The TV was not working properly. They changed the TV set but still the changed one was also not working properly Pool timings are after 9.00 am which should be early morning to avoid sun exposure since it is an open pool. Rest all was good.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025I had an excellent stay at Sea Sapphire! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a complimentary room upgrade. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality linens. I especially appreciated the small touches—plenty of charging ports, a stocked minibar, and a handwritten welcome note. The view from the window was beautiful, especially at sunrise. The hotel amenities were top-notch. I enjoyed a few hours at the pool and spa—both were clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. Breakfast was another highlight: a great variety of fresh options, from local specialties to classic international dishes, and the coffee was strong and delicious. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated. It’s within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Sea Sapphire for both business and leisure travelers. It’s clear that the staff take pride in their service, and it really shows. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Let me know if you want to tailor it to a specific hotel, location, or travel experience!
