione nel gruppo.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026The location and the little hut bedrooms are great. The showers are good. The beds are big and comfortable with really good bedding and pillows. The staff were helpful. The snorkelling around the rocks off the beach was excellent.
The huts can be ajoining with a door between, but the sound carries between them. If a curtain was over the door, that would block the sound. I don't like a buffet style dinner or breakfast, so unfortunately, I didn't really like that. There was a huge rain storm while we were there, very unusual for Oman, water cane into our room under the door.

Vegetarian food options limited During booking there is no option to choose sea view or lagoon view rooms - so dont know which room we will be getting till we get there - had written to the property and they said we do not have sea view rooms where as there are in fact sea view rooms 801-805 - dont know if they were already booked and so were not available or the property reserves them for specific guests

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026للأسف الإفطار اقل من المستوى. يتبين من بعض الاكلات انها غير طازجه كالفول والخبز (الشباتي) والأومليت غير مشهي. كذلك طاولات الطعام في الجلسات الخارجيه غير نظيفه ولما طلبنا من الموظف تنظيفها للجلوس عليها رفض وقال ليس لدي وقت على الرغم من ان المكان مناسب جدا للجلوس في ذلك الوقت
قمت بحجز ثلاث غرف وقبل خروجنا من الفرق في اليوم التالي طلبت تمديد الاقامه لمدة نصف ساعه حتى اتمكن من الصلاة قبل الرحله الطويله إلى مسقط ووعدوني بإعطائي غرفتين وقبل الساعه ١٢ بدقائق اتصلت موظفة الاستقبال لتخبرني اننا سنحصل على تمديد اقامه لمدة نصف ساعه في غرفة واحده فقط بحجة الزحام على الحجز على الرغم من النا لم نلاحظ ذلك العدد الكبير من الرواد في المنتجع خلال فترة إقامتنا.

Prezzo decisamente troppo alto per questa struttura estremamente datata. I bungalow erano abbastanza puliti, ma in serata abbiamo avuto la visita delle formiche. Mobilio vecchio, porte che chiudevano male, bagno con doccia solo in parte funzionante, wc intasato. Unica nota positiva, oltre alla posizione, cena e colazione. Buona scelta e piatti preparati con cura.

- Charged unnessary extra at property while check in time and we didnt have option to change or cancelled due to time limitation and with family at remote location. - Manger/supervisor is not available for discussion. - Although paid for a king size bed, room was provided with single beds only. Upon raising concern to the staff, they couldn't resolve it at the time. Although room was charged fully on double bed provision, when we asked for revised price for room with single bed, the staff told they cant do that. Worsley to escalate the issue, no higher authority or manager was available at the premise which was weird and disappointing. - Another room we booked, we were charged additional amount for extra bed which was not requested and again there were no one from manangement making decision to sort out the issue. - on the check out no staff available to suppport luggage trabsfer even after requesting in advance.

Abbiamo fatto una lunga passeggiata su quella stupenda spiaggia rosa,bellissima... L'escursione alla spiaggia delle tartarughe un esperienza unica. Staff super cordiale e sempre disponibile. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato soltanto 2 notti... Consigliatissimo...

Le stanze sonio dei bungalow stile campeggio , piccole, mobilio datato , senza neanche il telefono per comunicare con la reception. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo: prezzi da 5 stelle con servizi e accomodation da 3 stelle.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025Het eten was goed. Het strand perfect en ze proberen het allemaal goed te onderhouden. Wij waren buiten het seizoen dus niet met de schildpadden tour meegegaan. En toch kwam ik er in de ochtend 1 op het strand tegen. Een 2km van het resort.
De kamers zijn aan een upgrade toe. En de plek is best afgelegen.

Comoda la spiaggetta privata con lettini a disposizione e due passi dalla pink beach. Camere ampie e con patio privato e vista mare. Cibo buono. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Struttura un pochino datata che meriterebbe degli aggiornamenti. Le camere sono grandi ma un po' inquietanti per arredamento e luci scelte, magari mettendo due luci sui comodini si possono evitare i neon al soffitto e avrebbe un altro aspetto. L'acqua della piscina un po' fredda. Ristorante con a disposizione poche proposte omanite sia per colazione che per cena. Visto il nome " turtle resort" mi aspettavo che venissero organizzate visite alle tartarughe anche da questo resort senza dover arrivare a ras al jinz.
