Speechless after witnessing the northern lights. If you are looking for peace and tranquility this is the place. Very friendly & accommodating staff . You would just blend into Mother Nature. Amazing facilities including the sauna.

- Sehr schöne Hütte im East Village mit Schaukelstuhl und in der Küche mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet - Sehr ruhig - Heizung, die individuell eingestellt werden kann - Sauna in der Hütte - Sehr gutes Internet, Geschwindigkeit und Empfang super - Sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiterinnen - Super gelegen wenn man z.B. auf den Kiilopää wandern will - Es war sehr schön hier und ich würde wiederkommen, allerdings sollte es einfach eine Option ohne Frühstück zu einem günstigeren Preis geben

- Ich hatte ein Hütte im West Village gebucht, bekommen habe ich eine im East Village, ohne dass mir das vorher mitgeteilt worden wäre (Ich war glücklich mit der Hütte, aber es war eben nicht das was ich gebucht habe) - Ein paar Tage vor Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück als Box in der Hütte zugestellt wird und aus einem Sandwich, Apfel, Schokoriegel und Saft bestehen sollte. Den Schokoriegel habe ich nur an 2 von 5 Tagen bekommen und generell wäre die Zustellung wohl vergessen worden hätte ich nicht nachgefragt. - Es mangelt an Steckdosen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt bei den Nachttischen wären welche, aber da hatte ich dann die Wahl zwischen Router oder Nachtlicht ausstecken...

De matrasjes waren zeer slecht. Het ontbijt zeer matig. Het diner veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Kostprijs nog minder dan 10 euro pp maar te betalen 52 euro pp. Geen keuze menu mogelijk.

A pesar de llegar fuera del horario de recepción (de 9am -17pm), el personal del hotel nos dejó todas las indicaciones preparadas para nuestra llegada. Fue muy fácil llegar a la cabaña y nos encantó la experiencia. Tuvimos la suerte de que nos asignaron una cabaña superior sin ningún coste adicional. Disponiamos de sauna privada en nuestro baño y estaba muy bien equipado. Destacar la tranquilidad de la zona. Muy recomendable!

Das einzige Negative sind die Mücken.

Der burde stå på siden at restauranten er lukket om sommeren, og at morgenmaden bliver leveret til hytten. Jeg er diabetiker og jeg reservere kun steder med restaurant for at være helt sikker på at jeg kan få mad, og selvom vi fik besked dagen før om at restauranten ville være lukket, så er det meget begrænset hvad vi har plads til af mad, når vi kører mc. Jeg havde bestilt et andet sted hvis jeg havde vidst det. Tænker at det er super hyggeligt om vinteren når alt er åben, men jeg ville gerne have vidst det.

Fantastische Blockhütte mitten im Wald. Totales Hüttenfeeling. Trotzdem aller Komfort vorhanden. Sogar Cheminee und eigene Sauna.

Auf Booking war vermerkt: Restaurant vorhanden und Frühstück inbegriffen. Restaurant war geschlossen, Frühstück wurde in einer Box bei Eintreffen abgegeben. Immerhin: da ich mit dem Bike unterwegs war, hungrig und nass, gab es eine Gratis-Frühstückbox als Nachtessen …

I deduct just 1 point for two things 1) I think if they can put some more details identification on the road to guide the guests how to reach their room would be great . For example room no 13 to 34 this side or planetorium right or west igloo left by putting arrow etc . We almost lost to find our accommodation. 2) A dressing mirror would be appreciable in the rooms 😃

What is not to like about a beautiful igloo with amazing views and an inroom sauna. We LOVED our stay.

the night horse aurora hunt was disappointing for the price. We didn't expect to see the aurora and that was okay, but it was a bit difficult to open the bottle of bubbles and drink while the sleigh was moving. It would have been much better to have a designated stop to enjoy the drink and bikkies provided. It did affirm our thoughts that we preferred activities in daylight when you can see the beautiful scenery . The snow mobiles were amazing and we loved every second of that experience.

Cena da migliorare, menu da bambini con cose non da bambini, tutto fritto. Cena degli adulti da rivedere per quello che si paga. Colazione buona e varia

Il posto è magico! Abbiamo dormito in un Kelo Glass Igloo, eravamo in 3 ed è molto comodo. La colazione era buona e il personale molto gentile. Ma secondo me la cosa più bella è proprio il posto, ti da un senso di tranquillità e pace! Abbiamo anche organizzato delle escursioni con la struttura (Husky, Motoslitte e Aurora) e le consiglio.

Avevamo la cena compresa, terribile! Non si può includere una cena del genere in un posto così. Meglio non averla.

Das Essen in Halb Pension war schlecht und in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Leider hat dies das Erlebnis getrübt. Am 4. Abend wieder selbe Karte wie am 1. Abend...

