Morgenmaden var god, og værelset rigtig fint og rent.

Pool for kold, og det var alt for dyrt.. Pris og kvalitet passede ikke sammen.

Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment bien. Le cadre original, très différent des autres hôtels de Copenhague. Un sauna et un beau hammam et une belle salle de sport. Des espaces pour pouvoir converser ou jouer à des jeux de société. Merci à Morten qui nous a bien conseillé pour les chambres.

La salle du petit-déjeuner au fond peut être améliorée, car elle est moins agréable que les 2 premières zones.

Food was very good

The rooms felt a bit cramped and as usual with all Northern European hotels despite the amount of lighting in the room it is not bright enough

Friendly staff. Wellness and a tiny gym straight in the hotel

No fridge in the room. The room was not designed very well. There were many useless items everywhere, including the bed canopy. The shower door did not fit. The shower recycling mechanism was weird and impractical.

We liked the quirky style, design, attentionnto detail, sauna, restaurant quality and friendly staff.

Heerlijke sfeer met fijne uitstraling, vriendelijk personeel en fantastische faciliteiten. De gratis koffie en thee op iedere verdieping, de, op vol vertrouwen berustende, beschikbaarheid van andere dranken in de 'kiosk', maar vooral de binnentuin met verwarmd zwembad, sauna en Hammam, maken het verblijf tot een geweldige ervaring.

Ontbijt is te prijzig.

Comfortabele kamer met zicht op de binnenplaats en het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt, toffe badjassen. De koffiautomaat en snacks die je op elke verdieping in de gang vindt zijn een leuke extra, de koffie was er zelfs beter dan bij het ontbijt.

Het aantal bedden bij het zwembad is beperkt, waardoor er vaak weinig plaats was. We waren blij dat ons hondje ons kon vergezellen, maar wel tegen een aanzienlijke meerprijs (ca. €50 per nacht!)

Prefer tea & coffee making facilities & a fridge in my room but wasn’t the end of the world as each floor had a shared drinks area to make them.

Die Lage ist sehr gut mitten in einem Wohnquartier. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Freundliches Personal und die Ausstattung ist passend für ein Stadthotel.

Leider entspricht das Essen im Restaurant nicht dem guten Standard des Hotels. Mässige Qualität und sehr kleine Auswahl.

Lijep i ugodan hotel relativno blizu stanice metroa. U ponudi su ukljuceni bazen i sauna unutar hotela. Ugodan prostor za kavu na svakom katu, ljubazno osoblje.

Nema mogucnosti razdvajanja kreveta u dvokrevetnoj sobi, kad sobu uzimaju dvije osobe.

Hotel překvapí, pobaví, naštve a něco naučí. Výborná moderní zdravá snídaně s opravdu velkým výběrem kvalitních potravin. Příjemný dvůr k posezení, venkovní vyhřívaný bazén. Na pokoji zajímavá sprcha s recyklací vody, přes den se sama čistí. Velkorysé občerstvení na každém patře ve foyer.

Černě natřené chodby, jako když jdete do uhelného dolu s dřevěnou podlahou. Černý depresivní obraz na zdi- černý flek, umění je samozřejmě individuální záležitost. V noci hluk, zřejmě z výtahu a hudba. Trochu design na úkor pohodlí. Police tak vysoko, že bych potřebovala schůdky, nepraktické malé umyvadlo s nízkým kohoutkem bez pohybu. Neopracované ostré hrany bazénu, nebezpečné na odření. Nevyřešený odpočívací prostor po sauně, lehátka jsou obsazena hosty a jsou na slunci.

The hotel is amazing the staff were very friendly and helpful also the food was lovely too. The health spa and gym were great too. All in all waa a pleasant stay.

The pillows originally on the bed were quite flat and lumpy, but luckily there were options for other pillows so we could change them

Helt ok, men otroligt mycket folk och feldisponerat så köerna blev väldigt långa.

Trots stora skyltar om att man inte får hoppa och dyka i bassängen så var det flera barnfamiljer som lät barnen göra just det, hoppa och dyka hela tiden. Det var omöjligt för oss andra att få bada helt enkelt. Föräldrarna satt bara och kollade i sina mobiler och ingen ur personalen sa till om dykandet. Dåligt.

