Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The host was so kind and happy to help out with all our requests! Really lovely breakfast too and even though the hot tub took a while to heat up it was well worth it and such a relaxing experience. Highly recommened!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Nice hotel, conveniently located close to the main road and supermarket. We stayed here for 1 night with our 2 kids, and it was perfect for a short stopover. The hotel owner is very friendly and always available to help. A good place to stay for both small and large groups.
The only downside was the power cuts during load shedding. It would be great if the hotel could have a backup generator, as the power was out for a few hours. This was a little inconvenient & something we are not used to.

Kamer ziet er nieuw uit en is ruim ingedeeld met groot bed, goede verduisterende gordijnen, douche en keukentje, eigen terras met hottub. Er is ook een zwembad en een braairuimte. Wij komen graag een keer in de zomer terug om te volle van alle faciliteiten te genieten! Op aanraden van de host genoten van diner in Nostalgie (8 min. rijden)

L'absence de chauffage dans les chambres et l'absence de couverture chauffante. La clim dans le séjour ne permet pas de chauffer correctement les chambres. L'absence de prises dans le logement, et de ventilation dans la salle de bains. Le bruit de la route passante.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The owner's daughter is very sweet and amazing. She was extremely helpful and always checked to see of we need anything. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The vehicles, especially trucks passing by on the main road. Is a bit noisy. But to be honest I'm a very light sleeper.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Die Gastgeberin und Ihr Mann sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar schon eine Stunde früher einchecken. Sehr komfortable und moderne Apartments, es ist alles da, was man braucht und falls etwas fehlt, wird alles organisiert. Ein gesicherter Parkplatz befindet sich im Innenhof. Es gibt Grillplätze im Hof, die man nutzen kann. Die Gastgeberin hat uns am Ostersonntag sogar ein Straußenei zum Verzehr organisiert. Wirklich ein toller Service und super nett! Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Schöne, große, recht neu renovierte Zimmer. Supernette Gastgeber, man fühlt sich wohl. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nahezu unschlagbar. Die Lage ist nicht zentral, dafür direkt neben dem Karoozin Village, wo man in relaxter Atmosphäre gut essen kann.
Der Boden in den Zimmern hätte sauberer sein können.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Die überaus freundliche Gastgeberin reservierte für uns gleich bei der Anreise einen Besuch in der Straußenfarm und buchte uns ein Zeitfenster in den Cango Caves. Unser Luxusappartement war sehr schön, sicher und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Das Auto parkte in einem abgeschlossenen und überdachten Areal, gleich neben unserer Unterkunft. Das Frühstück unserer Wahl war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Featherbed können wir zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!!
Wir haben nichts auszusetzen.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Ein absolutes Highlight war das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück – sie hat sogar extra für unseren Sohn Waffeln gebacken, obwohl diese gar nicht auf der Karte standen! Eine so persönliche und aufmerksame Geste erlebt man selten. Zudem haben wir uns in der Anlage sehr sicher gefühlt, und die Wohnung selbst war sauber.
Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas veraltet und die Wohnung insgesamt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Für uns war das aufgrund der herzlichen Atmosphäre aber absolut okay.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, deshalb war es uns auch egal, dass Abends keiner mehr auf der Straße war.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026We loved our stay it was amazing here, beautiful chalet for our family, Didi was lovely and was so accommodating and helpful, she recommended a great restaurant nearby Nostalgie which was their best meal of the holiday! Kids loved the pool and garden for chilling out in between visiting nearby attractions. Great location, secure parking area and great facilities.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026Очень уютный домик с красивым интерьером. Две отдельные комнаты позволили семье хорошо отдохнуть, на кухне было все необходимое для приготовления пищи и даже больше! Просторная гостиная позволяла всей семье отлично провести время, выход во внутренний дворик и стол на зеленой травке дали возможность наслаждаться завтраками на свежем воздухе! Хозяйка была очень приветливая и всегда на связи. Так же порадовал бассейн и отдых на свежем воздухе, где все продумано для брая (вода, дрова, мангал), а также душ после бассейна.
В кухонной зоне полы показались немного грязными. В остальном было очень чисто

Reviewed Nov 27, 2025Een erg aardige host die altijd te bereiken is. Een mooi en net huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt. Daarnaast kon je er lekker buiten zitten en was er een gezamenlijk zwembad.
Het enige minpuntje was dat het stroom uitviel wanneer je de airco en het fornuis tegelijkertijd gebruikt. Maar de host schoot ons al snel te hulp en toen was het snel opgelost.

Das Wasser im Zimmer war nicht immer vorhanden, da musste man an einem Nachmittag zweimal 10 Minuten warten, bis es wieder ging.

Вкусный завтрак, везде чистота и порядок, на террасе даже есть чан с подогревом (правда мы им не воспользовались, тк были всего один день). Очень уютно все сделано!
