Aloe Manor is a GEM in Oudtshoorn! I am SO glad that I discovered this guesthouse! It is the cleanest place I have ever had the privilege to stay at and PEACEFUL and tranquil! If you like a quiet and beautiful space to just breathe in the comfort of a luxurious guesthouse, this place is for you! Ideal to work and to stay for a holliday! EXCELLENT service by the friendliest host Hanette and hert team! I will ALWAYS stay here, when I visit Oudsthoorn! Brilliant value for money! Hannette is the very best host and we see her as our mother and not as a host. Rooms are perfect , big and very spacious. We always use the double rioms and never dissapointed. She does our washing and gets it hung up. And breakfast included is amazing.

Fijne gastvrouw, mooie kamer met goed bed. Wij moesten vroeg vertrekken en er was een takeaway breakfast beschikbaar. Goed geregeld dus. Jammer dat we maar 1 Nacht bleven

Pool, schöner Garten, ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.

Stechmücken, wenig Küchenausstattung, nicht sauberes Geschirr, bei schlechtem Wetter wäre innen kein Esstisch, Sitzpolster und Liegenpolster am Pool sind in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr sauber.

My stay at Aloe Manor was memorable - a delightful, friendly, helpful hostess and staff who, over a 3 week period became almost family. The guest house is beautifully appointed and a pleasure to stay in - warm & comfortable.

The accommodation is so tranquil, peaceful and offer everything and more for the best stay. The host is super hospitable and goes over and beyond to make it a memorable stay

Allover a great experience but if I have to name a negative (and it is no fault of Aloe Manor but due to the lots of rain), the mosquitoes at the pool area were hungry!

The rooms are at a terrace with gorgeous views on the rivervalley. Beautiful garden and very hospitable and warm atmosphere created by Hannette!

Accommodation was great, service was spot on. Breakfast was delicious and our kids loved the swimming pool. Felt like home away from home. Quiet area, safe, would visit again. Aircons in the rooms were a winner. We felt part of the family once we left.

We had a great stay at Aloe Manor. The host was ready for our arrival, making sure to put us in a room with an ensuite main bedroom and a second ensuite room that had a separate door. This was perfect for us as we were traveling with my mom who could close the door for privacy. We spent our afternoon in the pool which was close to the rooms, and with sun chairs provided. We also received a recommendation for a restaurant in Oudtshoorn which was perfect for dinner. Thanks Hanette for a lovely stay!

Beautiful and quiet surroundings with a super host to make me feel welcome at all times.

There is nothing not to like as the guesthouse met all my expectations. Breakfast was a huge bonus and friendly staff made this feel like home.

The rooms are a bit dated, could do with some upgrading and maintenance. Poor water pressure in the shower and the bed was quite uncomfortable. No DSTV channels on the TV. I would not say the establishment is 4 star.

Super clean and well kept guest house not far from Oudshorn center. Lovely clean pool, nice aloes.

Janette is a wonderful host, she was very helpful and attentive. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and the breakfast was lovely. The garden and swimming pool offer a great place to relax and cook down.

Before 10, the host came knocking on the door to ensure we were gonna be out. That wasn't very professional and the first time we encountered something like that, we didn't like it.

House in a very nice and quite neighborhood.

The breakfast was maximum average. The cheese was old, Pulver coffee the first day, canned fruit salad. The room was clean but with a very strange and strong smell.

Our breakfast on Saturday was delicious, we loved the fresh fruit salad and the cooked Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, Tomatoes & Mushrooms were very well presented, tasty and beautifully cooked. Your bread, butter & jam selection were perfect. Coffee rounded off a great experience - Thank You.

Hanette is an absolutely awesome host, she makes sure that you have everything you need and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay! Her fruit salad is absolutely delicious in the breakfast buffet!

We booked the room for a wedding prep room for the bride… room was booked till 1 pm, but she was on our case to leave the room at 12:30. The yard was of poor quality, making the taking of pictures very hard.

Very enjoyable stay in a very nice and welcoming B/B. We were greeted by Hannette, who is a lovely lady who looked after us and all our needs. The room was clean & large. The bed was very comfortable. The well kept garden was fantastic. Full of mature plant such as the Aloe Vera. We had a very good and tasty breakfast with plenty to chose from. Strong recommandation to stay here whether you are a couple or a family.

The reception was excellent. The location is ideally suited for `KKNK. The breakfast was very good and the service excellent. I will definitely recommend this guest house to anybody that want to visit Oudtshoorn

We were the only guests in the Hotel which was nice as we had the pool for us. Breakfast was actually not really good as consequence from low amount of guests.. coffee, butter was old.. In main season with more guest would recommend the place !

This 4* guest house could not be faulted in any way. The owner couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. I certainly wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this beautiful guest house. Excellent in every respect.

The guesthouse was very comfortable with a very nice exotic guarden with nice views of the mountains.The hostess was very friendly and cared for us.Very nice breakfast. And a surprise was that the bed had an electric underblanket! which was very necessary since at nice we had low temperatures.The inner place of the guesthouse was decorated with excellent paintings of the daughter of the owner ,most of them for sale at very good prices!

We visit the KKNK festival every year and normally stay in the Queens hotel, but due to a mix up we had to book somewhere else. Aloe Manor supply all the basics, but is far from the center and on a busy street, our room was no 9. The room was spacious and the people very friendly and helpfull!! If you book outside the festival dates it can be better.

This accommodation is absolutely perfect in every way. The owner was always so attentive to any needs and was well aware of everything that was happening. She was a delight and so welcoming. The accommodation and food couldn't be faulted and I would recommend this to anyone. There is off road secure parking.

After a long day travelling with a group this was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Sharing with another single roommate we found this one of the few rooms that was spacious enough for us. Plenty room for both of us without feeling crowded. Besides, the warmth and friendliness of the owner was outstanding. She accommodated our groups every request. We had special food requirements she was so cooperative and helpful. Was sorry could not stay longer to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the garden.

If in Oudshoorn, this is the place to stay. The "Tannie" is the most helpful and welcoming host. Everything was clean and neat and is of exceptional standard . One of the best I've stayed inn. Verry good pricing for what you get.
