Reviewed Feb 22, 2026What I liked about the property was that it didn’t feel like a typical hotel at all it had a charming bungalow style vibe where everyone felt like part of a family. Also thanks to Sonali, despite being extremely busy, she made sure to give warm and genuine attention to every guest, which truly stood out. The property itself is nice, comfortable, and made the stay very pleasant. Wishing her all the best with her work!

Reviewed May 17, 2025I recently stayed at Hotel Dimaru Boutique and had a really good experience. I was allowed an early check-in, which was very convenient and much appreciated. The overall stay was comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant served tasty food, and the pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. A great stay overall — I’d definitely recommend this hotel!
I just want the room near pool side but unfortunately it was not available last moment. But they have given the good room as per my booking so i was satisfied.

The staff was lethargic and there wasn't a Smile on a single face. The owner/ manager was rude and unfriendly when we informed her that we would not stay with them for more than a day and would like a refund of the amount as we did not like the place at all. It was refused and we had to forego the amount. The AC was dripping in the room on the office table and though the room size was big it was very odd and had missing furniture ( sofa)....it was unclean. We ordered food butter chicken, dal, rice and roti as it would be the safest but turned out to be boiled chicken thrown into some gravy. The dal was good.

Staff were chaotic at communicating and insisted on bank transfers and cash for payment. It’s just average masquerading as premium. Perfectly serviceable as a place to stay.

The housekeeping team was also very helpful and provided every service promptly. The in-house restaurant serves delicious and tempting food we ordered several dishes, and each one was incredibly tasty. Moreover, the rooftop swimming pool was very clean and beautifully designed. In a nutshell, my experience was amazing, and I will definitely book a room at this hotel again.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2025The location is bad it is in a dirty place. The guys there demanded full payment on checking in for all 4 days. At 2000 hrs they switched off elevator to save power claiming it is the hotel policy. Food is expensive and their kitchen opens at 0900 hrs. Power goes off more than 30 times a day. They pushed out at 1030 hrs on 28th stating tt it is their rule. Did not issue a bill at all. Guys said tt they would whatsapp the bill. Even after more than a week I have not recd the bill it looks tt their operation is shady. Better to remove them from listing