Please note that the following reflects the personal experience and feelings of my husband and myself. We spent one night at Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort - Igloos and Chalets for 1,267 Euros, and I am honestly relieved it was only for one night. The space was extremely cramped, and since there is no partition between the toilet and the bedroom, odors drift throughout the entire igloo. Furthermore, the ceilings are incredibly low; the passageway is so low that I kept hitting my head, which resulted in a bloody nose and bruises. The bedding and curtains felt very cheap with a terrible color scheme; there was absolutely no visual enjoyment. Although it’s a double room, it is only suitable for one person. Additionally, you can clearly see into other rooms from inside, and the door was so difficult to lock that we felt very insecure. To us, the overall visual of the igloo area resembled a cemetery in Eastern culture. Combined with the white and gold decor, it felt like being a corpse. This was the worst night of our Finland trip and completely destroyed my dream of glass igloos. However, I must praise the staff and shuttle drivers—their enthusiasm was the only thing that kept us going.

Spacious, excellent activity options, restaurant food was really good. Very beautiful location.

Some of the staff a bit dismissive. Activities & pick ups didn’t run to time which made planning a bit difficult. Very icy in places. We all fell over at least once. Would not recommend for older guests. Lights on properly a bit bright which blocked aurora display but if you walk away from the acommodation it was a beautiful sight.

Our room was not cleaned for 2 days as this come with extra costs. Except for the food, everything come with additional costs. The bed were not very comfortable - very basic. Very disappointed of what the hotel had to offer considering the price we paid - wouldn't recommend

The schedule of breakfast and dinner does not mach with my yime zone they gave me food in bags but my cabin does not have microwave

We were able to watch the Northern Lights from inside the igloo it was an incredible experience. The igloo was beautiful. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The food was delicious. The resort is very large, offers many different activities, and is of very high quality. We were very satisfied with everything and would love to come back again.

The igloo was a bit small and a little cold. Next time, we will probably need to choose a bigger igloo.

Rooms and Location

No Teeth Brush or tooth paste in the room, every international 5 star hotels have this you should strongly consider this

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort und haben die besondere Atmosphäre sowie die einzigartige Umgebung sehr genossen. Insgesamt war es ein tolles und außergewöhnliches Erlebnis.

Es gab nur ein paar kleinere Punkte, die den Komfort noch verbessern könnten: Der Vorderanbau war etwas kühl, und ein WC direkt im Duschbereich wäre praktischer gewesen. Außerdem hätten wir uns ein Fenster zum Lüften gewünscht, da es abends teilweise recht warm wurde. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass die Übernachtungskosten recht hoch sind, weshalb man entsprechend hohe Erwartungen an den Komfort hat. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und wir würden das Resort weiterempfehlen. Ein besonderer Ort für ein einmaliges Erlebnis.

La cúpula és espectacular, es manté calenta i la netegen de tant en tant. És fàcil localitzar les aurores des de casa. Entorn fanulòs i es poden reservar activitats al mateix resort.

Śnidanie i lokalizacja były bardzo dobre

Standard pokoi jest zupełnie nieadekwatny do ceny. Wyposażenie bardziej przypomina tani motel niż hotel.

Me senti enganado! são vendidas as comodidades, restaurantes, saunas das duas vilas leste e oeste como sendo utilizáveis por todos os hospedes e não é bem assim... quiz um dia ir para o leste e fui desaconselhado pela equipe. quiz usar a grande sauna a vapor e fui informado que teria que pagar 2.000 euros!!!! achei absurdo! as atracoes que aparecem faz imaginar que estão incluidas no preço e de fato NÃO ESTÃO... ai ficamos um pouco decepcionados...

We loved our stay in the igloos. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights three times during our stay — including once from inside our igloo. The private sauna and shower were excellent, everything was very clean, and the views from the igloo were stunning both day and night. A truly once-in-a-lifetime experience in Lapland, Finland. Highly recommended and absolutely worth the money.

Tolle Chalets mit mit Igloos für die Polarlichter. Bei der extremen Kälte heizten wir den Kamin ständig sonst wirds doch etwas kühl im Haus.Die Nordlichter waren wunderschön. Eine Husky Schlittenfahrt war such ein tolles Erlebnis und das Personal sehr nett. Essen bei Halbpension sehr gut. Tolle Bar am Gelände mit Brauerei dabei.

Im Iglu war es uns zu kalt beim Schlafen, zum Glück hatten wir das Chalet wo wir das 3. Bett rübertransportierten vom Iglu. Für Holz muss man noch extra bezahlen. Keine Bademäntel im Haus. Bei Nachfrage erhielten wir dann welche aber wie es scheint ist es nicht standard. Essen wiederholt sich relativ bald. Am 3. Tag hatten wir die Karte von Tag 1.

Location is good, facilities well maintained we stayed in glass igloo at West Village which was good,staff was very helpful and attentive.

Charging extra for eggs to order on top of the resort fee of over a 1000 euros a night is a bit too much also vegetarian and vegan options need to be expanded.

The property is unique and well managed. Staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you are tall then mind your head in the igloo hehe. Food options for vegetarian are limited. For meat eaters, its heaven. Alarms will ring at night to inform you if aurora is visible

the log hut in east village was great, good distance from the next log hut - so you have your privacy. Food was good, and the staff was helpful. no complaints at all.

The location and amenities on park are amazing. Very convenient bus shuttle service to east village. Half board was included with ours which was helpful but food was a bit hit and miss. Drinks were really nice but an additional staff. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Good English was spoken. I really liked the sauna was in the room.

