Liked 24*7 room service, easy to communicate, soft bed and clean washroom. Food was good. Respectful staff.

Few cockroaches I noticed in my room. Shower pressure was insanely low, just barely usable. Many amenities like kettle was not provided. bucket in bathroom was dirty. I didn't bother asking for it from reception as it should be kept in the room beforehand, and asking for each thing by calling again and again is inconvenient.

Superb location for transit customer who seeks hotel close to the airport area. It just 10 minutes drive from the igi airport Delhi by taking ola or uber taxi. There are many more options of transportation from the hotel to the airport too. Service was excellent.

The room was okey and clean .

I had a disappointing experience with this service. The receptionist was not very welcoming ,which made the whole visit uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the location doesn’t feel safe or convenient, especially if you’re visiting alone or outside of busy hours. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on both the customer service and the environment.

Breakfast was good. We enjoyed at our buffet breakfast. Airport pick up we got which was timely managed by the staff.

Fantastic stay at mayda inn hotel which is conveniently located in airport area. Food options also are there serves round the clock. We were in group tour of 9 people and must say all were quite happy with their services. Thanks to be there for couple of days. Namaste

The location is apt for peaceful stay, a bit inside the lane for newcomers. The taxi driver we booked at pre payment in the airport was a fussy bad old man, who wanted ro drop us in the middle as he did not find the hotel . Anyways after enquiries and after I put the hotel location in this bad man's Google map, he made it to the hotel. 2. The staff are really good. Shiva from Nepal is exceptionally helpful, Sumeet is professional and good, Surya is good too. 3. The airport pickup of the hotel is a way too expensive so we had opted for the prepaid taxi, half the price. The hotelbiscjustcabout 3 kms from the I G airport. . As the hotel location is inside the lanes, use the landmark like Hotel ERA or KCT pvt ltd to locate hotel Mayday Inn. 4. This is a budget hotel, so facilities are basic. 5. As I am a pure vegetarian, I wish the hotel caters to vegetarians seperately. But thanks to Shiva, he cooked us without mingling when we had no option to go outside at night.

I had booked a whole day car 🚗 for city tour from the hotel. A hotel staff telephoned me at 11: 30 night to ask the money and messed my deep sleep. I WISH TRULY that these people be given training for customer service and learn the profiles of people who come to stay at hotel. With a bit of professional training, they could do much better. Anyway the experience was good at the hotel, the staff are really helpful and I will visit this hotel again.

However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and when we asked the reception for a solution, they were unable to help. we cannot sleep properly.

Nothing I liked it was a completely disaster experience and was cheated by the hotel and the staff throughout the stay, To everyone reading this please avoid any of the hotel services. The AC was not working the TV remotes were all broken... They will try to cheat you financially... So be aware and careful..

There nothing to like about it in this hotel

They shall arrange more blankets for customers, property shall be cacroach free, tv but not working. They shall improve kitchen facility as when asked for tea boy came up with cups only. Overall acceptable but they need to improve

Everything - there were bugs in the room; the mattress was old and gross; the pillows were gross; breakfast was sub-par; door didn't lock and needed help from the staff to reset; they tried to charge us for bfast even though it was part of our booking; etc. Overall, bad experience and would not recommend.
