The room was nothing like advertised in the picture. It was very un worn, the bed seemed unclean, the blanket wasn’t washed, there were lots of holes in the walls and walls and doors, the walls were in hand marks and wear and not clean. There was one glass to use, no kettle,no spoons et cetera. There was a microwave and a mini fridge. There was a lot of noise early in the mornings with people coming and going for their flights. They were not asked to be quiet during these middle of the night times. We only had one towel between two people so had to ask for more. They inquired whether we needed another towel for two people!!

Only issue was the mould on the bathroom door and the smell of moisture in the bathroom . I pointed this out to staff who told me it was dye but I knew that was not the case. Hope they have dealt with the issue because apart from that, I had a good stay at the property.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Acesso ao transporte facilitado, considerando a localizacao, nao tive a oportunidade de ter estado ai durante o final de semana, contudo fica para proxima. Acabei me esquecendo de pedir o vosso contacto com Whatsapp.
Servicos de limpeza que ate houve um dia a pesar de ter deixado as chaves nao se fez a limpeza. No primeiro dia jantei ai a comida era boa, so que muito salgada para mim por causa da Hipertensao. Nos dias subsequentes falei com elas e acertaram com saladas sem sal, dfoi uma maravilha.

We booked 3 rooms for 6 people. They didn’t reserve our booking. They offered 2 rooms elsewhere making it a difficult sleeping arrangement. At least they booked uber to transfer to the other lodge. Staff was not budging. It was a take it or leave it situation. My elderly parents were tired and there was no option. The 2 rooms cost only 200rands less. They had to pay cash as they couldn’t accept the card used online for booking. They were asking where we were fully knowing our rooms aren’t there. I have used booking.com for many years in different countries and this the worst experience. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. BOOK AT YOUR RISK unless you are a local or it’s afternoon check in so you have options if they mess up. I am just disappointed in them. I can’t believe they did that. Who books rooms reserved already 🤷🏽♀️……….?

No shopping center close by, but there is a mini market 5 mins walk with everything you would need available.

Como íamos devolver um carro alugado, foi muito bem posicionado para uma estadia de uma noite. Durante um clima ameno, é uma ótima opção com bom custo benefício.
Pegamos um dia muito frio em Joanesburgo, não tinha aquecedor no quarto (na listagem das comodidades aparecia que tinha) e a água do chuveiro não esquentava uniformemente para o banho. O quarto ficou muito gelado, ainda bem que a cama era confortável e tinha muitos cobertores, mas para sair das cobertas era bem difícil.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Clinton was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean enough and I was given enough blankets. The room was also quiet, I couldn't hear the neighbours.
Didn't eat in the restaurant. The menu was so stained I couldn't read it. No kettle, cups, spoon, plugs for fridge and microwave. Fridge froze all my food. No towel, then was given a tiny hand towel. Shower water pressure was terrible. Stayed an extra night for convenience and was charged a lot more and not given a receipt which I asked for and gave my email address for. There was rubbish all around the area and even inside when i arrived... plastic bottles.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026I was helped with friendliness and they helped me late at night after my plane arrived. The facility was clean, and there was even soap and a towel. The bed was comfortable and clean.
There was no kettle and I think I would've preferred that as I had my own tea and sugar. But even small amount of coffee, tea sugar, milk and a kettle would've been really nice. The place did have a little mold but it was honestly clean and safe. Perfect for a low budget last minute accommodation.

The room was too small such that the only place you can sit down is the bed, no chairs or desks. I thought the shuttle was included in the price but you have to pay extra for the shuttle to pick you from the airport.

After checking out, the receptionist told me that I can't sit for more than 5 minutes at the reception... That is crazy and unprofessional. I had to book my Uber and go to the Airport....I was sick that day and felt like throwing up, and I wanted to relax a bit before I went but with that statement alone, shame.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The location is convenient and close to the airport, which was ideal since we only stayed one night before our 8:00 a.m. flight. However, the room could have been much cleaner. The bedding and curtains would benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness. The listing photos also showed coffee-making facilities, but there were none in the room. Coffee was available at an additional charge of R15 per cup. We had brought our own coffee and only asked to boil some water, but were told by the staff member in the bar area that this was not allowed. Overall, the location is good for a short airport stopover, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and ensuring the amenities match what is advertised.

No tea/coffee/kettle/cup in my room, although there was a microwave oven and small fridge. Small hand towel was dirty. I personally prefer white towels. The shower head in my room spayed all over the place. No mirror in the bathroom.
