Reviewed Aug 30, 2026La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite. La chambre est mignonne, fonctionnelle et bien pensée. Le check-in et le check-out sans contact sont également très pratiques et efficaces.
La douche s’écoulait très lentement, ce qui a rapidement entraîné une accumulation d’eau dans la salle de bain. Il a également fait très chaud dans la chambre et, en l’absence de climatisation, la température était assez difficile à supporter. Enfin, la communication concernant le parking pourrait vraiment être améliorée. À notre arrivée à Hallstatt, nous avons souhaité nous garer au parking 1, comme indiqué dans les messages de l’hôtel. Cependant, l’accès nous a été refusé et nous avons dû nous garer à environ 1,5 km de là. Après avoir fait le trajet à pied avec nos sacs, nous sommes finalement revenus jusqu’au parking 1, où l’on nous a expliqué qu’il fallait simplement signaler notre arrivée… Heureusement, le personnel a été adorable et a fait son maximum pour nous aider : ils nous ont reconduits jusqu’à notre voiture et nous ont finalement trouvé une place dans l’édit parking. Nous avons cependant perdu près d’une heure dans cette situation, avec nos bagages, ce qui était assez inconfortable et stressant. Une communication plus claire concernant le parking nous aurait permis d’éviter cette perte de temps et surtout le stress, d’autant plus que nous avions une limite à 18h pour effectuer le check-in, après quoi l’hôtel indiquait que la réservation pouvait être annulée. Heureusement, tout s’est bien terminé grâce à la gentillesse et à la disponibilité du personnel, mais ce n’était pas la meilleure façon de commencer le séjour.

A szoba koszos, lelakott, sem klíma, sem minibár, sem hűtő , sem széf nincs a szobában. A fürdőszoba külön de törött a burkolat felvált és alkalmatlan. A falak koszosak, a kanapé foltos. Az ágy olyan puha hogy nem lehet rajta kényelmesen aludni. Személyzet nincs, így a panasszal nincs kihez fordulni a helyszínen. Később e-mailben jeleztem a panaszaim, például azt hogy valaki járt a szobánkban a tudtunk nélkül de nem is válaszoltak. Nagyon nem érte meg ezt a pénzt ez a szállás.

With the lack of reception, the fact that the restaurant was closed and there was no breakfast service made the hotel feel more like a hostel. It was near impossible to find suitable alternative places to eat because everywhere was either booked up or closed.

Évidemment l'absence de personnel peut être gênante si l'on a des questions, même si en ce qui nous concerne nous n'en aurions pas eu besoin.

Sie war zwar freundlich, aber als ich mein Ladegerät im Hotel vergessen hatte, konnte ich weder jemanden telefonisch erreichen noch jemanden vor Ort finden. Wenn also etwas passiert, kann man das Personal einfach nicht finden.

Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss und hatte keine Klimaanlage. Es gab kein Frühstück und vor 09:00 gibt es im Ganzen Ort kein Lokal, in dem man hinsetzen kann und ein Frühstück genießen.

The restaurant hours were not very good but it seems to be the theme in town. Most restaurants seem to close at 6pm.

Repetitive check in messages but non responsive to any questions.. Had a feeling it was managed by a bot. Cleaning in rooms poor, no soap, 90%of tv channels do not work. The one which did, was not in English. No kettle to make your own coffee if needed. Most places close early at Hallstatt. It says breakfast in booking.Com. There is no breakfast option I saw at least. This was probably the 2nd worst hotel I have stayed, considering the price. Picture posted is a 'made up' bed.

Внизу на площі попереду готелю джерело чистої води гірського походження. Ну і всі прикраси селища Гольштадт. Номер чистий, охайний. Ремонт виконано недавно. Дуже теплий герметичний номер. Вікна сучасні, але не пластикові, а дерев'яні. Сподіваюсь і взимку тут буде затишно і тепло. На першому поверсі ресторан, що критично для Гольштадту. Їх тут зовсім мало.

in diesem Hotel gibt eine Rezeption wo nur sporadisch besetzt ist. Lieder sind wir am ersten Abend nicht mehr ins Hotel gekommen, da der Türöffner wohl durch einen Stromausfall defekt war, beim Klingeln meldet sich wohl jemand , leider ging die Türe nicht auf! Zum Glück kamen Gäste aus dem Resteraunt , wo wir dann ins Hotel gekommen sind - Kommunikation ist noch ausbaufähig. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt konnten wir auch keinen Parkplatz Shuttle bestellen - ist wohl bekannt laut Shuttle.