The bathroom light wasn't working. Would like to see USB and updated sockets or hire/buy phone chargers etc.

Really bad place

東村玻璃屋有全新裝潢的淋浴間和桑拿，很舒適，房間內有提供可可粉和即溶咖啡茶包，晚餐和早餐也不錯。櫃檯人員熱心接待。雖然沒看到極光，但一輩子值得住一次玻璃屋。入住期間有去西村看麋鹿（只能在柵欄外看），及上去觀景台。如果不參加活動，時間不需要預留太多。

桑拿開啟過後，玻璃屋頂的積雪難溶。入住時有接駁車載到房間，退房時行李要自己拉去櫃檯很累。電動床無法運作。

Het menu van de avond werd elke avond gewisseld, de porties waren oké, niet heel groot, het drinken was aan de prijs.

We zijn beschuldigd van roken in de kamer, dit was niet aan de orde. Wel hebben wij ons afval, een blikje met sigaretten peuken aan het einde van ons verblijf weggooit in de enige vuilnisbak die er was, in de kamer weggooit. Hierop heeft het hotel besloten ons deposito in te houden als reden dus dat wij in de kamer gerookt hebben.

La struttura è molto curata, pulita e a dir poco stupenda. La cordialità e la disponibilità del personale non è da poco. Dormire nell’igloo è stata sicuramente un’esperienza atomica e da fare almeno una volta nella vita! Il servizio transfer tra il ristorante e l’alloggio è certamente un aspetto positivo.

The location and the ambience

Firstly the clarity of direction wasnt there we got confused initially then were helped by some locals. Value for money seemed one of negatives

Die Lage ist einmalig, idyllisch in the "middle of nowhere" gelegen,.das Personal (sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Rezeption) war unglaublich hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, wir hatten zwei Touren (Icekarting und Husky Safari) über das Resort gebucht die beide ebenfalls toll waren. Abholung war pünktlich und beide Events am jeweiligen Ort jeweils sehr gut organisiert. Was ich auch extrem positiv hervorheben möchte , ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Ich habe da im Vorfeld sehr durchwachsene (eher negative) Bewertungen gelesen ....und muss sagen dass ich diese überhaupt nicht teilen kann. Es gab eine sehr große Auswahl , auch frisches Obst und Gemüse und vor allem viele lokale Spezialitäten was ich bzw wir als Familie immer besonders schätzen weil wir in einem anderen Land das wir besuchen, einheimisches Essen bevorzugen.

Unser Chalet war zwar in Summe ebenfalls sehr schön und rustikal (im positiven Sinne). Was allerdings sehr unlustig war, war der Umstand dass von 5 Personen nicht mal 3 halbwegs stressfrei mit Warmwasser duschen konnten. Das hat der.Boiler kapazitätsmässig leider gar nicht geschafft und gerade wenn man im Winter dort ist bei eisigen Außentemperaturen, wäre es besonders wichtig dass für die Menge an Personen im Chalet auch wirklich ausreichend Warmwasser verfügbar ist.

Big chalets, large resort. Offers many activities but need to book in advance

Not worth the price. Staff, restaurant, service and rooms not up to standard. Chalet are outdated, bed are hard. Everything is closed (ceremony chalet and ice bar closed, igloo tower has no running bar, Santa’s home and smoke sauna open only by request). East village is complete rubbish. Make sure to stay in the west village. We booked to have a nice new year’s eve but it was the most sad and boring we celebrated yet. Seems like the place is too big to be managed. Chaos everywhere, reception tries their best but for the price we expect more. Not at all what we expected and for the price you can find a lot better things

只訂了一天，多看一天都煩

完全不是我想訂的，我覺得你的網站圖片存在嚴重誤導，完全沒有圖頂的任何相關，我何必花這個價格去住個配套極差的木屋，里面木條有縫還用一些看起來是濕紙巾在塞縫，超惡心，早晚餐也是極簡的，又偏僻，離西村完全2個世界，在等酒店的項目時，前台人員還在說前面客戶的壞話，一直在批評其他客戶，真的超級差，全個房間連個電制都很稀缺，全都安排了房間設備，充電都極難，點壁爐都要限時間找房務，我花1/5價格的都能自己體驗的，sauna等温度跟洗澡間一齊等，不夠温度時淋浴間也是冰冷無比的，等了一個小時，園區里面導航完全是錯的，完全是說不完的差，然後想聯繫平台了解情況也是完全得不到任何支援，酒店和平台都極差

The location is away from the city lights

The staff were not welcoming, and there were no clear signs indicating the reception area. Upon arrival, no assistance was provided with luggage or guest welcoming. There is no room service, luggage transportation, or housekeeping service, and the minibar was empty. There are also no directional signs within the resort. In the two-bedroom cabin, the shower is open to the bathroom without a curtain, causing water to spread. In the igloo, the drain is located close to the bed, resulting in noise and unpleasant odors. At check-out, no help was offered with luggage, and the food quality was below average. At the planetarium, a staff member behaved in a discriminatory manner and only interacted with European guests. The only positive experience was with the gift shop employee, who was polite and welcoming.
