Reviewed Dec 27, 2023Words can't describe how happy I was when I stayed in this hotel. Everything here is so special. Let's start with so much thanks to the decent stuff. Receptionists are smiling and helpful.The bellboy is so decent and polite, the housekeeper actually I couldn't start my day unless I hear her knocking my door and saying good morning with such a good manner and smile, let's not forget to thank other stuff who I didn't directly deal with them like the chef who prepared my food and the one who prepared my coffee, the hotel has a perfect view of the Nile River and excellent location, I was really excited and felt like I'm home, this is my favorite hotel to stay in Ras El Bar and I recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay to reserve in this hotel.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2023This is one of the best stay all over my life , couldn’t believe that there is such hotel in whole Egypt , surprisingly such quality in every details from the staff to exceptional room settings , very clean interiors,bed , floors , bathrooms , resturant , still in very reasonable price , I stayed in a suit for two nights with my family ,definitely would come back every time visiting charming Ras Elbar which I believe is underrated , thank you dolphin hotel for made my stayed days ,
Honestly , I tried to find a single mistake , but I couldn’t , this hotel is perfect for every thing , much greetings for the polite active staff , forget to say , the hotel location is amazing .and I recommend this hotel for every one want to enjoy hotel staying in such beautiful city

The shower was not a nice experience, either too hot or too cold, the air exhaust stopped automatically and the bathroom became full of steam without even noticing. Breakfast was average too.
