Dome Kata Resort

Everything was great about Done kata resort but it’s the staff ( cleaning, breakfast and reception) who are the real stars of the show. So helpful at all times, always offering advice for places to see. Absolutely loved my stay there. I plan to return for my last couple nights on the island and will definitely be back. 😊

Personal muy simpático majo y atento. Las instalaciones perfectas. La limpieza magnífica. La ubicación genial para ir a la playa y mercados andando muy poco. La habitación muy grande, cama muy cómoda. Baño amplio con todo lo necesario. Cambios diarios de toallas aunque estén recogidas. La cama súper grande y cómoda. El precio muy bien. Nada malo que decir de este alojamiento

Empezando por el recibimiento del personal de recepción, la limpieza , la variedad y atención del personal de desayuno, todos son especiales, la piscina brutal, super limpia, y temperatura agradable.

Todo nos gustó. Vinimos por un día y nos quedamos 6, volveremos sin dudas.

El desayuno muy rico

alquilamos la habitación para tres, y nos escribieron diciendo que solo habia una cama doble, que si queriamos una cama extra deberiamos pagar más. La cama extra no era comoda, una tabla.

Große Baustelle hinter dem Hotel. War kein Problem, sah aber entsprechend matschig aus.

Хорошее соотношение цены и качества, вся инфраструктура рядом, до моря тоже не далеко. Отличный завтрак

Номер был с видом на стройку, утром и днем шумно, пока строится рядом здание, просите вид на другую сторону. Отель уже старый, но его хорошо обслуживают, что радует

К отелью хорошо расположены 7/11, базарчики, массажные салоны и кафешки, кфс.

Написано, что пляж недалеко около 1км, но на самом деле, нужно идти около 15 минут до пляжа Ката, 1 км по прямой, но прямо идти не получится, нужно идти по дороге. Явно не первая линия.

Obiekt był bardzo czysty, obsługa hotelu była bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Piękny basen na dachu hotelu.

Jeden minus za odległość od plaży. Booking wskazuje na bliższą odległość od plaży.

They don't change bed sheets everyday only every 3 days but my stay was only for 3 days sooo !!

Breakfast team was super friendly and great. Nice location a bit off the tourist streets. Spacious rooms

Way too many Russians in the whole region and in the hotel as well. It was also very loud and noisy most of the time. Please make sure to tell your guests to be a bit more silent especially during the night. The AC is heading straight in the bed which makes it impossible to keep it on while laying in bed. The gym only opens at 8, which is way too late for people who want to have a proper breakfast and still enjoy the early day without wasting half of the day.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is ideal—close to the beach, the Kata night market, and with three 7-Eleven stores just nearby, which is super convenient. The pool is really pleasant, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. A special thanks to Shi and Josh at the front desk, who were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel!

Отель чистый и уютный, за свои деньги отличный вариант. Уборка каждый день, завтраки вкуснейшие, выбор не большой, но все свежое, очень вкусное и голодными остаться просто невозможно. Приветливый персонал. Байсен на крыше. экскурсии покупали у отельного гида и остались более чем довольны. Цены приемлимые. Мы были впервые на Пхукете и остались очень приятные впечатления. Я рекомендую однозначно этот отель.

Минусы везде можно найти, если их искать. Для нас это были не минусы, при выборе отеля и цены/качества нас устроило все более чем. Отель расположен от пляжа в 10-12 минутах хотьбы. И единственное, незначительный нюанс был, что иногда вечером не было горячей воды. Но покупаться можно было. Это все

Le personnel de la réception était très gentil et la femme de ménage très professionnelle: chambre impeccable pendant 15 jours.

Un problème de wifi à notre arrivée nous a obligé à acheter 2 cartes DTAC à 790 baths chacun afin d'être sûr d'être joignable tous les jours. Le plus gros problème ont été les travaux juste derrière l'hôtel! Cela n'était pas signalé du tout dans le descriptif de l'hôtel lors de notre réservation et le bruit à partir de 8h00 du matin nous a empêché de nous reposer ! Cela mériterait d'ailleurs un dédommagement commercial !

We had a lovely 3 day stay, staff were very friendly and helpful, organised our tour to Phi Phi island which was fantastic. Rooms clean and serviceable. Breakfast fantastic, great transfer to and from airport. Highly recommend. 😊

Nice rooftop pool

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and didn’t work for most of my visit, which was frustrating and not what you’d expect from a 4* star hotel. The balcony faced a construction site, so again not what you’d expect for the hotel grade without any prior warning. The area was also quite noisy not ideal. The hot water also switched from hot to cold.

Все прекрасно! Очень хорошие номера и даже есть частичный вид на зелень и море с балкона. Близко к ресторанам и морю. 7/11 напротив, слева и справа🤣 нам очень понравилось здесь.

