The beds are a bit more on the firmer side which isn't my preferred choice of bed but they weren't bad.

Ho soggiornato li 2 volte prima e dopo il safari. Nella prima camera la pulizia non era impeccabile, ho trovato lo shampoo monodose di benvenuto aperto degli ospiti precedenti. Nel secondo soggiorno invece tutto bene.

I left before breakfast - they offered a packed breakfast but I preferred to eat on the airport. Location was a short shuttle drive from the airport. (Hourly).

Functional, but very old-fashioned fittings; tiny shower and bathroom; shower head sprayed (out its side) over door leaving a puddle on the floor; extremely spartan (fish & chips style) restaurant. Power failure (not likely to be the resorts fault) left me trying to pack in the dark with my phone torch to catch the early shuttle to my flight.

Best hotel airport I've ever stayed. I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. Great value. You get decent room, complimentary breakfast, and free airport shuttle every hour. All of the staff are really friendly, helpful, and kind. I loved the compound as well. They also serve lunch and dinner at their restaurant for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Very poor communication about their free shuttle services. I ended up using Uber to the hotel. On check out at 5h00am reception was closed, gates locked and the shuttle driver was the one answering their phone being on the road while we needed to rush to the airport. What if we had an emergency and all gates were completely locked with no one on the property to open.

This is a one night stop between flights only. the advantage is that they do a free airport shuttle and a basic breakfast. The staff are pleasant. This is good value for money if your expectations are not too high!

I am still agree with myself for booking this place, I thought its a nice guest house not knowing that, they don't offer cleaning services everyday. I left my room going to FNB stadium and I come back in a state I left it. No one informed me that for them to clean I have to make a request. The Kitchen area, there is no space the tables a taking up space, they need to look for another space when they have a lot of Guests otherwise that setting is not accommodative for a larger group. The lady who was serving us breakfast was so not clean for someone who is serving food. There was no WIFI throughout my stay as such, I couldn't have access to TV and I was a solo traveller. On Friday the pick up driver was wearing dirty clothes and even on Saturday he was still on those clothes. Hospitality industry require cleanliness. I requested a replacement of a Banana with an Apple and the lady responded without even looking at me "we don't have apples). It was my first and last day of going for breakfast, I decided not to be part of that environment.

Everything about it: when you go out, you have to wait before they open the gate for you. Even if you are waiting for Uber Eats, they wait at the gate until you go to the reception and ask them to open it.

Good communication before arrival, about the airport shuttle times and pick up points. The COMFORTABLE BEDS, the quiet tranquil surroundings. The humble receptionist. I have stayed here before as a frequent flyer.

1. I booked & paid for a 35 m² deluxe queen room with a microwave and bar fridge for 2 days. I was allocated a 20 m² twin room, when I complained, I was 1st promised a R200 refund. I declined. I was moved to a 25m² triple room, no microwave. 2. I would have appreciated the situation to have been explained BEFOREHAND. I was more UPSET and SAD than Angry. (The difference between these rooms is €40) It's not even about money, it's about good customer service. 3. The person who served us breakfast the first day needs to be CAUTIONED to serve people EQUALLY, irrespective of their nationality.

Está muy bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación era un studio amplio y limpio lo que se agradece después de venir cansado de un viaje largo.

No había internet en las habitaciones y con el frío y la lluvia que hacía pretendían que una trabajara en la cafetería después de un trayecto de 24 horas en avión. No me gustó el trato de las personas en la recepción. El desayuno empacado no tenía nada salado tipo un sándwich, todo era dulce!

Everything was great, only breakfast was nothing special and staff on breakfast were not so polite and kind like on reception. We we're not thrilled. But doesn't matter, we didn't leave hungry 😀

Les chambres sont assez usées et la propreté laisse malheureusement à désirer. Le personnel n’est pas particulièrement avenant, ce qui est dommage car l’établissement pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable.

Reliable transport from and to airport

The quality of the bed and matrasse was poor. Had to change rooms first as the first rooms bed was very bad. The bed was noisy and the matrass was in very bad shape. The second room had a huge hole and sagging space in the one side.

Única vantagem é a localização que é próxima ao aeroporto e o serviço de transfer para o aeroporto que era gratuito.

Acomodação super antiga, banheiro velho e quebrado, estava no inverno o banheiro não tinha água quente. Cama dura igual uma pedra. Quando chegamos na recepção não tinham separado nosso quarto, uma das recepcionistas quando não encontrou meu nome me deixou falando sozinha, até que a outra veio me atender, conferiu que minha reserva no booking estava correta e elas que erraram. Ainda guardaram minhas malas em um quartinho de dispensa enquanto arrumavam um quarto pra mim e quase não me devolviam minhas malas.

Mi habitación era nueva, estaba impecable i la cama era muy còmoda. Ofrecen comida y cena a un precio muy bueno (5-8euros). Tienen muchas zonas de jardín muy bien cuidadas y una bonita piscina.

Eché en falta calefacción, por suerte los dias que estuve no hizo mucho frio.

The gas shower took some getting used to.

Excellent value for money. The free shuttle from and to the airport is fantastic. Dinner and breakfast are adequate. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean.

Tables and chairs in the dining room are too few for the number of guests in the morning. We simply shared a table with other guests.

Tivemos problema com o jantar, não sei se esqueceram ou trocaram os pratos - demorou muito e veio errado. Os funcionários não se prontificaram a ouvir o erro, simplesmente viravam e mais tarde entregavam outra coisa. Também pagamos um valor maior para ter um quarto com cama de casal e entregaram dois quartos com camas de solteiro.

The morning we have a shuttle for seven o'clock in the morning. We arrived 6:25 am. To hand in the keys at the office to the white lady with long hair where we supposed to received a food package. She said there will be enough time for breakfast. So we sat town.where the gentlemen took our order. Around 6:45am I said if they can bring the order because time is running out. That lady said they only start from 7am. Then I spoke to another lady there. Where she said that there was no communication between them there. We're they rush for goodie back was was nir even complete like before. Because we always use the guesthouse

Everything was great! From the shuttle service to the reception staff, the breakfast was exactly as advertised, delicious and filling, the room was above expectations, and overall a fantastic experience.

Well - the proximity to the airport means planes taking off and landing at all hours, so perhaps a good set of noise- cancelling headphones would have been a good idea.

The facilities in general are very nice and convenient. The room is really comfortable.

I had to wait for some minutes at the gate. Panel heater in my room was not working. In the morning I struggled to get help with handing in the key. I had to phone and wake up the driver. That delayed my time plan.

Very handy to airport for overnight short stay. Free airport shuttle bothways was good value. Room was spacious and very clean. Large bathroom with hit water shower. Bed large and comfortable, range of pillows to choose from

Included breakfast was small. Dining room totally insufficient for number if guests. Booked breakfast time wasn't adhered to. Earlier jarfe groups overstated their booking so had to stand for a while after booked time. Kitchen staff overlooked mine and another guest's order so was 30 minutes late

The restuarant's buffet table was not neat and looking old with the wall very dirty. The breakfast is not good. Cold and cheap and very small.

I wish there was a porter to help with bags or even just take you ro your room instead of the receptionist just pointing you to it. If youre not familiar you could end up going in circles for a bit cos especially the new units have no lables.
