Everything The place is like a hide out. The breakfast was a joke very disappointing, we had to go to the mall to have breakfast 🙃 .

Noise level unbearable 😫, no respect among guests. The breakfast area is not cleaned, all the tables are dirty, I had to ask staff to clean. Breakfast food is not covered, and flies are dining. My rate is 1\10.

No carpets on the floor and it can be slippery. Do proper maintenance, one chair was broken and the toilet roll holder was loose.

All the roads leading to the property are bad. We stayed for a few days & they don’t really clean thoroughly. It’s like they just run the mop once on the floors. The toilet also didn’t work flush properly.

The reception lady is such a sweetheart ❤️.

We stayed in the cabin. It was spacious with plenty beds for 5 people. The kitchen is nice. The cutlery is nice. They have wi-fi and gave us the code.

1.There were three mice in the cabin that deftly eluded capture. 2. On arrival, the glass by the water cooler that I wanted to use was dirty. 3. They have nice dinner plates but they don't fit in the small microwave. 4. There were no teaspoons. 5. The couches are outdated, mismatched and uncomfortable. 6. The insulation is poor. We didnt sleep well because we froze the whole night and the blankets provided were thin. 7. There is no access control to the cabin. 8. The front door was difficult to lock.

Everything was good and very welcoming...the beds were very comfortable and room was very warm with the likes of the aircon and extra blanket 😊 it was home.

They should consider putting in a small zinc for dishes and water and also fix the shower head because the water doesn't come out properly its too slow

The stuff was sweet and kind enough to give us a better room after we asked to be changed to another room because the aircon wasn't working.

The breakfast was great and delicious even though I did not have breakfast. I strongly believe that if I had eaten the breakfast I would have rated it 5 stars given how the staff was speaking highly of the food.

1. Please kindly consider placing mats on either sides of the bed sides as well as bathroom especially in winter 2. Room 24 has a plumbing friction sound coming from the toilet which is not pleasant. Had to turn off the toilet water at night in order to sleep as the sound is unbearable 3. The bed towards the foot side makes sounds when one sits on it. It's not a bad bed per say but maybe the legs needs to be balanced to eleminate the sound 4. A macrowave to warm food can also be a good addition

The place very close to mall of the north, incase u wanna get somethings for your stay, bar very affordable and food. Place very nice and quite Swimming pool clean

I loved the aesthetics of the place. It had a nice relaxing area just outside the rooms and a nice pool area with seating and braai area. The receptionist was lovely and the staff in general.

They did not have enough coffee and tea things to refill our rooms on arrival and for the rest of our stay

It was my first ever booking around Polokwane, the property is big and clean and the staff members were exceptional and welcoming a part of me didn’t wanna leave🤣

The grounds are very nice with a natural feel to them. The staff was extra nice and they had a very full well stocked bar. They also served food which manager didn't have to drive out to go and get something to eat after a long day of work

The handle on the bathroom door was broken. They couldn't refill my complimentary soaps on the because they were out of stock. The wifi works better outside and not so well in the rooms

I like the natural feel of the place. The location on the navigator takes you around a long route. But there is a shorter route that the receptionist showed us which makes the trip there very quick. The grounds are spacious.

There could be a bigger television in the rooms. Their towels are a bit old and worn out but at least they are clean. They mowed the lawn very early in the morning which caused a disturbance to my sleep.

The fact that I had to fetch my own iron and ironing board from reception to my room and take it back again.

They need to change the bed. It makes noise when you sit on it and when you turn as well. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. They give you 1 towel for 2 guests.
