Pemandangan Sungai Nil dan Laut Mediterranean yg sangat cantik dari hotel. Pekerja semua lapisan sangat baik dan profesional.. Kemudahan yang disediakan di dalam bilik sangat baik.

Das Personal im Hotel war so freundlich!!! So was habe ich noch nie erlebt. Super Lage, leckeres Frühstück und Blick auf den Nil!! Achso und wunderschönes Cafe auf dem Dach mit Blick auf Nil und Meer.

Der Manager war etwas nervig, da er das Feedback über die Zimmer hören wollte aber dann uns die Schuld gegeben hat, das es leicht nach Schimmel roch. Generell ist er nicht gut mit dem Personal umgegangen...

The hotel's staff were very polite, professional, and very helpful. They were eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible given the error that occurred.

The manager immediately was offering nothing but excuses and stories about Booking.com being a terrible service provider that made the situation worse. Blaming Booking.com, and providing excuses for the error that occurred from their hotel was a terrible off-start. He tried to fix the situatation, however, leaving a client without accommodation due their error and given that the fridge was faulty, leaving the room smelling foul did not help the situation. The linens were stained.

I liked the front desk staff’s treatment. They are friendly, descent, flexible and very helpful.I liked the restaurant as well since it is exemplary as the food was delicious and very clean and the service was amazing.

Rooms aren’t clean. The hotel is located right in front of a playing area where it is very loud and noisy only if you choose the nile view side, so if you would like to relax or to spend a quiet time away from the crowd, I believe that it wont be satisfying to choose “nile view”. However, the nile view is amazing from the balcony if noise doesn’t bother you. Regarding the cleanliness, it was disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel , and I wanted to take a moment to commend the General Manager and the entire team for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, promptly addressing any requests I had. The attention to detail in the room cleanliness and amenities was impressive. I also appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. It truly enhanced my experience in the area. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. It’s clear that they take great pride in providing an exceptional experience for their guests. I look forward to returning in the future!

The most important thing is the hotel staff, they are great , polite, outstanding and very professional. They spare no efforts to make the guests feel home and comfortable. I would like to Thank all of them specially the manager Mr Moh Metwaly, receptionists Ms Fatima, Ms Reem and Ms Deniara. Special thanks to Mr Yousef who works every where.

Really nice hotel. The check in was in under 2 minutes. The room was super clean the staff are just nice and friendly

It was a bit pricey to be honest. Compared to other hotels in the same area that are not listed. But I think the convenience of having it ready and not having to look for a place when you arrive is worth it

The breakfast was very good and rich. The stuff allowed us to have early breakfast as we were supposed to leave earlier. The view from the balcony is perfect!

1. Being adjacent to the circus was noisy. 2. The cups made to drink hot drinks were in poor quality. They were so hot to the extent that person can't hold the cup. 3. Fruits must be added to breakfast buffet

The staffs are so kind, and all services are excellent. The hotel has a good location to watch the Nile and Eastern Mediterranean See.

A side of the bathroom, all was good. Location is excellent for our purpose. Facility wise, it is a basic 3 star hotel so no pool, no gym,... It is within walking distance from private beaches, McDonalds,..... The staff is excellent and friendly. They even helped us get to the beach with hotel car on our 1st day when we could not get a UBER driver. They helped us extend our stay 3 more days when Booking.com could not do it. Breakfast is good for a 3 star hotel and had more options than a similar 3 star hotel we used in Hinton, AB, Canada. In all, it was a very good experience. We would stay there again if we visit Ras ElBar.

The bathroom is very small but it does the job. It also had few bugs on the 1st night (spiders and small flies in the bathroom). We didn't raise the issue at the time because we were totally exhausted. The cleaning team took care of it later on the 2nd day but we would have expected this to be done before we get the room and not later.
