L’hôtel est bas de gamme. Les chambres sont basics. La rue est bruyante. Aucun personnel présent à l’arrivée ou à la sortie.

Good location and really helpful staff! Stayed here for a week and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel entrance and lobby area are nicely decorated and aesthetically pleasing. The real highlight was the staff. Super friendly and genuinely helpful. We initially checked into a nice room, but wanted a different view, so we asked if we could switch. They showed us another room and when we said yes they moved us no questions, no hassle. The bed was great, big, high, with one of those firm mattresses that actually supports you instead of swallowing you whole. Had a the best sleep ever. Now want to by mattress like tris for my apartment back home 😁 Location worked well for us. Beach is a short walk, maybe 5 minutes. There's a fruit market close by and a couple of 7/11 stores just around the corner, so grabbing snacks or water was never an issue. Would stay again.

Проживанием в отеле остались довольны. Из номера выход в бассейн. Ежедневная уборка номеров. До моря пешком примерно 20 минут, так же утром до 11 часов ходит шатл до моря. Рекомендуем для бронирования.

The location is good. Easy to get around Karon & Kata Area.

Staff were very rude. Bad smell in the lobby & the elevators. Stayed 4 nights. None refundable. Staff were rude, bad experience with toilet water in the toilet.

Only between sometimes there is some noises when people leave from the doors, it's better keep a doors for non disturbs in the future.

I stayed here from the 14th to the 16th of November 2024. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future.🥰🥰🥰

This hotel is very clean and has lovely rooms. It has the potential to be a really good hotel. The hotel is ruined by the rude and generally unhelpful reception staff. Emailed 3 days before arriving asking to pay for an upgraded pool room - no reply: arrival day at reception asked again - blank faced receptionist states ‘you’re in Indy room’, ask to upgrade, reply ‘you’re in Indy room’. Gave up asking - I assumed what she meant was that the hotel was busy and we couldn’t move. This seemed a reasonable assumption considering we arrived at 1.30pm and she offhandedly told us to return to check in at 2pm - 2pm husband goes to check in and get key, key literally slid across counter to him with barely a glance and certainly no directions to room or lift. Turns out hotel was only about 1/3 occupied so no idea why we couldn’t pay to upgrade or check in half an hour early. At 1 point during our stay husband asked for a glass/cup to get water out the water cooler - told by reception no with a shoulder shrug. Every morning we ate breakfast at the cafe next door (which was lovely food) - the hotel buffet breakfast looked very nice from what we could see and we had intended having breakfast there, however the reception staff attitude just made us not want to even pay the £6 for breakfast As I said this hotel could be lovely - room great, cleaning excellent. Spent 1 month touring round South Asia and this is the first time we’ve came across unhelpful people - every other hotel we’ve stayed in has has really lovely staff.

Great location, great value for money.

Big bright room, not bad view, though it was on the inner streets, but lots of greenery There’s a nice small cafe to have breakfast right next to the hotel 7eleven in walking distance and they have 24hours reception lobby, good for late arrivals👍 It was clean, though the hotel is not new. Was a good find(in our case was a last minute reservation)

The street the hotel is at is quite high with traffic and there’s no side walk there at all. But not a problem in general, maybe not ideal with children. It’s 20 minutes walk from the sea, but expectable and wasn’t a problem for us. Shower appliance needs a deep clean or a replacement probably, but it works fine and in general for us all was really nice and acceptable🙌

Room was spacious. The building seems quite old and needs some renovation but it is clean everywhere around. It is 20min walking distance from beaches but hotel provides shuttle.

I had a great stay at the Melody! The general standard of the room was very good and the pool was super, and I was lucky to get a free upgrade to a room with direct pool access. Nice touches with free robes, slippers, beach towels and water refills. Would gladly stay here again!

Loved the direct pool access from the room (only a handful of rooms have this however). Spacious room, pretty comfortable bed.

The location was good enough. Hotel is 10-15 mins away for Kata and Karon beaches. The rooms were clean and spacious. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

The shuttle bus only ran in the morning. Not a good variety of breakfast options for the price. Would’ve liked flavoured omelettes & greater variety of fruit.

The room was really nice and super clean. The pool was great and also very clean. Great location, we easily walked everywhere: beach, shops, attractions - including the trail to Big Buddha. The breakfast is good value, we payed 200 Baht on the day and you can have as much as you want.

Loved the private access to pool, nice big bed and location is walking distance to various restaurants and the beach. Good value for money rooms are really pocket friendly if on a budget.

🔴 I called to the reception for allow me stay one 1 hour more until 1pm because I came late to the hotel she answered if you want stay pay 100 bhat even she didn't talk nicely with me

We love the location! They also have a scheduled free transfer to the beach. The breakfast is mid. There's satiety but its not very satisfying. They also have motorbike rental service. I like the idea of the lost/found display in the office. We stayed for four days and they regularly clean the room and provide drinking water. There's a cafe nearby and many local restaurants to choose from.

Overall very happy with our stay, Bed was super comfy. Quiet. Pool is clean and relaxing. we extended 1 night because we were comfortable. hired a scooter from reception which all worked out great. With a scooter location is perfect! Without a scooter it's still 9/10 short walks.

We loved our stay! If we had to give small comments on improvements, our room didn't have plug points next to the bed but this wasn't a big deal for us. The TV has great channels and we found some good movies to watch, but I would have liked a smart TV to do netflix for the rainy moments, again not a big deal because everything else was perfect.