Ich möchte mich herzlich beim Hotelpersonal bedanken. Das Team gibt sich große Mühe, damit sich die Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Zum Geburtstag meines Freundes haben sie unser Zimmer liebevoll dekoriert und ihm sogar ein Stück Kuchen geschenkt – das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hell, und das Bett war ausgesprochen bequem. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Zwar gab es fast jeden Tag eine ähnliche Auswahl, diese war jedoch sehr umfangreich und bot viele gesunde Optionen: viel frisches Obst und Gemüse, verschiedene Eiergerichte sowie eine große Auswahl an Müsli. Besonders geschätzt habe ich, dass es neben Kuhmilch auch Hafermilch gab.

Ich würde diese Unterkunft eher für kürzere Aufenthalte empfehlen. Das Hotel ist zwar schön, liegt jedoch relativ weit vom Strand entfernt (ca. 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß). Zudem befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel eine große Baustelle. Es ist zwar nicht laut, allerdings konnten wir den Balkon aufgrund der starken Staubentwicklung kaum nutzen, selbst Wäsche aufzuhängen war nicht möglich. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls eher klein und bot nur wenig Stauraum.

We stayed for two days at the start of our trip and couldn't fault it. Quiet, clean room, easy 15 minute walk into the town/ beaches, cafes and restaurants nearby and really helpful staff. Lovely roof top pool also.

Очень понравился отель, уютный, чистый номер и очень хорошие завтраки. Убирались в номере каждый день и очень тщательно. Из номера было видно стройку, но шума от неё никогда не было.

Отель расположен в 15-20 минутах ходьбы от пляжа Ката, но мы об этом знали заранее. Шкаф в комнате не очень функционален, маловато вешалок и не хватает полок

El desayuno es una pasada y el personal de cocina es lo mejor. La habitación era amplia y las habitaciones cómodas.

El agua de la piscina era como de un jacuzzi, no refrescaba nada con la temperatura que hay fuera. El baño era un poco pequeño.

Personalet var virkelig venlige, poolen var ren, og der var adgang til toilet oppe ved poolen.

Udsigten fra poolen kunne godt være bedre, men det kan hotellet sådan set ikke gøre for.

Tutto soprattutto la pulizia e la colazione

Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. Le lit était très confortable. Le personnel était super gentil vraiment rien à dire. Le petit-déjeuné est minimaliste mais largement suffisant. Piscine au top. Et la salle de sport avec la clim était un vrai plus.

Завтрак довольно однообразный , но вкусный и из свежих продуктов . Обслуживание в ресторане очень хорошее и приятное. В отеле тихо и спокойно, ночью ни что не беспокоит. Рядом с отелем есть хорошие ресторанчики и рынки с фруктами.

Улучшенный номер лучше не брать. Дверь в туалет открывается во внутрь, а это очень и очень не удобно . Уборка в номере проводилась не качественно. Пол не мыли а возможно и не подметали.

The buffet staff were very lovely

The location is decent, however, since it is situated on the main road it can be challenging to cross the road. The room was kept clean daily with new water bottles. The staff were great and the hotel concierge for tours was very helpful with providing us affordable tours.

The shower had a problem with hot water, it fluctuated between hot and cold which caused for an uncomfortable shower. Apart from that the stay was great.

Фото не передают запаха, грязи в номере. Зашел и вышел сразу, захотелось в душ. Снял другой отель и смыл с себя грязь этого. Мало того, они не хотят возвращать деньги. Цена очень сильно завышена. Стоимость данной халупы 30$ в сутки это потолок. Если вам показалось, что это хорошее место - нет. Если у вас не хватает денег на нормальный номер, наверно тут можно переночевать в крайнем случае, я бы предпочел поспать на улице.

Great stay at Dome Kata Resort! The location between Kata and Karon is very convenient, making it easy to explore both beaches and the area around. The rooftop pool with a view is a real highlight, and the breakfast was surprisingly delicious with plenty of fresh options. Rooms were clean, the internet was fast, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money — would definitely stay here again.

I did a reservation on Booking.com that classified the hotel as a 4 star hotel. It’s not! Barely a 3! Bed is not good, only one pillow terrible, no power in the room when we arrived. Also we we came back from the beach the hot water wasn’t working. The location is not good too. 20 minutes walking and there is no sidewalk

Шум от дороги, реально напрягал, но уснуть получалось, так как уставали. Кондиционер прям над кроватью, простыли. Ну и до моря далековато, 20 минут в одну сторону

The room, staff, breakfast was all 100 percent amazing !! Very quiet and peaceful, super close to the beach !! Would highly recommend!