Oteli her anlamda çok beğendik.Odalar geniş ve çok konforluydu.Dekorasyon harikaydı.Kullanılan her malzeme çok kaliteliydi.Spa bölümü ve havuzu çok sevdik,çok huzurluydu.Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çok yardımcıydılar.Otel metroya 500m,otobüse de 150m yakınlıkta.Bir daha gelirsek kesinlikle yine burada konaklarız.Her şeyiyle çok keyifli bir deneyimdi.

Fantastic location

A very nice hotel, beautifully decorated and clean rooms, great breakfast.

There is a serious problem with the way reservations are handled. If you need to extend your stay or make any changes to an existing booking, you may receive conflicting information from the reception desk and rarely get a clear answer. The staff seem unable to properly manage or modify reservations in advance, and room availability often has to be checked day by day. Even when an arrangement appears to have been confirmed, there is no guarantee that it has actually been entered into the system. The whole process can be unnecessarily stressful and confusing. There seems to be a serious lack of coordination between the reception desk and the booking system, which is particularly problematic when dealing with something as basic as extending an existing stay. Last but not least, most bathrooms have small mirrors set quite far back, combined with poor lighting, which makes everyday tasks like shaving quite difficult. This is one area that could definitely be improved.

Frábær dvöl: Fallegt hótel, yndislegt starfsfólk, mjög góður matur.

Kom á hádegi á föstudegi, Setti spjald á hurð á laugardagsmorgni,til að fá þrif. Spjaldið hékk á hurðinni þar til kl 19 sneri þá spjaldi við, til að fá svefnfrið. Stuttu síðar var bankað á hurð til að bjóða þrif sem ég afþakkaði því ég þurfti svefn. Yndisleg starfsmanneskja sagðist koma morguninn eftir að þrífa. Aftur hékk spjaldið á hurðinni allan daginn. Loks einnipartinn var þrifið. Ég fór heim morguninn eftir.

Das Ambiente ist einladend für alle, die den industrial design Stil mögen.

Unser Zimmer war strassenseitig, was ziemlich unglücklich war. Es war sehr laut teilweise. Die Einrichtung hatte schöne Details, war aber alles in allem zu dunkel für unseren Geschmack.

Lots of wonderful amenities. Vibe was cool.

Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel Kopenhagens. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist in weniger als zehn Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel ist im Boho-Stil gehalten und ist schick anzuschauen. Das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück bietet allerlei Leckereien. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war fein. Der Pool ermöglicht eine schöne Auszeit. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein und es geht während des Frühstücks schon sehr trubelig zu. Da helfen auch keine Hinweisschilder im Aufzug, dass man entweder sehr früh oder sehr spät zum Frühstück aufbrechen sollte. Im doch recht teuren Preis für das Frühstück ist lediglich Filter-Kaffee inbegriffen. Die Leihfahrräder sind teuer, lieber in der Stadt ausleihen. Das Zimmer 120 kann trotz geräumiger Größe nicht empfohlen werden, da es direkt über der Eingangstür liegt, die nicht leise schließt. Zudem hört man die Anlieferung in den frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut.

Good location for exploring Copenhagen, pool and sauna are a great place to relax. Excellent breakfast. Room was a bit hot at night, I would ask for a room overlooking the courtyard if I stayed again.

The atmosphere in the hotel was absolutely great - not just the decor but some thing about the people and the general feeling of well being. The staff were all very nice. We looked for a relatively quiet location near the center, and it was indeed quiet. A bonus: The ceiling fans and the mattress by the window in the bedrooms. I also loved that I could make myself tea in the corridor just outside my room.

I would have preferred to have more shelves for clothes in the bedroom (and not just hangers). Note also that it takes about 8 minutes on foot to reach the nearest metro station. But all this didn't really matter to us.

La salle de sport est extraordinaire, le hammam, sauna et petite piscine sont très agréables. Je petit déjeuner très bon. La décoration et les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables.

La chambre est très petite et la salle de bain également. On manque d'intimité. La réception est tjs débordée il y a souvent la queue ( pas assez de personnel) Lors de mon séjour plusieurs effets personnels ont disparus j'ai dû porter plainte à la police. Cela a gâché mon séjour...
