The staff are very approachable and helpful. The owner is kind and friendly to guests.

Located on a quiet side street in Zamboanga, the hotel is quiet and comfortable with a large bathroom. There is a large new mall is within walking distance. The tourist area of Paseo del Mar is about a 40 minute walk. There are snacks and drinks for sale and you can make yourself coffee and tea for free. Early check-in and late check-out are available. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The room did not have a place to hang clothes, and there was no free water. The room needs to be updated.

Pobyt w IsteraHa Haven & Suites był naprawdę bardzo udany. Obiekt jest zadbany, czysty i komfortowy, a pokoje są przestronne oraz dobrze wyposażone. Obsługa zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – zawsze pomocna, uprzejma i uśmiechnięta, dzięki czemu można poczuć się naprawdę mile widzianym. Lokalizacja również jest dużym plusem – spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie dobry dostęp do najważniejszych miejsc w Zamboanga. Całość sprawiła, że pobyt był bardzo relaksujący i bezproblemowy. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej okazji!

Location is fine though bit interior the rims are not fitted even with basic things !! Sad to see there is not even a cloth hanger , one cloth hanger I doubt is fitted on the wall around 7 feet above from floor !! Nit even a table , but a single chair , big ever basic toiletries provided !!!

There is always no staff at the reception counter, and you have to ring them to come to your aid with your needs. The bed linen is not clean at all, and Isteraha should check their water supply in the bathroom; there is a foul smell in their water supply.

The room we booked had a bad smell when the bathroom door was open. The door could not be closed because there was no door striker mechanism in the doorlock. We rewuested a change of room. The room we were given was much smaller but ok for one night. A change of room was organised to a new larger room. The new room was fine. I went to pay for our room stay onky to find that the hotel mngt had added an extra charge to the bill for commission. I refused to pay it. We then had a big argument involving the reception staff and the female proprietor who on the phone. I pointed out ti them that the charge should be less as we stayed in a much smaller room for the night. I soon got fed uo with this and cancelled the rental. I agreed on the price for two nights but pointed out it should be slightly less and I was not going to pay commission. The proprietor refused. So I just plonked the money owed as per Booking.com's on the counter and gathered our things and went ti walk out. A receptionist stopped us on the way out and gave us 70 pesos back for the difference in price between the large room and the small room. This hotel doesn't take credit card payments. These establishments should be removed from Booking.com's hotel proprietor's establishments list. These things happen, luckily not too often.

The place and the people/staff are very accommodating and very kind. The neighborhood is quite, the place looks clean and you don't have to be worried of anything because you'll feel safe here. I'll still choose this place to stay the next time.

Exert additional effort in cleaning. There are molds in the CR and there is a reeking smell of mothballs/pesticides.

The worst was the old air-conditioning, cooling well,but it makes terrible noise. Singleroom is very small, feeling a bit depressing. For Zamboanga, I have to say, budget accommodations are difficult.

It was a quaint bnb in between houses. It's good for it's price.

The bathroom is still a bit dusty, like some renovating work has just been finished and wasn't cleaned thoroughly afterwards. It was a bit difficult as well that there were only 2 sockets and my charger for the laptop couldn't fit well. However, the staff provided an extension cord so it was all good.

The room is a lot of dust and not comfortable to stay the staff is not good at it is no one will assist you or help you with anyrhing..

Quiet, because it is at the end of long alley. Clean, beautiful with koi pound, tiles terrasse and potted flowers. Tables and chairs to read or browse with a very good internet connection. Smiling and helpful staff.

No hot water in the bathroom but surprisingly the water is never very cold.

Don't expect much from the room. But it's comfy, especially after they moved me to a room with a window as I really like having a view. The best thing about that place was the people. Everyone was so friendly and nice. I'd definitely go back just for that! Also, the Wi-Fi connection was consistently dependable, enabling me to establish a seamless connection to my corporate VPN, which necessitates a high-speed internet connection. The place is a bit far from the city center, especially with the bad traffic there. That's something to keep in mind. I like taking a jeep to and from the property.

There is no need to be overly concerned about minor matters. This is a nice place!

The place was safe, quiet, and accessible to public transportation. The basic facilities were adequate for short business trips. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water for shower. The linen/towel were a bit old (not totally worn out) and may need to be replaced soon. The room was a bit musty.

I had a wonderful stay at Isteraha Haven Inn. The staff were incredibly nice and made me feel right at home. The inn was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and homey experience. Definitely worth the price. I highly recommend it!

While they don’t provide breakfast, the location is excellent for food deliveries.
